They provided trailer tires for 3 different boat trailers of different age and construction. In addition, they repaired and maintained the wheel bearings on each trailer.Great work. Pleasant to work with. Did a very good job.

Made my appointment. Got there a little early as soon as I told them I was there for an appointment they took my vehicle and started working on it. No queue or line or wait. Very nice staff and awesome prices. Only recommendation is have more comfy chairs for heavier set people. I had to sit on a wooden block bench which wasn’t the greatest. But all is good. Thank you so much for the service and the tires look great. Will for sure be back.

Went to get an emissions test done. It was quick and easy. I was expecting some kind if issue or delay because it is always just my luck, however I was very please with how simple it all was. Sure made my day to spend only 15 minutes doing something you wish you didnt have to get done.

Went here to get tires replaced for my boat trailer. They had the size and were quick and efficient when working on them. I was in and out in around 30 min for 2 tires. The people were professional and courteous

Gave great service and gave me many options to best meet my budget.

Service was on time and easy to shedule. Affordable, and it was nice suprise that they didnt try to shill new AC filters or headlight fluid lol. I knew what was wrong with my car before i took it in though!

Free check of brakes. Heard squeaky noises sometimes. Tires Unlimited told me theres rust in drums just on edges where brake pads sometimes touch and grind against. But pads are still good and no repair needed. Yeah, because my car dealership said brake replacement service would be needed soon. And quoted cost would be almost 50 percent more than Tires U quoted

Taking my car in for what I assumed would be just an alignment and tires. cant do the alignment, need a new ball joint. wasnt the ball joint, its the knuckle instead. after a week of it i just retired my car, im not gonna keep throwing hundreds of dollars at it hoping its the last piece I need. not cool that i had to pay for a ball joint, wait 2 days to hear back and it wasnt the ball joint. but at least i payed 240 for it right :)

Tire Rack recommended installer. Used a torque wrench for lug nuts and that is the professional and correct method.

Terrible service! Someone should have told me beforehand that they were going to take my skid plate off to change the oil in my truck and probably would not put it back on properly. Now the skid plate is hanging there by two bolts. What if it falls off on the highway ?? I would have taken my vehicle somewhere else if knew this was going to be the outcome OR pay tires unlimited a couple extra $$ to do the job right. Total BS..

I have done business with Tires Unlimited for many years. I have never been disappointed with the work they have done on various vehicles. We are very fortunate to have this business in Port Washington. It is refreshing to see during these challenging time, they have not compromised the quality of their work, customer service and professionalism.

I went in on a Saturday morning at 9:00 with a flat tire. They were working understaffed but got me in and repaired my tire in about an hours time. I’m very pleased with the service!

Called them at 730am to see about getting new tires since I had a blowout the night before and needed them installed ASAP so I could make it to work. They were able to get me an appointment at 8, and I was out by 9! Very professional, efficient and very reasonably priced! Will be using them for automotive needs in the future.

Very friendly professional workers. I had something in my tire & was able to stop in to have it fixed. Only spent about 30 minutes there waiting on my repair. Hassel free service and great experience for just dropping in on an emergency repair. Jamie was very nice and so helpful. Definitely would recommend using Tires Unlimited!

I went in for their car care package which consists of an oil change and tire rotation among other things. I wanted them to swap out my summer tires for my winter tires but I accidentally brought the wrong set of tires. They let me come back later that day with the correct set for no extra charge. They were quick and very polite. Highly recommend this business.

A good experience once again. No high pressure sales tactics (my girlfriend goes here instead of the dealer because if this).

I very much appreciate the honesty from the owner and mechanics who work at my local Tires Unlimited. I live on a tight budget, and I am grateful that these employees never tell me that I need something done unless I ask for a risk assessment. Then if time allows my questions always get evaluated with a prediction of when it will be necessary to address an issue. The work might sometimes cost a bit more, but having a working trust makes up for any cost differential. The staff has consistently been helpful every time I experience a problem. The waiting area also has a clean bathroom and available water. I am glad to see this business remain in our community.

