Ive been a loyal customer since 2016. Nick, his father Mike, and their lead mechanic have gone above and beyond repeatedly to keep my four 20yr old cars running well. They even handled urgent fixes, when my van door broke stuck open in February and when my convertible top would not go back up prior to a rainstorm. Great skilled honest service at reasonable prices.

Wheels in Motion had a 2012 Infiniti G37x coupe listed for sale recently, I contacted them to purchase the car and they were more than helpful from the start. Gave me all the info and recent services done on the car. It was a customers car they were selling and I’m beyond thrilled to have it ! They transferred all of the records to a newly set up account for me and I can’t wait to have them continue servicing my car. Nick is beyond friendly and I met the owner Mike ( I think was his name ?) and they were both VERY nice and professional and knew about cars. Also I saw their service board for work and it’s definitely fair prices ! Would recommend these guys to anyone ! Clean shop in and out very friendly!

My car was hit and had a dent in it. Wheels In Motion did an excellent job fixing the dent and painting the panel. I cant even tell anything ever happened to my car. Im so happy with their work. They were so nice and professional. Hopefully Ill never need body work again, but if I do, this is where Ill go.

Wheels in Motion is the ONLY place I will take my car! Quick service and always reliable! I know they do thorough work and never cut corners. I love that they give the option of leaving my keys in a lockbox to pick up my car after hours. So convenient! I would absolutely recommend this place.

Go elsewhere if you can! Never in my life have I experienced what I did until I had work done here. So I dropped my car off Dec. 14 because I needed a new door and panel. Due to Covid, the panel took a while to get there, so my car was at the shop for over 2 months. Thats understandable. However, I was receiving lots of unprofessionalism(attitude) when checking on the status of my car, as my insurance only paid for 45 days for a rental. When that ran out, Nick extended my rental for another 5 days as he receives 5 free days per month with Enterprise. This he told us. So that was for the month of January that he extended my rental. February rolls around and I ask Nick if he can grant me another 5 days with a rental as I had no way to work and Nick said my car should be ready in 5 days anyway. He tells us that he will call Enterprise and check on things. Little does he know, I live right near Enterprise and know the workers there. We spoke with them and they told me that Nick had zero intentions on granting me those five days that month. So theres the integrity of that place. They didnt try to work with us one bit on anything and were constantly unprofessional. When I finally received my car after 2+ months, I asked if they could waive the second half of my deductible which was $250, they said no without hesitation. I also asked if they would at least inspect my car considering my stickers read 2/21 and it was February when I picked it up. Again, they said no. My thing is, the time it took for my car to get fixed, wasnt really their fault, nor mine. However, as a business, they should have had better customer service skills. Their customer service was beyond poor. The least they could have done was inspect my car being as though they had it for over 2 months and gave it back the month my inspection was up. Ya know? Its just what you do as a business, you accommodate. Then on top of all of that, the door they fixed has a hollow sound when opening and shutting it. I dont even have the energy to go back to that place. I am just happy to finally be done with them. If you are looking for a decent shop with great customer service and outstanding professionalism, youre at the wrong place.

I brought my 2018 Mazda 3 into the shop for body work. From my very first interaction with Wheels In Motion until the time I picked my car up, they were professional, courteous, and very respectful. In each conversation they always seemed to have my best interest as their top priority. The staff was very knowledgeable and since they seem to have my back, I trusted them completely. When I picked my car up I couldn’t be happier. It’s as if the accident never happened. They are everything you want in a mechanic. Smart, honest, professional, and respectful.

