This couple are amazing!! Beautiful workmanship and such a fair price too. If you want an unusual gift, wedding, birthday etc. Having things engraved make it just that bit better, eg a vase, glassware, jewelry. I never leave reviews but I felt I needed to let everyone know about this incredible place run by the nicest people ❤️

One or the only one that will engrave on your glass. They did an excellent job on the piece used on a stained glass panel we made as a wedding gift for my niece. Too bad the photo doesnt show it well but looks stunning. Just brought them another piece for a panel were making for our local library.

Sowers Glass Engraving is an awesome store! Their work is amazing!! Sherrie and her husband are so outgoing and very easy to work with. I needed a couple of Yetis engraved for my anniversary (which was the following day). They completed my request within a couple of hours. Needless to say, my husband loved the cups! I have shopped here in the past and will continue to shop here in the future. We are so lucky to have a store of this caliber in Port Orange.

I ordered a custom glass and decanter set for my boyfriends Army promotion. To say I was particular about what I wanted would be an understatement. This is a big deal for us. Sowers was so gracious and wonderful to work with through the very efficient process. Im very surprised it was so easy and honestly was worried about the quality given how easy it was to order. My worries were quickly calmed when I opened the very well packed box when it arrived. We were absolutely blown away with the quality of our product. So beautiful. So well designed and cut. So personal and so perfect. Honestly. This is heirloom quality work. We are so happy and will most certainly use them again.

Just wow!! So there I was just days from my trip to my best friend’s retirement celebration from the Navy. I had little time spare and I reached out by both email and Facebook Messenger on Saturday and was pleasantly surprised to get a response. This was great because they are somewhat local ( I live an hour away) and did have time to wait for shipping. I requested four custom engraved whiskey glasses and a decanter by the coming Wednesday before noon and boy did they come through! The short drive was worth it. The quality of engraving in the short time they had is outstanding! Sherrie, I like to thank you for everything and my best friend was more than please with the gift. You are forever my heroes!

Amazing and amazingly well done! I recently got some heavy bottom whiskey glasses, with the squadron patch laser etched on them, done for my leadership team after leaving command. Had a memorial sailboat on water engraved from a group, coworkers husband suddenly, tragically died in an accident. He loved sailing (not the cause of his death). Just read A.M.s post. Script looks correct as to the signed order. Owner states lady did not request any hearts. Added hearts at no additional charge. Customer refused to accept order. I have many of their products and they exceed my expectations.

I purchased our anniversary wine classes and had them engraved with a custom design at Sowers and they turned out perfect. Great selection of high quality glassware and superb engraving work.

I walked in the store with my fiance and talked to the gentleman there about a set of wedding glasses that I wanted engraved for our wedding. He showed me a whole shelf full of different glasses. I loved the ones with the heart designs on the top rim. It caught my eye instantly. I just fell in love. I was so excited. I couldnt wait. I told the gentleman I loved that one and I wanted that one. My fiance agreed. He said great. We added our names and the date to them in the order. When I went to pick them up, they were not what I expected. They did not have hearts on the top of them at all. That was the only reason I picked them. I told the lady wait a minute they were supposed to have hearts these are not the glasses that I ordered. The lady said no, you did not add a design. I told her that he did not tell me that the hearts were not already included. He didnt mention it at all. Then I told the lady that I didnt like the way the font looked. I was being very nice and polite about it. She looked at me like I was crazy and said that she did extra work on it because the font didnt work well with my name and date. I told her she should have contacted me and let me know right away so I could have changed that myself. That should have been my choice to proceed or to change the font. Instead, she went ahead and took it upon herself to change the way the letters looked. It just doesnt look right. It looked tacky. I paid almost $100 for these odd looking glasses. I asked for a refund and she said no. I just had to leave. I was so upset. I felt like someone punched me in the stomach. I drove about 2 blocks and turned around. I went back into the store and asked again. Please give me a refund I dont like them. Theyre not what I ordered. She said no. I left the store in tears and ended up calling her. I asked her once again nicely on the phone to please please just give me the refund. She again, denied me. She said shes never once had a problem in all the years that they have been in business. I told her if thats the case, she shouldnt have a problem refunding one person, one time. I told her I was not going to pick up the glasses and I was very upset because they did not look anything like I thought they would. She hung up on me so I called back again trying not to flip out. She said she didnt mean to hang up on me I told her that was fine... I was still trying my best to be as nice as possible without flipping out. I was already feeling sick to my stomach and shaking about this. Again I calmly asked her one last time on the phone, will you please just give me the refund I am not coming to the pick them up and I do not like them I do not want them at all. She said no that she was not going to give me the refund. I then told her I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a report and I will also have to take her to court for this. She didnt care... not at all.. It is sad that she is the owner of this business and she refuses to bend when she is at fault.She didnt even offer to make things right by doing another set for me. She offered no solution. I do not reccomend this company at all. I couldve wrote on a set of glasses with a permanent marker and they wouldve looked much better. Its sad I thought I should support a local business versus ordering online. I shouldnt have gone there at all. I wouldve been better off ordering off Amazon. Im out almost $100 on glasses that look odd for my very special day. Im very saddened and disgusted by this. Its her fault that she decided to take it upon herself to change the font without asking. Its not my fault she didnt call and ask me. I guess we will be seeing her in small claims court if she doesnt issue my refund soon.... I warn you, dont go here... youll be left brokenhearted with an expensive set of glasses you dont really like...........💔
