Young man that works there was very helpful in finding the baseball uniforms that I need it for my grandson I highly recommend them

Finally found a size to fit my son!! Austin was very helpful and made out visit very convenient. Everyone was polite and the store was very clean and had a great variety.

I returned two items on the 12/18/20. Before the return I called and asked could I bring my items to the store for an exchange/return. Knowing that I seen online that I could bring it to the store. The return/exchange was great. I had to reorder the jacket because its not a normal item carried by the store. Every was already paid from the even exchange. When I went to pick up my item the employee was very rude. I was trying to explain what happened but he cut me off. Answering a phone call and talking for about 20 minutes. He kept saying I owe $7.58 but I had a even exchange. I even had $10.00 in my account but he said I couldn’t use it. The visit before my last was great but this guy today was horrible and I still didn’t get my jacket that’s already paid for.

The staff on Frederick Blvd are welcoming and very helpful. Its great to go to an establishment that acknowledge you and can keep staff. I love going and seeing the same people, it makes shopping easier when they are familiar with whom you shop for.

Spent to much money. But had fun

I ordered a pair of shoes a week before Mothers day for my wife. The website claimed my shoes would arive in 3 to 5 days. After 9 days my order still hadnt proccessed, so i contacted Hibbett. They assured me that there wasnt a problem and they were just behind schedule. A week later they canceled my order with no explanation. Now nobody from Hibbett will respond to me and they didnt refund the money. Ive tried to warn my friends, but the ones who have ordered from Hibbett all have a similar story. I read some other reviews and it is clear that Hibbett pays an outside company to write good reviews to off set the bad ones.

The store available inventory has gotten better, however they can use a little more improvement, if they had more up to date inventory I would have given them an overall 5 star rating.

I found this shop by accident. Im glad I did. The store had the glove I was looking for, it had a great appearance and the staff was professional.

Was in town for a celebration of life for our brother. Very accommodating. Several family members needed handicap accessible rooms. Clean rooms.