Wheels in Motion has made my auto repair experience phenomenal. From the first phone call Nick made me feel comfortable and totally at ease, especially since the insurance company was involved. I was so worried and overwhelmed by the situation, not knowing what to do but I felt so much better after talking to him. The entire staff has been so friendly and professional, this was by far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

This was a coast to coast sale. Thats right !!! Ive recently found out theres other Wheels in Motion not sure if theyre affiliated however I dealt with and did business with the one in Chatsworth California. They got a bike in that was everything I was looking for and could not find anywhere to save my life. I spoke for the first time with a Hugo Ferreira and I have to say I have not seen such dedication patience understanding and willingness to go above and beyond now keep in mind we are 3 hours apart so when its 9 opening time here and Baltimore Maryland its 6 in the morning there. When its midnight theyre just getting to 9 p.m. . I was concerned doing business in ordering anything of this much Financial value and significant amount of money. However Hugo made me feel very comfortable he not only had the patience to deal with me but with my very skeptical very tough retired lawyer Godfather of mine. He always made himself available and there has never been a time when I called that he did not get back to me within at the very most 3 hours he was professional he kept me in the loop touch base with me and even went Above and Beyond on the level of helping me with arranging the shipping and making sure it was done properly and that was my responsibility after the purchase was over he didnt have to have anything to do with that but he stayed on for the Long Haul. We kept in touch I have yet to meet him but I feel like hes a long time friend and when dealing with purchases and buying vehicles that kind of value and characteristic is extremely rare and hard-to-find it would have been so easy for him to cut off ties and not be accessible especially after the money was paid but he had given me his personal cell phone and made me feel very comfortable letting me know to call him anytime. I dont know how they do things at other Wheels in Motion but the way theyre doing it out there in Cali its for certain and without a doubt the way its supposed to be done the man is dedicated to his customers and I can only assume that his boss and higher-ups promote this within the company and do so themselves freezing when I called to speak with the receptionist she was very kind Hugo had a very busy schedule for being an extremely hard worker and working well over full time and having to travel very far distances even on his personal time to take care of things in his personal life along with the care of being an awesome an amazing single father we need more men like this in the world and we definitely need more business morally conducted professionals that can apply this kind of passion attention commitment dedication and professionalism 2 occupation that is rarely looked at as honest up more times than not looked at as a shark tank. I think Ive spoken up but as a customer that not only dealt with them personally but had to do so from an entirely separate side of the United States could not have been more pleased with their understanding their pleasantries their professionalism and their patients. The weight that Ill have to go through turn received the bike Maybe a bit on the extreme side getting it shipped over but if it meant to deal with giving my money to someone who I knew would give me the customer service and comfortability and confidence that I deserve and desire knowing that I can shop without any insecurities then he ate the 10-day wait for it to be shipped to me for that kind of security is worth it in my book its just a test of patience cuz you definitely want to get on your bike if youre anything like me and go out in ride. Nick and the whole crew are awesome! Great customer service and everyone was really nice. Nick helped us with everything. Left my car for repair on a sSunday night (was told to do this) was suppose to be fixed by Tuesday. When I called on Tuesday to find out what time to pick it up, was told they were just starting to work on it, had to leave to Wed. Was told it would be ready on Wed around 11 AM, got there at noon still not ready. Never worked on it on Monday, so was without a car for a whole day. Nick was very laid back about the inconvenience and the fact I had to reschedule a doctors appointment. First experience was great, second was awful, will not go back.

I was really happy with the work I got done on my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Theyre quote for an oil change, tire plug, new hinges for my trunk and a new serpentine belt was like $200 less than if I took it to a dealership near me. Plus it took like half the time to get all that replaced and worked on then when I took my Jeep to the dealership just to get an oil change. I will definitely be taking my business there from now on : )

Bad service ..... just moved to pottstown and asked to.get car inspected and left car for 3 hours but had to go to interview so picked it up and set it up for the next day and when I brought in at 3 next day.. went to pick it up at close and none even looked at it. Just disappointed in lack of respect. Understood I rushed him day 1 but dont tell me to brig t back the next day then bot look at it again. The car us inspected thru New Jersey til next year so would have took him 10 minutes to look at it. If he didnt have Time he should have let.me know becuz now Im pushed back until next week

