Sad to see GameStop dying from the products they peddled for years because the major console manufactures screwed them with online stores. What can I say its GameStop it has the nostalgia of blockbuster just its no longer as convenient as it was. This locations ran by some real nerds (like me) who actually know what there talking about when it comes to hardware and finding out maybe a console or accessories or basically the whole package. Cant speak for the other locations but the guy Ive seen working here for years aint charasmatic but he is informative, and helpful to the point hell pull something out of the back that wasnt displayed and and truly have your purchase in mind. Would’ve been nice if we received the same customer service as other customers that looked the same as the associate working today. By all means be “woke” but in customer service there’s no place for it when we’re all spending money just the same.

Games are overpriced for being used, cheap games are cheap for a reason.... Thought this would be a good place to find games for consoles that no longer make games, but sadly no. I think they could expand their consumerism in offering games that cant be found elsewhere

Huge shout out to store leader, Miko! She was very personable and full of gaming knowledge. We nerded out and felt as if we were best friends for a moment. If you have any questions or recommendations for any style of game, Miko has the answers!

They are incapable of answering simple questions. Everything is made complicated because they are awkward, strange, isolated kids with aspergers. They act like elitist in their little gaming world. It is a microcosm of society and weird millennials. A university should do sociological experiments there.

Came in for a Ps4 power cord which was being held for me, customer service was exceptional! A very helpful store Associate by the name of Nikko was to kind and she even offered me and my partner a free red bull as we were checking out! What a way to treat your customers 😁

While shopping there during the pandemic for nintendo switch and games, the manager lies to every walk-in customer telling them that he only has one console left in the back storage ps4, and nintendo switch just to entice people to buy them fast. I wanted one while I was waiting for my wife, 2 other people walked in asking for a nintendo switch, he told all of them the same. We all wanted one so he goes back and gets all of us one swit h each and says he had more in the back he didnt know of. Could be an honest mistake or a gimic for people to buy... Sadly Im not shopping there again.

Not once have I had a bad experience. Everyone that works here cares about games first Of course they need the up sell, but its part of the job. Not like you come in for Madden and they push Animal Crossing on you. If the dont have it. Theyll get it. Love my Gamestop.

Has a massive selection, and has really cheap pre-owned games. Im talking less than $2 for Darksiders II. Awesome.

Ordered a game online and went to do store pick up. The Clerk was courteous and actually checked the disc before completing sale, it was damaged and he replaced with another after confirming it worked. This prevented a return visit and an aggravated customer. Thank you for a job well done 👍

Super rude and condescending staff. My 4 year old doesnt care what your bad opinion of the game he wants is. If youre in your 30s and have to talk trash about what a 4 year old likes, maybe you should get a job where you dont have to talk to people! On top of that, they sold us a damaged game! I dont usually write reviews, but to be rude to a little kid is too much.

They may not have what you may be looking for immediately on hand, but the very friendly and helpful staff are more than willing to answer questions, make recommendations, place orders and let you know if another Gamestop in the area has something in stock if they dont. They are also well versed in all the gaming systems, popular games and accessories.

Miko is the best! I normally frequent other game stores but this gamestop is a normal stop now :)

Great staff. One specific girl is there almost all the time. Shes knowledgeable and efficient. They have a lot of inventory and are priced pretty well. GameStop franchise in general is a little low on trade in value though.

Okay store, but the staff didnt know what was available in their own store. In a world where anything can be shipped to you within 2 days it would be nice if the staff knew that the item I was looking for was in the shop (or at least offered to look it up).

Miko, Ryan & Chris have always been cordial and consistent over the past decade and have always given me good advice on what Id enjoy and now for my kids. I cannot over emphasize how appreciative I am for their consistent service for so many years. Kudos to that team. Frankly, I just dont trust the other Game Stop franchises but I do trust this team.

It’s the best place for games but the only problem is they don’t have everything in stock but they have it on display.

A couple weeks ago I went in to pick up a pre ordered switch game.Apparently I was the only one who ordered this game and I dont know what happened to the order but they didnt get the game that I wanted the day of because of a problem with the u.p.s. driver not doing the job he is payed to do..Just to let you know if I didnt do the job I am supposed to do every night I would be reprimanded or fired..Anyway..The Manager felt so bad she drove to another store to pick up the game I ordered which was nice and I thanked her for that..But again today I went to pick up another Switch game that I preordered for today only for them to not be able to find it..The other person who might know where it is is out,and after the clerk looked two times in the back,and three times in the drawer up front told me I have to wait for clerk # two to come back so he can maybe find it.I asked nice clerk to please let manager to know this is second time this has happened,im not happy,and thankyou for waisting my time again.I work the night shift. After getting home in the morning I take oldest to school and second to occupation therapy I have few minutes to mess around..After all is done I go to sleep just to do this all over again the next day...Anywho I have yet to get a phone call from a clerk telling me they have my game or a call from a manager explaining why this keeps happening to me..

I enjoy going to this location over many others I think a big reason is the employees are exceptional (Ryan amd Miko) in every way. always makes it feel like a local game shop. Always really helpful and friendly and casual and it just makes the experience.

Im still trying to understand why anyone shops at a Gamestop? They give you nothing for your games and their prices for accessories are higher than everyone else! Shop around, youll get far better prices elsewhere!

Micro has a good knowledge base of the games and she was very informative for our two 11 yr old boys and good at answering their questions.

I have been to gamestop many times but today was more of a pleasure then any other timethe sales person miko made my visit fun and enjoyable they should hire more people like miko.

Bought a few things for the xbox 360. One game didnt work and the battery charger kit was missing the power cord.

Sold my girlfriend an open copy of no mans sky for the same price as a new copy.. Which is whatever since we were so excited to play the game; however, it didnt come with the downloaded contend like it was supposed to and the game manual was missing.We went back to get the missing content today and they didnt have it so we tried to return it and they refused to let us because the seal had been broken even though we had just gotten it less than 24 hours ago. I dont recommend this GameStop.

Tanners customer service skills are lacking. Which is sad for a business that should be all about customer service. The dude actually made me cry. We now go to Blue Dragon in Ormond so I dont have to deal with GameStop anymore. My husband and I used to frequent this store also, but never again.

Store is clean, reasonably well stocked. Staff was harried and border line rude. Manager was visibly stressed as well, but was able to find the console I was looking for.
