THE LICENSE THEY POSTED IS FAKE. BEWARE MORE TO COME

I love the home, but if I could go back and change realators, I would! After 4 months I finally got my title to the home. She, Carmella, was dishonest about the age of the air conditioner, and was rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive in communications when I questioned her. After she got the closing check, she pretty much was gone. I would recommend others to find a different realtor.

I bought my home with TC Homes. They work hard for you. I was impressed, now I work for them.

We had our home listed with Four Star, for several Months and for Reasons Unknown they couldnt sale our Home They showed our Home as a comparison, yet Homes listed all around us under Four Star was saleing like Hot Cakes off the grill at Ihop, so from a few people we heard that TC Homes had a good reputation in the Market and that they could sale our home fairly quickly, because a home just down the street from us that was listed with TC Homes SOLD, My wife and I said great lets give TC HOMES a try, we met with TC HOMES the conversation went we could sale this home in 30 days because of the upgrades we made to the home my wife said if that happens Ill bonus you some cash, so on several occasions our home again was used as a comparison to sale other homes in our park that TC HOMES had listed 6 MONTHS DOWN THE ROAD ITS NOT SOLD, still For sale weve been told that our home located in a bad section thats why. we rated them 2 Stars our Home is still Not SOLD, serving as notice we will not renew our contract with TC HOMES our contract is up on August 18th!!!!!!! YOU CANT SELL WHAT YOU DONT SHOW, for some reason our home has become a challenge for TC HOMES TO SELL!!!! ... Its never advertised and never shown outside of a comparison .....if you want to see our home its at 1301 Bunker Hill Dr Daytona Beach, in the colonial colony south 55+ park, maybe Now our home will get the attention it deserves......

Completely bad experience, I was brought into this by my grandparents when they were selling their home in Port Orange, Carmela is a liar, completely deceitful, and rude to talk to on the phone if you can get a hold of her, And getting a hold of her on the phone is like trying to get a hold of Donald Trump, the transaction was 26 days Late, she let people move in the house with specific instructions not to let anyone move until we receive payment, the entire thing was a mess, we buy and sell real estate all the time, we have never had a mess like this in my family, Never have I dealt with somebody so incompetent in my life
