My car was in the shop for about a month, the problem was fixed per the owner, after 1 month the car broke down and was doing the same things i brought it in for, they said it wasnt related to the repair after having the car for another 2 weeks. When i took it for a second opinion they confirmed it jumped timing again and that they didnt repair it correctly, they fixed 6 parts, according to the repair book there are 20+ parts associated with the repair, the shortcuts they took have gotten me a very expensive yard ornament. Ignore the fake reviews and find a different repair shop, you get what you pay for

Great place, I am new to the area and was paying overpriced work at Firestone and Pep Boys. They do a great job they genuinely care and are upfront of what you need and dont need. They also recommend other places for work they dont do. I am coming here from now on for any work to be done in my vehicles. Very welcoming friendly!

Staff here are really friendly and personal. My first visit here was with a groupon offer they had a few months back, and Ive been coming back continuously ever since. They let you know when certain maintenance related things need to be done to your vehicle as theyre fixing whatever you brought it in for.

My daughter is a college student and took her car to get the AC recharge and the cost was outrageous, so I called and was given a price that was totally different which was much cheaper for what she wanted. So while I was at work I had my coworker to call and she was given another price that was outrageous. Anyone that would PRICE GOUGE when it comes to women and daughters is in NO way a reputable place of business!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THAT PLACE AGAIN!!!!!!

Went to this place told them what was wrong never give u a update on your car had to keep calling them. Owner was rude and disrespectful. Was recommended to go there but I will tell u dont go there . They was going to put a junk yard part on my car because they dont make the part. Left me hanging paid them 75.00 for nothing. I told them what was wrong a complete waste of time and money. Again dont go there. No good customer service.

Ive been many places to be financed for a vehicle and Ive been required to have a cosigner. Not only did they get me approved without a cosigner, they allow me to choose a car I wanted that they didnt have on their lot and went out and found it for me in less than two days! You only get that luxury when buying new or with excellent credit!

NEVER AGAIN, WILL I GO TO TOTAL CAR CARE, THEY HAD MY VEHICLE FOR 9 DAYS. THE ONE GUY WAS RUDE. THEY DIDNT DO GOOD WITH KEEPING IN TOUCH WITH US, NOR DID THEY EVER TELL US HOW MUCH IT MIGHT BE. EVERYDAY IT WAS A DIFFERENT STORY. BUT AS USUAL THE PART CAME IN LATER THEN THEY THOUGHT, OR IT WAS RAINING, OR BLAH BLAH BLAH. ALMOST 800.00 FOR THEM TO REMOVE AN AFTER MARKET REMOTE START, 95% LABOR. FINALLY GOT MY VEHICLE BACK AND MY NEW FLOOR MATS ARE RUINED BY THERE DIRTY GREASY SHOES. MY CAR IS HESITATING LIKE IT WANTS TO CUT OFF. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED. MY CAR IS LESS THEN 90 DAYS OLD TO ME. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF TIME AND A LOT OF MONEY TO WASTE.

Never been and NEVER WILL. I heard a lot of bad things about this shop allegedly you go there for one problem with your vehicle and they find a thousand things wrong. Are they create more problems for your vehicle. Then they put parts on your vehicle without permission. And instead of giving you one set price they want to charge by the hour. ..smh, theyre money hungry and will inflate a $120 bill into Thousands. Then they have a rooty, pooty, scham financing thats in cahoots with them to rob you so they can all get rich off your dime. All I can say is look deep before you leap.dont let their JESUS act and church commitment fool you ✌. I had to give a rating to write this, one star to many...smh
