I was able to locate the bike I was looking for at ZuZu Pedals. I live in Maryland and the shop is located in Wisconsin. Andrea the Manager and her staff were very helpful when answering my questions and working with me on the logistics to get the bike shipped to Maryland. They were truthful and fair with the transaction. The bike was delivered as promised and my purchase experience was positive. ZuZu pedals was sensitive to my concerns and committed to creating a positive customer service experience. I appreciated their effort and going the extra mile to make sure everything worked out as planned.

(Another area shop had said 3 weeks before they could even look at it) I listened to Jared with the customer ahead of me and was so impressed by his conversation, hospitality and connection to this gentleman who had just arrived in Port from North Carolina, on his bike! Super friendly staff! I had passed by this business numerous times thinking that a small town bike shop was going to be much more expensive that a chain sporting good store. I was so wrong. A huge selection available and if they dont have it, they can order it for you. Highly recommend!

We came in off the street with 20 minutes left until closing. Didnt know what was wrong. The shift cable to the back derailleur had broken. It was quickly repaired and on our way before the doors were closed for the day. Wow! Never expected service so quickly and well done!

Checking out bike stores for a new bike. Found this store to be helpful and knowledgeable. Also brought in older mountain bike for repair of shifter that original bike shop said couldnt be fixed. So Ive been riding with use of large chainring for years. Jared got it working like new same day and showed me how he did it Awesome! So just not a bike sales store but a real bike shop.

Love to bike but didn’t know much about bikes. Mike was very patient and informative. Explained feature options in detail and even pushed me away from a more expensive bike due to the value between that bike and a different option and what was important for me.

Took 2 bikes in to get assembled. They charged $80 per bike to assemble (Dicks charges $40), then they also charged $10 more per bike for new parts before consulting with me. When I got the bikes home, they were hardly put together. The handle bar spun and didnt turn the tire. The bell was loose, the reflectors were loose, and the brakes werent aligned. I ended up taking it to a neighbor and he fixed it for me. For $180, I would expect better quality workmanship. Very disappointed and wont be going back.

LOVE this groovy place! Great apparel for women and men, great selection of Specialized bikes, location is 2 blocks off the interurban trail and they do bike repairs. Just down the street from The Deluth Trading Company too! I bought a Specialized Vita and love it!

Big and Honest Help in a Pinch! While traveling on the Interurban trail, we had the misfortune of having tire problems. Being from out of state, we had never heard of ZuZus before. Fortunately, our bike failed five blocks from their shop. We walked to the shop and arrived a little after 5 on a night they were open until 7 p.m. The mechanic on duty quickly found our problem, provided several options to fix, and then took care of our problem which allowed us to get back on the trail in route to our stop for that evening. We would not hesitate to use Zuzus again. Aside from repairs, they had a very well stocked shop with additional camping gear to boot.

Andrea and Jerod made sure I chose the bike that was right for me. They were patient as I tried and went through the different models (I did lots of research beforehand); and surprisingly, the model bike I chose secondarily and didnt expect to love, felt right and fit right (their suggestion turned out to be what I needed); now I get it when people say your are one with the bike. Go there, they care!
