I asked to post this on behalf of someone without a google account... Petro is one of the best! They took an inconvenient situation and turned it into a great one by sending three guys to my house on an emergency call to fix this issue I had. Scott, Jill and the team are top notch!

I have been with this company for over 2 years now. I have had one person after another answer all my questions, and address all my concerns regarding sales, service, payment plans, and deliveries. Everyone (literally) has been kind and respectful over the phone, in person at the office, and in my driveway when they are making a delivery, or checking the furnace when i had a small water leak. I had less than satisfactory interactions with other local companies and had thought it was the way things worked. I am happy that i switched to a company that treats me like a human being. They will have me as a customer for life. Thanks Petro!

I am giving 2 stars because when I did own a home in Poughkeepsie, the scheduled delivery was great, customer service was always very pleasant, and they worked with me when I had high payments. Was super pleased with them until I sold my home back on April 1 2020. My tank was filled late March in which was only days before the buyer closed on my home and was told by both the the person I spoke to from petro, as well as my lawyer (who knows petro very well), that the whole amount will be paid by the buyer since it was only days later and I wasn’t even living in the house any longer, so the heat was lowest it could have been.. The bill was just about $400 ( I had a smaller tank). I sent a copy of the closing documents and my termination fee was waived (I was thrilled about this). A month or two later I started receiving Calls that I had a balance of the almost $400 when the tank was filled days before closing. I explained to the woman I was told the buyer was to write a check at closing to cover it. She said she will write a note in the system and I never heard back, so I thought everything was fine and dandy . Fast forward to now (about 5 months later) and I am again receiving calls of a balance that I was told by BOTH someone in customer service and my lawyer the buyer would pay because the amount left over in the tank was full. I have not received any emails about a balance and did not hear anything back for months later after the first call. I was told today that the credit department will call which I’m very angry about. I’m extremely disappointed. Not sure if they’re just incompetentor money hungry . It’s a shame because I was completely satisfied until today.

We have had an oil contract with Petro for the last several years. They were very vague about their oil prices. They clearly state what their ceiling price is that you will not exceed, but do not tell you what your charge per gallon will be based on current market value. For example, when the state price was $2.43 per gallon, I was charged their contract price of $3.569. When I tried to find out how they came up with their per gallon price, I was informed that it was proprietary information. There obviously must be some formula being used to calculate the price, but they would not provide details. I understand that prices will fluctuate, but there must be some criteria for assessing costs, such as cost plus 5% or some such formula. During my last two deliveries, during times of economic and financial distress given the pandemic, I was charged over $1 more per gallon than the statewide and Mid Hudson Valley prices. After speaking to multiple departments within the company to get more information with no resolution or clarification, I decided that this was not a company I wanted to continue doing business with. I feel like they are less than transparent with their information and I do not need to give my money to a shady company. I cannot vouch for their service work, but I would NOT recommend them as a fuel oil provider. There are lots of small businesses out there that are fair and equitable. Use one of them and take a pass on Petro.

After several issue with scheduling I was billed the wrong amount for an AC tune up Ive had to call Petro 4 times for the issue to be resolved (It still hasnt been). They now keep telling me its awaiting manager approval and there is nothing they can do. Its been over 3 weeks and they have yet to correct their billing error. They are easy to get on the phone, but that means nothing if theres no actual customer service. After this Im unlikely to continue my home heating oil auto deliveries when my contract expires.

I love Petro. Their technicians are all professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Their prices have been fair, I have been with them for oil for 2 years. Likely to renew again this year.

My Grandmother ran out of oil the day before a huge snowstorm hit and these lovely people helped us in the best way they could. They kept us updated with their schedule for filling their tank and they were extremely kind on the phone. They also sent a technician to check the tank just a few hours after we first called them. The technician was extremely nice, and he was very helpful to my Grandmother. My family and I are very grateful to Petro Home Services for helping us, and for being so kind during this pandemic.

I was a Petro customer 6yrs and they were always great to work with. A friend recommended another company at a lower price and I thought I would save some money. After running out of heating oil, two days of headaches and no heat with two small children, I rejoined Petro and they were immediately helpful, bringing oil within an hour. Professional, helpful & dependable. Highly recommend.

Petro has been good for us. We started with them a year ago and got and oil contract and propane contract. The propane cost per gallon was high because we have a small tank that is only used for stove cooking. Others pay less but they maintain the tank so I don’t have to. The oil prices are fair. We have auto delivery but we called once because we were uncomfortable at 1/4 tank and they came within two days to fill. The oil price ceiling was a little high but was charged market rate lower than my ceiling for all but two deliveries. We now have a two year ceiling. We also have a oil furnace repair agreement. The price is ok. They came to do a tune up which was part of the agreement. After the tune up the furnace stopped working and had no heat. I called Petro at 7pm and someone was at my house by 8:30pm even though they said 10:30pm. He fixed quickly. Just a bit of air in the fuel line. I highly recommend Petro for peace of mind.

Petro is reliable and their staff is courteous.

