If that was your rep in Troy this morning around 8, male, light hair, he needs to be fired. My family has been in the grocery business for generations and I have rarely seen anyone so rude and unprofessional. He walked all over the store with a clipboard taking notes, never checked in with the courtesy counter and then decided that his need to locate the manager was more important than a store customer working with a staff member. Why not approach the MANY other store staff who were not assisting customers. RUDE and clueless - please let me know what you rep so I can avoid buying it.

I wish all the places I deliver to was like this place, very friendly and polite receivers. It was a pleasure going there
