My wife had an unfortunate accident coming out of a parking garage and piled up the side of the car pretty good on the concrete barrier in there. I have personally dealt with these guys numerous times and they are SUPERIOR top notch professionals. The facilities are super clean, they have a world class customer waiting room and transparent staff. As far as the car goes...wow the paint and clear coat quality is outstanding, body panels are perfect, and the car was actually cleaned before pick up. Fixed it to perfection. My wife and I are both extremely pleased with the work done! Hopefully we dont have to visit them often if you know what I mean LOL! But I am glad they are here! Thanks guys!

Had my rear end fixed after a car accident. I cannot say enough for Fix Auto Post Falls. Tammy let me know every Tuesday and Thursday where they were on my car. That made me feel comfortable. I picked my car up a day earlier. And I got to leave the rental with them. If there was a number from 1 to 10. Id give them 100. And one more thing. I couldnt figure out how how to open the gas tank lid to fill the tank backup. They helped me. Thank you.

Service was delayed by a week due to lack of technicians. Once car was dropped off it took 4 full days to replace and paint bumper. Service department did say 3-4 days but for such a simple, straightforward, plug and play part that seemed an exaggeration. Work done was very good. Car looks good. My first experience with a simple repair.

I’m an older gentleman with a large family so, needless to say, over the last 30 years of life with several cars that have required auto body repairs, I’ve dealt with many shops. Fix Auto is by far the best customer experience I’ve ever had encountered in this field. The actual repair was excellent but the communication and care for me was incredible.

I backed into a tree with my F250 and munched the tailgate. Fix Auto ordered a replacement and painted it a perfect match to the old one. Also had it rhino lined and installed in one week. They dealt with the insurance company to get some additional work done that was not listed on the insurance companys original estimate. All I paid was my deductible. Workmanship was excellent. Timeline was exceptional. Very pleased.

I had Fix Auto repair my new Jeep after a tree had fallen on it. They did a beautiful job fixing it right back up for me! Michelle was super helpful and prompt and followed up with me twice a week with updates while parts were being ordered and my Jeep being fixed. Fix Auto failed to call me back to inform me they didnt have the skill to fix a stock subaru. Fix Auto wasted my time and never called, I had to call them. I ended up running out of car rental days because of the lack of communication. Took it elsewhere and had it fixed in a few weeks.

I went to the Post Falls location the day after Christmas to get an estimate. The woman working there was very nice, able to answer any questions I had, and explained the whole process of getting my vehicles damage fixed which Ive never done before. Definitely recommend this location!

The customer service was good. I am not sure if I am disappointed in the service, or their hands being tied by the insurance company.I had to have a new axle installed, and they used a wrecking yard unit. It was rusty and the brakes were less than the ones I had on my old unit.

They got me in and got all my repairs done and a very quick turn around. I couldnt be any happier to have their services.
