Great experience at forever furniture. We had a lazy boy chair we purchased in dec 2020. We had a great post sale service experience. There Was a minor warranty issue. From the initial call, to the quick call back, quick analysis and resolution . They followed up with the service, ordered the part, called ahead and picked up the chair and returned it same day. This is my go to store for beautiful furniture. In my home I have a couch, dining table, occasional chairs, a gorgeous light yellow leather recliner, and I am currently waiting for my new coffee table to arrive. I find the staff at FF professional and very friendly. And I think the items are priced right and the quality is second to none. Once I have made my decision to buy a new piece of furniture I know where Im going to go to find it. There really is no other quality for furniture store in Sarnia, and when it comes to Furniture you get what you pay for. Most times its tax-free and every time I have ordered something delivery is free, which is very important to me because I think if youre going to buy from a store they should throw in the delivery. The only reason I didnt give five stars is because everything I order, I have to wait between 6-12 weeks to arrive.

Went to Forever Furniture in search of a new sofa/loveseat. The store is massive and has a huge selection! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable and offered many alternatives beyond what was on the floor! The Covid protocols in place made me feel comfortable and safe to shop leisurely.

They got one star because you cannot give no star! Horrible service! Weve been waiting for our table and chairs since November! When they say forever furniture that is because it takes forever for you to get it!!! We were told 1.5months and since then its been 2 weeks then 2weeks etc.! First it wasnt ready. Next there was a fire but only the chairs were damaged?? Thats strange the table survived. The constant excuse has been Its because of Covid. Now they claim that they cannot deliver because of Covid! The brick can deliver. Teppermans can deliver. Lowes can deliver. Forever furniture can stay open but you cant actually get anything because for some reason they cant deliver!!! Take my advice after almost 4 months of frustrated waiting shop elsewhere!!!

Called a week ago, the motor quit working in the couch recliner. was told it would be a week before they could get out to fix it. Nobody has called me! It has been a week....Called today got a whole different story from another person...now it will be a week before he calls but hes really busy and doesnt make calls but hes not in today...asked for the manager and shes not in today....what a joke! Last time it took 2 months to get the back of the recliner replaced as the main support board was broke! Customer service is not in the top ranks....they must have a lot of cheap product! Wont be buying there ever again

I have been a customer for over 17 years. The last 2 times I visited the store I felt like my inquiries were a major inconvenience for them. 3 employees in the store yesterday, one helped me for about 30 seconds and then walked away. Very frustrating and disheartening

Amanda in your Sarnia location helped my aging parents with their new La-Z-Boy chairs today. She was hands down one of the best salespeople we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable and kind. My Father has disabilities and she knew exactly how to help him with making his decision. We purchased our couch and love seat here a couple of years back and they are still in excellent condition today. Staff were friendly and helpful and delivery time was quick. We will definitely be back in the future.

Products are beautiful. Lots of selection. Poor customer service. Bought a recliner. We were so excited for our new recliner. It was a great price for Lazy Boy. Pick up date came. No chair. Then they said they would deliver next day. Nope that didnt happen either. Then said a couple more days to wait. We didnt find this acceptable. If they had been upfront about the wait time we would have prepared for that. We were told a specific date. They didnt return phone calls. I had to chase them for info and go into the store to find out what was going on. No offer to switch out recliner that was there or offer to compensate or meet us half way. Not even an apology. No sorry for the inconveniences. Nothing. We cancelled the order and went elsewhere. All we got was a Thats too bad cause it was a nice chair you lost out on Very disappointed.

They have a very nice furniture collection. We decided to buy a few pieces of furniture from them. Staff were nice and helped us through the process. I am, however, sorry to say that I have been quite disappointed with their customer service:A cocktail table that we had ordered arrived damaged with big cracks at the base. Once I let them know of the issue, I was told that it would cost me an extra $400 to order a new table and that to avoid the extra cost we had to pick from the few that they had in store. This was unexpected and very surprising to us. Finally, they agreed to replace the damaged unit with another one that was in better shape. After a month, what they delivered, was only the table top!!!We spent a good chunk of money at the store and were expecting good quality product and customer service. I dont think that is too much to ask.

