So grateful to Dr. Robert Johnson and his staff! I have been a patient for over 15 years and have always been treated great. Today I showed up and didn’t realize I had the wrong time written down. The Dr came out and saw me and asked his staff to make sure they worked me into the schedule so I wouldn’t have to come back another time. I feel like my concerns and questions are always addressed and even though I know they are busy, the doctor never makes my appointment feel rushed. Thank you, Dr. Johnson and staff for being so great!!!!

2 canceled appointments the day of, after I scheduled time off of work to make it. Second time, not even a phone call. Definitely wont be coming back.

Well organized, friendly office. Reasonable pricing, decent frame selection. Clean office. Got in right on time. In and out in an hour, very efficient. My first pair of glasses. Great experience!

Loved the Kootnai Vision Center. The staff were very professional, patient, and friendly to work with. There were supper nice and calm around my 5 year old daughter. Especially when they were examining her eyes. Which is relief compared to her visit at different business. I cant thank you all for such a wonderful visit. Will defiantly refer to all my friends.

I love both locations and all the staff. They get you scheduled quickly and are always super friendly. The optometrists are fantastic and very good at helping you get into the right glasses or contacts.

Fabulous doctors, fabulous staff. Love this place and have been going there for nearly 15 years I believe. Post Falls is newer but I love the CDA one, not new but it is the doctors and staff that make a business.

Excellent doctors and staff! Both doctors are very thorough, and focused on the patients needs. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. Eyeglass purchases were competitively priced. All good! Highly recommend.

We have been seeing Dr. Johnson for 14 years. He is thorough, professional, caring, and personable. Some times the billing department can be a little frustrating, but the always fix any errors when shown, but very worth dealing with to see Dr. Johnson.

My husband and I have gone here for the past few years, but due to recent separate experiences with my husband and I we will be going elsewhere. I just needed updated lenses in my Ray Ban frames. I kept calling to get estimates on when they will be ready someone was snotty and said yes we called you last week, um nope, no one ever called, whoever made that note lied or dialed the wrong number. went twice to pick them up on my lunch hour from work in nasty weather and each day they were closed during normal business hours, not on an actual holiday either, no sign on the door that they will be closed or closing early. Big waste of time. Few days later someone reached out to me to remind me that my glasses are ready, she was nice, and I let her know I was trying but seems to not be working out with your unwritten hours. I picked them up about another week later after that with no problem.My husband got a call when his were ready and he went to go pick his new frames and lenses and the lady tried to give him some nasty used frames and said oh but we updated the lenses, he explained he got BOTH new frames and lenses, she said no these are yours. Pretty much calling him a liar. He had to get loud for them to take him seriously. Turned out they tried to give him someone else’s glasses. That was the last straw.

Excellent service. Thorough and punctual. They make it easy to get a good exam from a knowledgeable staff.

Dr Johnson spends adequate amount of time with each appointment. He always answers my questions, no matter how many I might have. Always has a friendly attitude and I never feel rushed !

I am completely and extremely happy I came into Kootenai Vision Center for my annual eye exam. Dr. Johnson was wonderful and thorough, explained in detail what was going on with my eyes, and I left feeling very well taken care of. I also got new glasses and felt well taken csre of in this deparyment also. My new glasses were ready in a week! I would and will recommend KVC to everyone!

The staff is amazing! Very helpful. They have great customer service. The doctor was thorough and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

This is the best experiance Ive had at an eye doctor ever! Everyone was friendly, helpful, courteous. Dr. Johnson is as nice as he can be and his staff is just as nice. They are definitely the ones to make having to wear glasses fun.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. The doctor and original nurse were great. Madison at the front desk is a nightmare. They have no idea what they are doing with insurance. Both myself and my other half had issues with her.Very impolite and rude, and even after contacting my human resource team at work to explain the benefits to her she couldn’t understand. I finally had to ask the eyewear specialist if she could at least look at what my employer had sent me. After she looked at it everything worked fine.I had a better experience with Walmart eyecare than I did at this place. Don’t waste your time or money with this joke of an eye center.

Not happy with the service, I had the doc re do my glasses and contact prescription because it was too weak of a prescription. I ordered a pair of glasses and they failed to communicate that there was a delay.

Called for an estimate for eye exam. Quoted $171 for exam for glasses and lenses. Dont call here unless you have insurance and dont care, or enjoy getting bent over a barrel.....

Work Monday through Friday 9 to 5 and person on phone stated thats when were open. Sorry cant help you with an exam during those times. Didnt even refer out. What happened to customer service and being open on the Weekends
