Stopped by to try this place for the first time this morning! There was a line(which is always a good indication of quality.) The staff made quick work of the line, and were greeting customers before they got to the window. The people that helped me this morning were extremely friendly, and definitely made a great first impression. The coffee was amazing! Will absolutely be returning with my punch card! Thank you guys!

Despite the establishment growing immensely over the past few years, the quality remains consistent. Only have had one bad coffee over they past year. Only suggestion I give is to get their coffee with half the flavoring for the best taste.

I love all the girls working there! They are super nice and make really good drinks with good time.The one guy that works there always has a bad attitude and anytime I order a drink from him it’s like I’m drinking blended ice.. I’ve tried to look past it, but it’s everytime. I don’t like spending 10$ on drinks for them to not be good and for him to not even say a word the entire time.

When I need a good pick me up, I head over to Jitterz on Seltice. he staff is so upbeat and friendly! Such a nice part of any day!

One of the fastest jitterz locations. Ive seen these ladies whip some orders out in record time. Sherri is AMAZING! Her drink suggestion became my favorite usual.

The seltice store is our go to location. Mostly because our dog is in love with his coffee girls and they love him just as much. They remember our drinks thanks to his cute face and they’re always friendly and efficient and the drinks are spot on.

This review is NOT for the seltice store but rather the Spokane street store. Everyone at that stand Is so friendly and so efficient. I’ve never had any issues and I’d choose this store every time. Very convenient and friendly service.

Ordered 2 everything Bagels this morning paid for egg, avocado, spinach, tomatoes, cream cheese, and we got back 2 bagels with egg, sausage, bacon, and cheese, and cream cheese.My fathers a vegetarian and allergic to most processed sausage the sausage paddy is half the size of the bagel so he ate into it without knowing and now we wait to see if he goes into anaphylactic shock.Guess we will try again tomorrow if he’s still alive.

Born and raised here and I’m all about supporting our local businesses! Jitterz on Government Way is my go to place, literally EVERY. Single. Morning. Not only do the have my coffee order down to a T but they usually have it ready for me by the time I get to the stand because I go there so often. They hussle. If that line is backed up to the street, they are running outside to get others order to have complete by the time they ge to the window. Never have I ever seen that anywhere else!! There are so many girl that I love and adore with Jitter there but shout out to Christina Abby and JJ for always starting my morning off great! ❤️

Seltice jitters kills it! they have wonderful service and they are super fast! the morning girls always have a smile on their face.

Good coffee drinks. Girls are usually friendly and chatty. Only issue with them in the wait times. I see too much talk and not enough work going on. This is why the lines are slow. Ive waited 15 minutes before just to get to window. Same issues. Girls chatting too much and not producing product. Smiles and quick customer hello and thanks are good enough. Also they are on their phones often. :(

How does a barista forget to add the coffee syrup???? Spent a lot of money on a breve only to have to dump it out! It wasn’t even busy when I went there!

Best Jitterz location in my opinion! They make drinks the fastest and are the friendliest out of all locations. Love their bagel station and the drinks are always good.

Don’t bother using their convenient “Joe” app. They do not have the staffing or the systems in place for it to be convenient or effective.

I love my lotus. Every day. I love the girls there too there sweet as can be but they should work on actively listening. There has been times were I got 2 drinks and I only asked for one. Ive had a few with wrong flavors and the biggest part that shows me they could improve their listening skills is FORGETTING TO PUT WHIP CREAM ON THE TOP ALMOST EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE TO ASK FOR THEM TO PUT IT ON FOR A SECOND TIME BECAUSE THEY DIDNT GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. LOL

Updated review: My mom had a poor customer service experience with them that led to a lot of frustration, but they eventually fixed it and made it right. Celena Foxx handled the situation great and was very kind about it :) also they do have great coffee :)

Everyone else loves this place so gave it a try waited in for twenty minutes in line and drove away and it was not what I asked for had to get back in line for another twenty five minutes and all she said we can remake that no sorry no refund nothing wasted my whole lunch hour and it was even that good I will stick to Dutch Bros they are to me the best

Great coffee. But building 20-30 minutes into your schedule just for coffee is getting ridiculous. Wait times are high because stands are understaffed and do food service. Have cars pull up and wait to the side while people who want coffee at a coffee stand get their drinks.

Amanda the manger has the worst customer service ever and is so rude! Always on personal phone calls and sucks at making coffee! Love jitterz and all the other sweet girls! Need to get rid of her!

The drinks are always yummy, but the wait time is always long, sometimes longer than 20 minutes! Ive seen coffee places that are WAY more busy and youre out of there in at MOST 10 minutes.

Coffee is decent, but incredibly slow. Im talking 10 min sometimes just to see one car exit the line.

I thought I found such a good coffee place and don’t get me wrong, they have great coffee. The thing I can’t stand is their customer service. I was served by regan and her attitude was so disappointing. Granted, I had a large order. Their training on coffee is great, their training on customer service is lacking.

This is my favorite place to get coffee and it is the only place I get coffee. I love this place and I tell all of my friends about it all the time and if they have a different coffee shops drink I say Jitterz is better cuz it is!!❤️

I really like Jitterz but wont go to this specific stand ever again. Last time I was here, I waited for about 20 minutes for the car in front of me and they were only handed 2 drinks. As Im pulling up to the window the barista was talking to some guy about how the customer in front of me was mad they were taking so long.It took her about 5 minutes to make my one drink because she kept talking to whomever the guy was just standing around. After she finished making my drink it sat on the counter for almost a minute before a called out to the barista at the other window if I could get my drink and pay.No wonder the person in front of me was mad, I was quite irritated too spending 25 minutes to get one coffee. The girl wasnt friendly by any means either. No smile, didnt say a single word to me other than to ask what I wanted. She was too busy chatting and complaining about customers to mystery man.

I really enjoy the baristas at this location and they actually know my regular drink better than I do. It can get a bit busy around 8am, but that cant be helped when you have a great product and people wanting it.

Excellent coffee!! My favorite place to buy coffee...my only issue is sometimes it takes forever in line. To avoid being late to work ive had to go elsewhere sometimes.

The granita special is too sweet and metallic tasting. You need a more natural approach to making this drink.
