I am a type 2 diabetic I had open heart surgery triple bypass back in 2018 I felt with my share of pharmacies but let me tell you something Wylie World your Pharmacy you have is excellent two pharmacists that I deal with the two ladies are the best very polite or courteous and very knowledgeable I would even think of going to another Pharmacy

Pharmacist could be more friendly with customers questions

Took someone there to cash a check the other day, it was a government check and certified. They input the wrong amount and told him something was wrong and maybe it had already been cashed and there was nothing they could do. After we left, I realized the cashier doesnt know how to read the amount of a check and we went back and magically they could cash it. Then they wanted to short him $100 out of it. Luckily, he counted the cash they gave him before we left. What a NIGHTMARE!

10 minutes before they close they say they need to call my doctor because Ive never been to that exact location.. at 8:50pm they wanted to call my doctor! What doctor is open at that time!- this is regardless of the fact that Ive been to other Walmart pharmacies in the area. I know pharmacies are getting pretty cute with their ridiculous rules lately, but this is one rule Ive had yet to hear until now. Either they didnt feel like filling it due to the time or the old men behind the desks making pointless rules are getting a bit to comfortable

Waiting in line at your stores customer service desk, is like waiting at the DMV with no seats. Theres almost 2 dozen people in line and only one employee helping people. Other employees are not even helping or opening other lines and the stores not even busy.

The staff is very slow. They need to be taught friendly customer service! The employees act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you.

Ive been a customer for years and never had an issue, tonight everything changed that! I went in to pick up my meds & had a new one in for my diabetes, it was something Ive neverused before and it is a injectable medication. I was first approached very rudely by the pharmacy assistant asking my information, I then was handed my meds and got the silent treatment, I kindly said in front of the pharmacy Assistant and the pharmacist who was just sitting there, I needed to know how to use the new insulin injection and they just looked at me like they didnt want to be bothered! So I just just left and called the manager and she was just blaming their rudeness on the current crazy night that they were having! Unacceptable!!!

Go elsewhere! Maybe it’s my fault for expecting something different from this area but this place is the worst. The folks that work in customer service are not equipped to serve the customers. They have poor attitudes, negative interpersonal skills and could use etiquette classes. While standing at the desk attempting to return something I witnessed the woman call for someone over the walkie-talkie for a site to store pick up; the response back from the manager was that someone was on break and “I don’t know how to do that”. So the poor customer continued to wait while the two cashiers talked trash on their coworkers outwardly in front of the customers. Winners. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 15 minutes to Bechtelsville where they’re more pleasant and professional.

This is by far the worst run pharmacy Ive had to deal with. everytime Ive brought my father in law there is an issue.
