I had an amazing experience at John Kennedy Mazda! After having a less than ideal encounter at another dealership, I came to John Kennedy and had the most pleasant and positive experience from start to finish. I worked with Nick Coursey (who I would recommend to anyone!) and he was helpful, patient, friendly, and respectful the entire time. Coming into a dealership alone as a female can sometimes feel intimidating with the wrong salespeople, but no one at John Kennedy ever once made me feel like I didn’t belong in there on my own. Thanks guys - you’ve gained a new customer for life!

I have had great service from both the parts and service departments! They were so patient and thorough with me while I had a meltdown over some minor repairs. Not once did they make me feel crazy or like a nusance, and let me tell you, I get on my own dang nerves. By far one of the best garage experiences I have had to date. Mazda for life!

Everyone at the John Kennedy Mazda of Pottstown was wonderful. What a great buying experience, only possibly outdone by their service department. Ive tried most of the dealers in the area and these guys still remember good old fashioned customer service and understand its intrinsic value. Ill never buy a Mazda anywhere else. Coming from a big family of mostly Mazda owners, weve tried nearly every dealership in the Phila area and Kennedy is by far the most professional and customer focused.

You must see JACOB! He took my fiancé all the way through the process, professionally answering every question we had. If you’re in the market for a new car make sure that you visit Jacob at John Kennedy Mazda. After test driving many cars at many dealerships, I ultimately went back to Mazda not only for the car, but for the amazing experience I had at the dealership. Jake answered every question I had about my new CX-5 and made sure that I thoroughly understood the differences between the trim models. Overall, both Jake and Rob (finance manager) offered the best customer service I could have asked for when buying a new car. They made the process quick, easy and painless.

Do not buy your car from John Kennedy Mazda. Their sales manager, Michael Armstrong, is a liar, raised his voice to my girlfriend and myself, and even took off his mask while we were in the same confined room as him. This kind of unprofessionalism and neglect to our lives is incredibly disrespectful. The other (non-John Kennedy) Mazda dealerships in the area offer significantly better prices and better customer service. Don’t waste your time.Story attached:TLDR – Requested an out the door price for a car. Were provided a number. Double checked that number and verbatim said “This is the out the door price, right? Taxes, fees, etc all included?” Came back the next day to buy the car at the agreed upon price and verified one more time on the price and details. Went into financing to do paperwork. After 2+ hours, we are about the sign the final piece of paper when I notice a number that is $5,500 higher than what we agreed upon. Sales manager came in and raised his voice that it is the number we agreed upon and we are wrong, even condescending us. Takes off his mask while in the same, closed door, small office space and continued to raise his voice. We walked out on the deal and bought our car from a different dealership. Second dealership was much more professional and valued our health and wellbeing.Update: Added a picture with my responses to reply I received from John Kennedy to my review. Mazda has good quality vehicles and the CX5 is an amazing vehicle and the sales people here are friendly(Nick was great)...But the sales manager Micheal Armstrong is very pushy and wants you to pay his price and thats it..Theres no negotiating..We were a returning loyal customer and what he had to offer was nowhere near as good as Toyota, Honda or Nissan...To anyone who reads this there are better dealerships out there who will negotiate more in price and do it in a friendly way...Bottom line here is good vehicles poor sales manager(Michael Armstrong)and better deals at other places .

I also continue to use the Mazda service side, again great and honest service. The only negative is the high cost of document fees when purchasing a vehicle, otherwise everything is negotiable. I recently purchased a used 2015 Mazda 6 from this dealership. Last year we leased a car for my wife and had a good experience with this dealership. My buying experience was very Pleasant. I was helped by sales person Kaj. Enjoyed working with him. He is very patient and helpful and explained everything about the car since this is my 1st Mazda. There were a couple of minor things that need some attention and the dealership took care of that right away. Also enjoyed working with the sales manager. He worked with me on getting me a good price for the car. Would definately recommend this dealership if your in the market for a car. Ask for Kaj !!

We just turned in our lease and will probably never get another Mazda, at least from this dealer. In fairness the car was fine, never gave us any issues. The people, however, that work at this dealer are extremely rude, disrespectful and try to nickel and dime you for everything. While we were turning in the car, our sales rep, screamed for an intern, made it very clear he was. Manager and ordered him to do his dirty work. He also made us few very uncomfortable for not buying another Mazda from him. We had gotten several quotes from other dealers to try and just buy out of the lease, and they all said the car wasnt worth the buy out price, when we mentioned this to him, he said they were clearly wrong. The car has 55,000 miles. No one was going to give us 16,500 for the car, no matter how clean it was. I think our sales rep needs some customer sales training. Save yourself some trouble and go to another Mazda dealer.

