The staff was very helpful. I had two packages I needed to send back to Amazon sellers. I was able to email my labels to the stores computer and print for shipping. She even recommended another mailing package that cost less. I highly recommend coming here if you have packages to mail using UPS.
Their website says they do Passport pictures and after waiting over 20 min in line they tell me they dont do any Passport pictures, they should have updated the website information it is very unprofessional.
I used to come here all the time with deliveries for my business, and John has been more than helpful for each of those transactions. Unfortunately, Carolyn is turning customers away from this place. She has acted rude and unprofessional multiple times to me and other customers. Definitely not using this location again.
Very professional, and I honestly feel they always do their best even when its busy. Ive sent things from here and via the post office, and all shipping is expensive, so that part cant really be helped. I appreciate that the store is locally owned, and I feel like it is 100% worth the fee to have a box here to receive packages safely so there is no chance theyll be taken off my porch.

Great Service at UPS at Victory Crossing! I have been going to UPS location at Victory Crossing for a while. Mr John is the Service Manager/Owner is awesome. He is very respectful and generous. Ms Valerie is the UPS service worker is outstanding. She is so kind and respectful. They both are extremely great and so helpful. I love being served at the Victory Crossing UPS location. They canceled my box for non payment and I never once got a notice or phone call despite what they said. They mailed back some very important packages I needed and I insisted I never got any communication from them and I had to get a new account and box number which was very incontinent

Each visit Ive taken to this store, Ive felt no pressure to handle my business. I have had a lot of different employees converse with me about the job and I dont think its so bad on normal weekdays. Everyone in the reviews complain based on their biased opinions, if not then just one bad experience. This store has been a major stone for the past year with the major orders Ive had to handle. I am glad that this one is so local. Good job UPS.
I went to ship an iphone to California at this location and when the gentleman behind the counter asked me how fast I needed it to arrive I told him I didnt need it to get there overnight or anything too fast. I didnt ask what service I paid for I just assumed that the shipping charges were just high. I find out later looking at my tracking number on the ap that he shipped it 2 day air which someone else said the same thing happened to them in the reviews below. $58.00. So stuff like this is typically not a big deal to me but 58 bucks to ship an iphone to California and for it not to arrive 2 days later made it a problem. I shipped it Saturday around noon and it arrived the Wednesday after after 6pm pacific time. I called UPS and they said that the issue was not with them but with the UPS store. They also mentioned that two day air only applies to business days. So why would he ship my phone 2 day air on Saturday without informing me that it wouldnt have any movement until Monday? I go to the UPS store and I speak with the same gentleman that shipped the phone in the first place and I tell him that I would like a refund or even a partial refund because I paid for a service that I didnt receive. He just said It arrived Wednesday and thats when it was suppose to arrive. I told him he could have told me I was paying for 2 day service with an expected delivery date of 5 days. If I would have known that I would of just paid for UPS ground or used another service. HE SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS AND THREW HIS HANDS UP in a who cares manner! He told me that he wasnt willing to issue me a refund and to call the UPS Customer Service Center. When I was walking out the store he said and when you call tell them you came in Saturday afternoon! I called them again and they said that this shipment was treated as a 3 Day Select and that it should have been delivered that Tuesday and that they couldnt issue me a refund from their end but to go into the store and tell the store to issue a refund request. The gentleman already told me he wasnt willing to do that so I called UPS store corporate this time and unfortunately they informed me that UPS has a policy right now where they arent refunding money for because of them having to suspend the service guarantee due to Covid-19. I can accept that I will not be receiving a refund due to Covid-19 however I cant accept the poor customer service and rude gesture I received while addressing an issue. You should never treat your customers like they arent valuable.
I was just charged $51 to ship 2 small boxes that weighed under 2 lbs. I purchased 2 boxes at $6 each to secure the boxes I already brought in. Then I was charged an additional $10 for them to put tape on it, I couldve taped them myself, I shouldve asked for the rest of the roll. I was offered $14 shipping for each package even though one place was close and the other is a few states away, not sure how they came out to the same price. I feel like I was just taken advantage of today. Ill use a different shipping provider next time.
My daughter that just had a baby 2 weeks ago went in and asked for help unloading and bringing in a big box. Instead of coming to help, they handed her a dolly to bring it in with. This was a large and heavy box that she had to unload out of her trunk. Wow. Way to go customer service. Even after bringing it in on a dolly, they had her push it where THEY wanted it instead of helping at all!!! Wont use this location again!!!
Piss Poor customer service. There is a language barrier and the woman was hard to understand. She wasnt listening to me and I felt like she rushed me. It cost 19.48 to ship a 1.35lb item which I thought was ridiculous. Never using this store again. I feel ripped of and the service sucked. UPS you can do better. This store needs some training and maybe new staff.

Charge for the smallest things PLUS TAX IT not to mention the customer service sucks no respect to an Army Veteran ! Charged for taping my box ONEEE LITTLE PIECE OF TAPE !!! Not to mention how they sent my package off wrong and it didnt arrive, WHICH MADE MY DAUGHTERS CHRISTMAS GIFT LATE, and the employee didnt even apologize . The worst ups in 757!!! Bring your own tape, stamp, envelope ANYTHING ( because they charge & tax everything ) ... I can say this is the worst one Ive ever been in !

So I shipped a package and was amazed how expensive ground shipping charges were (basically loosing all my eBay profits). Then when I got home I looked at the receipt and realized my very heavy package had been shipped two-day air. My exact words to the clerk were its heavy, there is no need to ship it any faster than ground and $100 insurance is enough. I checked online and found ground rate was easily half as expensive. Im sorry but you only get one chance with me. Im taking my business elsewhere. I only use this location now for pre-paid drop-off services. Ill drive to Chesapeake thank you very much.
They charge $.50 to tape up one strip on a box and are very rude and pushy about it. You can buy an entire roll at the dollar store for that cost, not to mention the other UPS stores and USPS do it free. They must be hurting for money if they need to charge for a strip of tape, I bet they tax that cost also.The heater is on in the summer heat and I immediately broke out into a sweat walking in. This is the worst UPS store in the 7 cities Im surprised people dont travel the extra mile for good customer service, I will be from now on.

$400 package delivered to the wrong address, even after shipping address was changed a week and a half prior. Called UPS corporate (which also has HORRIBLE customer service) and was told that it was the fault of this store.No confirmation that the package belonged to the person there or not? Someones reimbursing me for this.

Will never deal with this UPS store again. Hope you never have to file a claim with them because they won’t take the blame for items that were damaged by UPS and won’t rightfully give you your money back. Very disappointing. Fedex it is!
