I went here to get four new tires, an oil change and alignment on my 2015 Mercedes e400. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional and I was kept up to date on the status of the repair. Their tire pricing was competitive with Tirerack and the total cost was significantly less than the local Mercedes dealer charged me for similar services. I also felt the staff at Transtek cared about their work (and me as a customer) more than at other shops or my dealers service department.

My favorite shop to go to right here!! They never try to sell you extra stuff, only what the car needs, they dont just lie and say a parts bad when its not. Being a girl going into any shop, Ive always felt taken advantage of, but never here!! I first tested the waters with an oil change and since have trusted them with every service on my car!!

What can I say about Bob and his guys over at trans tek- I had a transmission problem I was estimated thousands on . Bob was honest and upfront and tried everything to avoid having to do the transmission rebuild (of course if needed) He not only fixed my transmission by fixing a valve all my 5 error codes came off including the check engine light(bob just an update awesome news for me!) I truly cannot thank you guys enough if I ever have a transmission problem I know where to go as you should!!!

The only place you will ever need to go...they do it all..not just transmissions. Exceptional communication what they were going to check, how they were going to check it, and what they were going to do to fix it. Had vehicle with multiple codes stating that the transmission. and torque converter were bad. I was told by one place to throw the vehicle away. Trans-Tek took a look..fixed everything for just hundred not thousands. No codes have returned and the vehicle runs better then ever before. This is the only place to go!!!