We have been dealing with Petro for many years and overall the staff has been well trained, competent, professional, and courteous. We at the moment have a bit of an annoying situation with Petro right now regarding getting our oil tank replaced. They miscalculated the amount of oil we would need prior to their replacing our old tank, and we twice ran out of oil. But they quickly responded and corrected the issue. Being a customer of any company for many years will result in at least one problem, which we had, and they quickly resolved. People will say Petro is too expensive but Petro does the job right the first time 99% of the time and they stand behind their work.

Called for price on oil. The person was rude and unprofessional. I don’t understand why people have a need to talk to others this way. If you don’t like your job then don’t work. I work with people every day and I treat people with respect and kindness as you should. To top it off she said she couldn’t give me a price unless I give her all my information. When other companies all they ask for is zip code to see if they service in the area and will give you a price on the spot. Everyone I have asked have said don’t go with Petro they are not reliable are high in price and will make sure to deliver in July & August 🤷🏻‍♀️But me being who I am, said I will still give it a try. Thanks for making up my mind as quick as possible.

At Petro, I always find prompt alive and professional customer service. The customer service team is very knowledgeable, caring, thoughtful, responsible, they always listen and go extra miles with my oil needs and concerns. Outstanding experience all around. Vicki in the accounts department was exceptional. She was professional, responsive and made every effort to save me money on new propane service and a new line install. She also went above and beyond to coordinate the install for me on a tight schedule. The technicians, Nick and Kyle, were outstanding as well...they explained all of the work to be performed, patiently answered my questions, and performed the work on-time and on-budget as promised. Based on this experience, I’ll be using Petro for all of my home services now.

Be aware. We signed up for a three year automatic delivery service contract ( ceiling price:3.7 dollars/gallon). Got a delivery today for almost 700 dollars based on 3.6 dollars/gallon. Checked online and called another company to find out that the average price/ gallon in my area is 2.5 dollars/gallon. I would have saved almost 200 dollars for this single delivery. I called customer service and ask why its so high. The person said you are below your ceiling price and 3.6 dollars per gallon includes our expenses for doing business. Oh my lord, is this a joke? One more year to end this marathon contract and I am done with this company. Do you even think about keeping a fair price to save your customers?

We have a level billing service & 24 hour coverage plan and it is great for our oil bills each year and the service. We had to replace so many parts this year... It would have cost us a fortune! Kyle was so efficient, clean. All the service people a great. Thanks, Petro. We appreciate the service.

The technician arrived promptly, was courteous and helpful. He thoroughly inspected two possible sites for new LP gas tanks and Hook ups, explained the benefits and challenges of each, and answered all of my questions. Petro remains #1 for customer service!

Apparently, Petro cares more about money than the health and well-being of their customers.Our propane consumption greatly reduced during Covid, but Petro insists on continuing regular delivery. Petro agreed to adhere to CDC guidelines as well as call before anyone comes to our property. They failed at both.Despite making it clear in our December 31, 2020, email, Petro sent two reps to our home today without gloves or masks. We are highly susceptible to Covid, and we are not vaccinated.Here is the email from 12-31-20:When your representatives come to our property, we require Petro to follow CDC Guidelines. Your representatives must wear masks and gloves. Your representatives will NOT leave a paper receipt or come to the door. If they do not wear masks and gloves, if they leave a paper receipt, or if they come to the door, it will be grounds for immediate termination and Petro will be reported to the New York Covid19 Hotline.We immediately reported the violation to the New York Covid19 hotline.We were very satisfied with Petro until they partnered with Tank Farm.Their business and customer service has gone down ever since.Selfish and unacceptable.

Petro has shown to be an excellent company with high customer service standards. I had a difficult situation with my equipment malfunctioning and they stuck with it until it was fixed. It took a lot of time and diagnosis but they explained the whole process and made sure I was happy.

I was charged $3.62 per gallon for oil from Petro and Bottini was charging $2.46 with no contract the same day. Everyone I spoke to in customer service seemed brainwashed into thinking they provide superior service to other companies. Cant wait until this contract ends.

Uncomfortable customer service. Was not interested in their services after they attempted a hard pull on my credit and a contract. They continued to contact me after I said I had no interest and fought my opinion.Disappointing

(First - I have there 24/7 service plan with Petro)It all started with no heat/hot water. After doing my own checking, which was unsuccessful, I call Petro. This was about Midnight. The operator picked up quickly. After Identifying myself, I explained the problem. She asked if I tried a few things, and I replied yes. The operator said they would have to send some one out. Available was two time slots, 1:00 - 4:00 AM and 8:00 - 11:00 AM. I elected the 8:00 - 11:00 AM. The next morning, the service technician showed up at about 8:10 AM. Observing the current health rules, he entered my residents and went right to work. In a few minutes, discovered the problem. He went out to his truck, got the part (a relay) and replaced it. Fired up the burner, made a few checks and was Gone.Its nice to have a visit like this, the tech was courteous and efficient.A day later - its still working perfectly. A Job well done.And, yes the service plan is a good investment!

Technician was completely professional. Identified the problem quickly and got our air conditioning up and running. I have returned to Petro after using another company that, unfortunately, skipped the simple basics required for a thorough pre-season check. This never would have happened with Petro. Petro has pride in service and good standards. Taking care of the details is part of their mission. They also dont keep you waiting around all day-customers are kept updated regarding technician arrival on the day of service.

