I ABSOLUTELY love this company. I ordered a beautiful rug and it came within. 2 days. Delivery guy was respectful and very helpful. I love my rug! Perfect condition and it looks exactly as it was pictures online. Thank you for such great service. The rug is very soft and I love the subtle tone on tone texture in the rug.

There is a left facing chaise and right facing chaise. If you cant find the specific facing one youre looking for, call Pasargad directly for assistance.Tools:Phillips PH2 head screwdriver (drill w/ hammer function & PH2 bit recommended).14mm socket wrench.Patience & space.I ordered the sofa sometime in late July and it arrived in mid-August. The delivery was scheduled via Amazon and the driver arrived on time. The item was delivered on a pallet directly to my door, and then the truck left. It is your responsibility to bring the sofa inside your own residence.The sofa takes up quite a bit of space so make sure you have adequate room for assembly. The process isnt exactly difficult, just time consuming and repetitive, but nobody said putting furniture together should be exciting.The arms are secured to the sofa via bolts, and the securing holes are located in a space hidden by a zipper beneath the couch. Use a 14mm socket wrench to tighten the nuts. The legs to the couch are also stored in this area for delivery purposes.There are 30-something wood screws used to secure the legs to the frame. I screwed 4 by hand before I had enough and broke out the drill.I had an issue with my order and Pasargad was more than accomodating with their solution.The couch is comfortable, and my favorite feature is the headrest. In terms of firmness, I would say its closer to firm than plush. Its supportive. Its listed as a faux-suede and while I wouldnt quite liken it to suede, it does feel nice to the touch. There are no reclining functions with this couch, so purchase a different product if you were looking for recliners.Overall, Im satisfied with the purchase.

I cant say enough nice things about Edward and Pasargad Home! Edward went above and beyond to ensure that I was delighted with the Vasto console. The console itself has a unique look with unfinished edging of marble -- very cool! And its also priced very reasonably. The console arrived with lots of extra padding, so you could tell that Pasargad really cares about making sure that items arrive safely. Highly recommend Pasargad Home!

Edward at Pasargad was a joy to work with. I called him distraught one day when I found through an extensive google search that he carried the Eames lounge chair ... this chair came with a new house my husband and I bought in 2016.It may sound silly but I fell in love with this chair for its classic design and comfort. The reason I called Pasargad was that the base of my chair had broken and therefore was no longer safe to sit in.Edward took my call and even though I hadnt bought the chair from him, he took my plight to heart and worked with me to get it fixed. This process took a number of months as parts came from overseas and there were a few trials before we got the proper fit.The point is; the customer service was unequaled for a number of reasons: 1. I didnt buy the chair, it came with the new house 2. The solution took a lot of time, energy, preserverance and attention to detail 3. I live out of state so consistent ( and time consuming) communication was Critical 4. Other stores refused to help me as I hadnt bought the chair at their store. 5. Pasargad is very busy and could have easily brushed me off. 6. Edward was always responsive and took an avid interest in getting our chair fixed despite the fact there was no sale involved.Needless to say Pasargad has a lifetime, devoted friend in me!! If they treat non customers like this I cant imagine what else they could offer in ernest support to their local customers.I wouldnt hesitate to bring any future home furnishing needs to Pasargad or to recommend my dearest friends to their unsurpassed service and quality pieces.Thank you Pasargad and Edward for your fine example for the industry!!
