They took a month to tell me they can’t maintain the pergola shade they sold me even after I sent them the directions from the manufacturer. They don’t give a hoot about customer care.

I needed a decorative porch railing. I called and requested a quote. Steve M. came to my home, climbed on a ladder and measured everything. He was knowledgeable about all their products and arranged for very skilled contractors to install the railing. I made a slight change to the design late in the process and the contractors dealt with it capably. Steve even fixed another Walpole product that I had installed a few years ago and was starting to split, and at no extra cost to me. I think Walpole products can be more expensive than other solutions, but the quality, service and workmanship are worth the price. The are durable and attractive products.

Walpole is the only fence company I would ever use - high quality material - great people to work with - Phil Brennan is the best - we have done many projects over the years and I am very pleased. Highly recommend!