Best new car dealer I have ever dealt withI have been driving for 56 years and I have driven in excess of one million miles, purchased numerous new cars from various auto makers and dealers but can state without any hesitation that my experience with John f Kennedy Mazda of Pottstown Pa. Was by far my best experience in buying a new car. My salesman Kaj Seel, my finance executive Nate Dougherty and the General Manager Mike Armstrong all proved to be highly professional, very knowledgable, most friendly and more than willing to go out of their way to accommodate my needs in order to make my car buying experience a happy event, as it should be, but in my experience prior to this Mazda dealer was most uncommon.Two years ago I purchased a 2017 Mazda CX3 from this dealer. It just so happened that they were the only Mazda dealer in a fifty mile radius of my home in center city Philadelphia that had the exact car I wanted in stock at the time I wanted it. I reluctantly drove over forty miles to test drive the car and was so impressed by the Mazda vehicle and the staff at this dealer that I not only purchased the car but since then I have driven the forty miles for each oil change, tire rotation and scheduled maintenance required. The service was as professional, fast, friendly and accommodating as my dealings with the sales and finance staff had been.Two years into my purchase agreement for the CX3 my wife decided that she wanted to move up to the more elegant Mazda CX5 Grand Touring SUV. I called Kennedy Mazda of Pottstown on Wednesday afternoon August 28th, met with the staff the next morning and drove off in my new CX5 GT within 2 hours feeling really good about my new lease deal, my new car and my second great purchasing experience with rhis dealer.If you want a great car, a great purchasing experience and the peace of mind that only comes from dealing with people that you can trust I recommend that you consider buying a Mazda from this dealer even if you must drive fifty miles to get there. By the way, I had to drive past many other Mazda dealers and other automaker dealers including the Mazda of Pottstowns parent dealership, Kennedy Mazda of Conshohocken [which is only 20 miles from my home] to buy the car from this dealer.I have no relationship with Mazda nor with this dealer or any of its owners or employees. I had visited a couple of (non-mazda) dealers before coming to John Kennedy Mazda, and it was a breath of fresh air. I had made an appointment to test drive a 2015 Mazda 3, and was greeted by Jared precisely at the scheduled time. He let me take a look at the car on my own, and honestly, didnt try to sell me the car at all. We talked some numbers, but I didnt feel like Jared was pushing me into a Sale.After I left the lot, they did not hound me with calls and emails. I returned 2 weeks later to buy my 2015 Mazda 3 from Jared, who was helpful and non-aggressive through the whole process. His manager was equally kind and helpful and honest in taking me though the financing of the vehicle.I would highly recommend this dealership in general, and Jared in particular.

I had a very good experience at Kennedy Mazda. I was looking for a 2017 Mazda 3 5 door in Red with the 2.5 engine. apparently they are hard to come by. JK Mazda was able to locate one in two days. the staff, particularly Jake and Mike conducted themselves professionally with a friendly and personable attitude. the price was fair and reasonable. Do not buy a vehicle from them. They will lie to sell you things just to make a few bucks. I bought my vehicle and they sold me a bumper to bumper extended warranty. When i tried to use it I found out that it is not a bumper to bumper and most things are covered but conveniently the part i needed fixed was not. Also the paint protection packages and interior packages they sell are through some bs company that does not take care of you. after one claim they never answered me about reapplying the product. John Kennedy is the worst dealership i have ever dealt with in my life.

They lie and then tell you you are confused. Test drive a 17 left over on the 7th. Stickered at 29 and change. Made an appointment to go back in 13th to talk financially. We were ready to make a deal that night. Get there. Car not on lot. I asked if it was sold and I was told we moved it to the show room floor and added pinstriping. The car they tried to tell me was the same one was $1100 more! No one admitted it to being a different car but I knew immediately. I was told to ignore the sticker they would give it to me for 29,xxx completly taking my negotiation opportunity off the table. The next day the manager emailed me to clear up what he called confusion. He said The car in the show room was put there on the 9th, followed by another email saying the 10th. We drove the car on the 7th and told them we wanted the one we test drove! And he also said he was writing his inventory 1100 less than cost. And the price was now correct Exactly the price difference from the one I drove. There was no confusion...they were just being shady and trying tell me I was confused.

Ive been trying to get my vehicle in for 30k service. Calls during the week and on the weekend to the service department are directed to voice mail after 4-6 rings. I dont prefer to do business this way and only have a few questions about the cost for this service along with a scheduling question. I left a voice mail during the week and have not gotten a return call. It seems the department is under staffed. Ill go to CJs this time and try Kennedy on the next go round.

Horrible service expereince there. Was lied to about parts/costs. First my car couldnt be fixed nor put back together and they told me THATS MY FAULT for bringing it there. Then MAGICALLY after i mentioned an attorney it went back together and drove it off the lot. DO NOT GO THERE FOR SERVICE. Sales guy was professional tho!