So far so good. Ive gotten burned from other Goodyear stores. Fast service fair price that you get from big box repairs. Friendly people, also everyone wore a mask. Thats big with me.

Jamie & Alex always take care of our vehicles. They are also honest with me. Its hard to find honest auto shops these days. When there was a problem with a part on a repair, they made it right and fixed it at no charge. They recently safety checked and repaired a vehicle that a different shop said would cost around $1,100 to $1,400 dollars more than needed. So glad that I yanked the vehicle from that shop and took it here instead. Thanks again guys. See you at the next oil change/tire rotation.

I had an accident early in the morning that had broken my mirror off my car. They got back to me more quickly than I expected and was able to replace my mirror and get an oil change and typed off my other fluids for a lower price than I was quoted for.

Came to have a serpentine belt replaced on my 2016 Toyota Corolla. Very friendly staff and they explain things on your vehicle clearly. Reasonable prices on most services, if your vehicle has a CVT automatic transmission, a fluid change is a little over $350! Its cheaper at the stealership for that service, but oil changes here are cheaper at least. I definitely will return for future services (minus the transmission service) and recommend it!

I’ve been coming to Tires Unlimited for a fewyears. I’ve always been treated with the most respect and they’ve given me great service on my car. I can trust them to be honest and not waste my money. They also have a free loaner cars which is an amazing service.

No signs stating where emissions testing was. no way to control a line of customers for emissions. 1 person went in to show the letter. i did as well. he said i would be 2nd then another car pulled in to take the 2nd spot in line. they didnt go inside to show the paper at all for emissions. not enough room to line up in parking lot either.

My battery died at the Lakeshore Vet Clinic. They came to restart my car within 10 minutes of calling. I followed the technician back to the shop to assess what the problem was. I had a new battery and was on my way back to Plymouth within an hour. Everyone was helpful and friendly!

We own several BMWs and Tires Unlimited has consistantly found issues when we report them and they fix them right - the first time. And, at labor costs acceptable to rural folks, like us. And, no hassle about how this or that must be changed/upgraded etc (whenever we have BMW factory folks work on our car, it is never a simple fix and report....its always a guilt trip on what else much be done!). Personal touch, too, here in Port Washington, WI. Love it!

The folks at Tires Unlimited were great. I had 4 tires mounted and balanced, along with an alignment. They were able to get me in the next day and get the job done by the time promised.I told them to look at the valves and replace as needed - They said valves were in good condition. Many other shops would have taken this as an opportunity to just replace all the valves even if it wasnt needed. You guys are straight shooters and I appreciate it.One other pleasant surprise - They use a Road Force balancing machine. From past research Ive done, this is the best balancing machine that a shop can use. If you travel at high speeds on the regular like I do this makes a difference. No shakes or vibrations at 90+ mph.Thanks again Jamie!

We have been bringing our vehicles to Tires Unlimited for years because they are trustworthy, truthful (dont oversell), friendly and fairly priced. Alex tries to schedule you in as conveniently and quickly as possible. The parts guy knows and understands foreign cars. He always seems to find reasonably priced parts or refurb parts and can easily diagnose problems. Steve is extremely willing to help and work with you in making good decisions. Doesnt make a difference if you have older cars or the newest models, the staff does their best to get your vehicle back out on the road.

My daughter had a flat tire just after hours. Steve, the owner, came in on the next day when the shop was closed to check the tire to see if it could be repaired. Unfortunately it was unrepairable. Steve was able to get two tires in quickly and get the tires mounted and get my daughter safely on the road again. The customer service is remarkable. The prices are extremely competitive. I recommend this shop to all my family and friends. Locally owned shops like this are invaluable!

Im from out of town, had 2 flat tires on boat trailer 15 miles down the highway. I looked them up, they had my trailer tires in stock, I bought a set of 4. Went back n forth to get boat off highway with 2 tires, then brought boat in for other 2. These guys were the best! Answered phone, great price, got me back on road for vacation. I cant say enough about how great office staff and professional guys who helped in shop.
