Can find some good stuff here sometimes, but mostly cheap junk for a low price

Big lots is great they have alot of products. Its a little pricey but its really convinient since Im walking everywhere at the moment.

Cheap prices and big selection of goods, stores not too clean, and some staff have bad attitudes and check out takes forever.

Clean, good selection, but grouchy cashier with bad attitude made it a bad checkout experience. The guy acted like I was really putting him out by making him scan my stuff. These are the cashiers that make self-checkout registers an improvement in customer service.

I always enjoy shopping here. Great selection of stuff. Every employee I enter acted with was nice. I would warn, however, of freeloader-like bums hitting up people on their way out. These were young guys and not sure Id return again alone. This was at 2:30 in the afternoon, too. Portsmouth needs to patrol the area if possible.

I did an online order. It was very easy I just went to the cash register they scanned the barcode on my phone and got my item. James was very nice!

I bought an alarm clock and i was in and out and there wasnt a crowd to complicate my shopping.

Their not willing to help a customer. It seems like they are to busy to stop what they are doing and help u out. Not very friendly either. And they follow u around the store thinking ur gonna steal something if ur not all dressed up. Love the store but not the employees....

The customer service rep wasnt very helpful AT ALL and there were alot of empty shelves 🤷🏼

Great service, the workers are always so kind to me when I shop here.

The older lady at the service desk/ cashier was alone to check out customers. She was also answering in comming phone calls, which was interrupting her from checking out customers. She was doing the best she could considering all she had to do. She was a very nice lady.There were other associates on the sales floor that were stocking. They could have helped her. Very poor management and scheduling.

I love the friendly workers, and low prices on named brand merchandise... I saved a bunch today and was still happy and smiling when I walked out ... Now if we can just get the ground beef from$19.00 back down to $5.00 a package things will be right back or at least closer to where they belong..

I was surprised when visiting this Big Lots. I have been in some the the Columbus that are real dumps. This location, however, was neat, tidy and well organized. The employees were nice and approachable. One even asked if they could help me. Again, something Im not accustomed to in Columbus. Good customer service wins me everytime.

Decent prices, if you need a nice glass jar for your coffee, this is the place. They have a little bit of almost everything. The items are often of very cheap quality. Generally, you get what you pay for. I really only have two, complaints. One is the price versus the quality of the furniture. The other is that youd expect more from a store that size. Youll definitely have plenty of room in the aisles and they have plenty room on the shelves.

You got to love Big Lots but they took the one away in Grand Forks North Dakota I wish they was back there

Big Lots has changed since I was a kid it has gotten bigger and they sale alot more now they are really nice and help the customers out

Some of the prices where good but 90%was out reges. Prices that you would find in major stores. The employees where rude they acted like they was to good to be working there, like theyre better than the people shopping there.

Big lots, how you differ in diff states!!! I love all varieties. Sometimes you wanna just show your patio furniture side, but you always have the ticket with the best epsom salts and little bath candles and tryit you may like it beauty products. Kinda scary with no name, non commercialized brands, but since its stocked right with the higher priced stuff, im gonna try it! Love you!!

There is nothing wrong with the store besides the people that work in there. Very rude and insulting. My husband and I along with our kids went to Big Lots. Upon walking in the 2 woman in the front followed us in the store, treating us as if we were going to steal. Needless to say, we spent over $600 on items we bought. Meanwhile, while we were checking out, as they were too busy following us throughout the store, a man with a cart full of items ran out the store. Lol Kinda feel like they deserved it seeing how they treated me. Try to avoid this store.