This is probably the only furniture store in Sarnia that seems to put lot of effort in their business. Lot of furniture stores offer good customer service, have a lot of varieties, have good layout, etc but this store differentiate itself by offering personable services i.e. they offer to visit your home and sort of help out in selecting furniture that suits to your taste. We met with Lisa and Trudy and they really helped us out selecting the right fabric/design and resolved any questions we had. In addition, we loved their selection of furniture. It was colourful and not boring. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Found out yesterday that they only give you a credit for anything u return for any reason. Personally this is not right with me. They have nice furniture but if I have to return something then I would expect my money back, for this reason I am giving it a one star.

There was a misunderstanding in communication between myself and Forever Furniture. The owners Henry and Andrew Martens were very gracious and apologized several times for the error. They then did everything they could to resolve this issue. I am very impressed with the swiftness of their response and solution. I will definitely buy another piece of furniture in the future thanks to their kindness and honesty. The furniture itself is of excellent quality and I would recommend this store to anyone looking to buy long-lasting, fabulous furniture. We had a bed delivered. Nick and Jeff, the two young guys who delivered it were so curtious, they took off their shoes without me asking, they took their time, were careful not to make a mess picked up and took all packaging with them. Explained how the remotes worked and made sure we were all set before they left.We cant say enough good things about how pleased and satisfied we were!Thank You! Forever Funiture has an excellent selection of beautiful solid wood furniture and excellent service to go with it. It is usually our first stop for all our furniture needs and definitely a place we will return to for years to come.

Very disappointed! Sales lady was inattentive, uninformed or uneducated about products made by Lazyboy. The brand brought us in to the store ready to buy and we left within 2 minutes of the sales pitch. Very disappointed.

Very expensive...found Palister recliners overpriced and old stock....same chair at another retailer was 500.00 less. Need to know were furniture and prices.... Need to apologize to Forever Furniture. I did purchase a recliner, over the phone. The gentleman who helped me was courteous and friendlt. Reason, why my recliner was so costly was because ot had all the bells and whisltes. If I had order a chair, then it would have benn less expensive. I have sat in this recliner and I loved it....very happy I purchased it. Learned a big lesson from the Teppermans Manager, They will not be seeing me anytime soon.Thank you Forever Furniture for helping me.

I have nothing but great things to say about the sales staff and the furniture movers. The sales staff were extremely helpful when choosing furniture for my sons bedroom. They had great ideas and took the time to write out all the details. There was no pressure. The 2 fellows that delivered the furniture had quite a challenge with our long, narrow, winding driveway and our dangerous staircase. They lifted the very heavy furniture, working together like a fine oiled machine. They were polite and they asked for a broom and dust pan to clean up after themselves. (there was a little wood drilling involved) I would highly recommend Forever Furniture to anyone that plan on redecorating or just buying a new piece of furniture.

September, 2017 we purchased a La-Z-boy sofa and loveseat from Forever Furniture. We took delivery October and immediately upon arrival we were disappointed. The seams on the arms did not match-up; stitching was not complete, wrinkles in the material, and the lack of padding material and later pilling amongst a few other issues. We immediately notified our supplier Forever Furniture of our dissatisfaction. Henry Martens, proprietor, did come to our home and agreed that the workmanship left something to be desired and did allow us to reorder.On December 8, 2017 we reordered another type of sofa and loveseat from La-Z-Boy with an expected delivery date of 8 weeks. The actual delivery date to the store was February 19, 2018. Unfortunately the leather on the back of the sofa was unacceptable. On February 20, 2018 Forever Furniture reordered another piece of leather for the back. Finally after many phone calls to La-Z-Boy and with the help of Karen and Henry at Forever Furniture the part arrived and we took possession on April 3rd.This type of experience has certainly takes the enjoyment out of refinishing your home.After reading on multimedia and experiencing this myself, I am concerned that La-Z-Boy seems to have reduced their quality of materials and craftsmanship. We have given La-Z-Boy the benefit of the doubt with this second purchase. We certainly hope that we did receive a top quality product as we have come to expect of La-Z-Boy. Time will tell.We feel very fortunate to have retailers such as Forever Furniture; Henry Marten & Karen Dease. These people have been most accommodating and gracious to us.We highly recommend Forever Furniture.
