I visited this store on Thursday. August 26 2021. The store was very clean, neat and organized. They helped me to understand my phone and to transfer data into my new phone. I really appreciated. Chriss help. He was very nice and explained any questions that I had. I would recommend my family and my friends to visit this location, they are very helpful. I had been to 2 other Boost locations, both on Marshall st. Norristown. They were not helpful at all. I would like to give Chriss location a Very Nice and Very Helpful Thank You So Much for his Patience and Thorough Explanations on Every Question I asked.Thank You Very Much Appreciated !

This store on high street do not even deserve a one. This guy whoever working today it is 1:54 8/14/2020 hes never here.The store is always closed its not that many breaks in the world.Stop paying this guy and get someone that wants/need a job. Ive been sitting in my car for over an hour and he still not here.The sign say open Sat 10:00-7pm.So many people pulled up to pay a bill and couldnt. Understand people work from home and need our service on on a daily basis. I hate everything about the employees for this store

Chris is vary helpful at the boost mobile in Pottstown Pa. Chrishelpful with my boost mobile cell phone. Because my old boost mobile cell phone when black screen so i got a new boost mobile cell boost wentto the Pottstown Pa store.

She spent over an hour helping me set up a new-to-me phone. Did all the updates and transfered everything from the old phone. Top notch service with a smile hiding under that mask.

Excellent employees, loved purchasing my new phone from these just because of the conversation I had with one of the employees! Also they are wonderful service around here and they have the latest and greatest phones! Cannot wait to make my next cellular purchase from here.

Ive been to this store 3 times now DURING store hours and every single time it has been closed.

The guy Chris who was working Wednesday evening did help me get what I needed but he was very rude and had a poor attitude with me from the SECOND I walked in the door. First told me they were closed when it was only 6:00 and their hours say they are open til 7:00. He gave me a bad attitude and was projecting whatever bad day he had onto me. I tried to remain polite, thanked him for his help, ect but he continued to try to make me feel bad for entering the store since he was ready to close (an hour early.) not v happy with how he was speaking to me and tried to make me think they were closed so he didn’t have to do his job.

They closed the store 3 hours early with a sign saying bathroom break be right back then never returning. Completely unacceptable. Dont bother calling them to check if they are there theyre not

Abbie Augustine was awesome! We lost a phone in the Ashwood Apartment fire. Along with everything else. She figured out what was the cheapest way for us to replace it and upgrade mine(that hardly worked). I couldnt get calls from red cross.

We have always had a great experience here! The employees are so helpful and pleasant they made our experience fun.

The prices were super inexpensive-walked out with an iPhone 8 with service for less than $150!!Best customer service I’ve got in a long time! A++++💯💯💯

The girl Abby who works there goes above and beyond to help the kid Chris will program his phone number in your future ex wifes phone and trash talk you to his friends if you go in the store but go when Abby is working she will hook it up for real for real.

Happy to have a boost store in town again. First experience was bs. Went to pay my bill twice today in the middle of tge afternoon. The first time was at 2:11 and there was a sign on the door saying on lunch until 3. I come back at 3:32 and the sign is still on the door and the sign is still up and the doors locked. Why even have a store when the workers arent even doing their job?

No open during advertised hours and no signs saying otherwise boost mobile is trash service provider anyway I will switch soon

The clerk sold me a phone that he knew I could not use then of course NO returns bad business practice

Horrible!!! Stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE.They mark up their phones 120%.They will NOT refund your money or replace the phone you purchased from them if it is defective! Even if you try to return it in 24 hours.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!RIP OFF

Horrible service waited an hour and a half in there for the only worker in the place to cop a ratchet attitude when I had confronted her about the wait time.

Got there at 2:16 said they were gone till 3pm. Went back at 3 pm they shut the road down for a car shoe

Drove all the way out here and the stores closed. It is past 12 when the store should be open. Went and got lunch, came back and still not open. It is now 12:45. Do not recommend.