Review is overdue but there is a reason why I am posting it now, i went to wheels in motion a few times for (detail work) an minor buff job while back an some (tires) an body work from a minor rear end, an front damage too at one point,The one day I go to them for major side impact collision I figured I would trust Wheels in motion since they were recommended despite hearing a few not so good stories from actual people an that fact I didn’t have any real issues with them for the times i gone to em,, However when I dropped my car off to them I was told my car would be ready in 2 weeks car took a month to get back Mike called me Around 6 PM talking about bringing the rental car back your car is ready while I was out of state at the time why didn’t he call me ahead of time to tell me when the car would be actually ready rather than throwing it in my face oh I don’t want to pay another day for a rental or 1st of all I my insurance company was paying for it an if you were forced to pay for a rental that was on your part then I receive the car back it didn’t have the side moldings on again wheels in motion had the car for 36 days what were you doing? Upon receiving the car back the next day the trunk opened in front of him but later on he did not also tire pressure monitoring (TPS) One of the sensors were not working I end up finding out they must have used a aftermarket one I even complained to the insurance adjuster and showed them the photos between original equipment manufacturer (OEM) And the aftermarket one that I found out that they sneakily used. For some reason the TPS was not programming come to find out from the dealership that well whatever the body shop did, some tire pressure sensors that are aftermarket don’t work hand-in-hand I tried explaining this to wheels in motion and I got accused of lying saying that I made up stuff about the tire sensor you guys damaged it somehow when replacing the rim since that was included in the auto body repair work none of the sensors had issue until you got a hold of it then trunk lid didn’t work an driver side door still needed attention which all should have been completed since you had the car for (36 days) Yes we all make mistakes NICK Mike I wasn’t holding it against you!!! but it appeared to me that I was bothering by coming to you with these issues just like weeks before I came to you for car wash Mike said to you in front of my face yelled that he didn’t want to wash my car anymore because he doesn’t make any money off em how do you figure that considering a car wash up the road during early bird special is $12 you were getting paid $35 I thought you guys did a good job washing the car that’s why I was bringing it back since I was tied up with things at home, how much were you expecting to wash a car but very unprofessional for Mike to say that in front of you and I you didn’t say a word just Like I came into the shop days ago and you didn’t even look at me I should have said something about that then but I let it go Mike seems to be the only one that talks more as I heard this the current body shop explaining my experience, he stated wheels in motion doesn’t like working on newer cars and I have fixed some of their work that has not been greatest an gotten plenty customer complaints about them... well I know I came to you about some issues after giving you $10,000 plus of work from my insurance company that you didn’t even say thank you for bringing your car here or nothing instead you got upset because I bring things to both you an mike attention as the current body shop I’m working with have said I could never run a business like them down their complaints happen they should have worked with you not giving you a bunch of bark leave a bad rating.I should have stayed away since insurance company John told me I don’t know why you took your car there in first place they’re overpriced and I don’t care for Nicks work down there..john told me to take the car to the dealership and pay the dealership to replace tire sensor with original equipment.. Great place to go! Just got my car inspected.Took my car in for inspection and it needed work in order for it to pass (check engine light was on so I already figured that). I was given a break down of everything that needed to be taken care. After talking with them about the work and my budget they were nice enough to be COMPLETELY STRAIGHT FORWARD with me and tell me what HAD to be done and what SHOULD BE DONE by my next inspection. Every other shop would just tell you that you failed and give you a list of things to be worked on so they can up sell. Wheels in Motions honest is what has kept my family and I (6 people) coming back for almost 2 years now.

Estimate for $388 to replace Front passenger side rotor/brakes/caliper with recommendation to do same to driver side for additional cost. Second opinion elsewhere was to replace Front passenger side rotor and front brakes which cost $36 in parts and half an hour labor and the truck is now mechanically sound... no caliper replacement was needed.

Brought in cause check engine light came on, they replaced a sensor, two days later check engine light was on again, brought in and they reset it again, it came back on, brought back they replaced sensor again, next day it was on again, got sick of being jerked around, brought it to another dealer, they used wrong sensor and settings were not right, way to high.