They were very knowledgeable and got here as soon as possible. They did a great job.

I would not recommend Petro. They refused to continue my prepaid service contract on my boiler when I discontinued automatic delivery because their prices were way too high.They emailed me saying they had, tried to contact me many times after calling me once to talk about it when I wasnt available. Then I had to talk with someone from their, loyalty department oh Im so sorry I wasnt loyal to my Petro overlords. Give me a break.Now Im out $150 and if my heating system breaks Ill have to call someone else even though I paid in advance for this plan.If they had been nice about it and just refunded me the difference Id have been glad to recommend them, but this is why I have to only give them two stars.

I had an aweful experience with Valley (Dont go to them!!) And Petro was beyond amazing. From Vickies customer service and great deals for oil, Mark and his great help, and then the service man that came this week. They came in, were professional, fast, and fixed my problems. Since I had the service plan it was all FREE and didnt count as my cleaning. You cant go wrong! Get the service plan!

I had a repair job done recently. When I received the quote the details were scribbled on a sheet of paper from a notepad by the onsite rep. When discussing the price with their customer service over the phone it was later found they over quoted me $250 to bleed my system. The rep that was at my house quoting the job and the customer service rep both said the computer decides the price. As we can see their computer system isnt perfect since they over quoted me $250 and the only reason why it was corrected is because I pushed for an itemized receipt. They advised fee to bleed the system was already worked into the quote for the main repair job and corrected the final cost. However, no itemized receipt was ever provided. Basis my estimations (which is all I can base this on because they refuse to provide me with a detailed receipt) they charge for labor only about 250$/hour for a straight forward preventative parts replacement job. Their rep was in and out within a 2.5hr window (it would have been quicker if they accepted my help by providing a hose and ran it out the back door when bleeding the system instead of using a bucket) and I am under a service contract so they serviced my boiler two weeks prior. Therefore, they knew what they were getting into and didnt have to quote for potential unforeseen issues (over the phone they mentioned their computer generated quotes are inflated for possible unforeseen issues). -- Overall, I liked the rep that worked on my boiler but the I have to listen to the computer response when discussing the quote is a weak excuse and is further seen as a shady approach to squeeze as much money out of you when they refuse to give a detailed receipt. As seen in my experience here if they provided a detailed receipt the $250 mistake would have been caught by their staff and not by me pushing for an answer.

Charging WAY to much for oil. I did a search and oil prices are...New York Statewide = $ 258.5Long Island Region = $ 270.8Lower Hudson Region = $ 246.6Central Region = $ 238.6What Petro charged me yesterday = $ 317.9Like another guy said CHECK YOUR BILL They are over charging.

Ive been using Petro as my hvac, heating and oil company for the last 7 years. Ive had a few issues with my furnace and everything was fixed in a quick and very cost effective manner. Oil delivery is always on time and the service technicians as well as the call center are always friendly and knowledgeable.

The person that answer the phone at 5 in the morning was pleasent, wanted to make sure that we checked everything before a tech came out. Made sure we were all set and let us know about up front cost. The service tech was great, checked everything out is a timely matter, gave me the price up front and got my heat going quickly. Cant say enough about how we were treated. Great company

Called for service which was quick and easy to set up. They came within 2 hours. He listened to what my husband said and fixed issue within minutes. Very polite. Definitely better then the last company we had.

We had just had our yearly tune up in early September. Tested the heat two days ago, and it would not go on. Checked brakers and switches. nada. So we called, and Andrew came out and found out it was our thermostat. He replaced it and the job was covered by our yearly maintenance plane. He was fast and efficient.

Despite a heavy work schedule the technician was here at an acceptable time and did his finest cleaning job without my querying presence. Thank you.

Ive been with Petro almost 3 years now, since moving to Poughkeepsie. I have no complaints about service, deliveries or reps. Always pleasant! But the pricing is killing me. Is it me or do they charge more than anyone else for oil? Its outrageous. Time to find another company. Theyre draining me!

The person that answered my service call, Amanda, was polite, sincere, professional, and quickly contacted a technician to resolve my problem. The technician, Henry, arrived early. Henry quickly analyzed and resolved the problem with the same level of professionalism. We were very pleased with the way the entire episode was managed.

Last night we had smoke and fire coming out of our boiler, the house was filling with smoke. Service person came within 1/2 hour and stayed 2 1/2 hours to repair our boiler. He went out of his way to make sure we had heat on a cold night. Great service!

Technician, Mike, was super friendly and explained the problem and what he was going to do to fix it. Can’t ask for much more. Petro clearly hires and keeps the good techs. This guy went above and beyond.

In the brutal cold we experienced the other day, the serviceman who came to my house (Greg) was friendly, helpful and cheerful despite what I know must have been a very long and cold last couple days. This is the second experience I have had with Petro oil burner mechanics (the first was with Jason) and I was equally happy with the service I received from him. It is imperative for an oil company to have great customer service if you live in the Northeast winters and I cant say enough positive things about them. They are the best! After the power was restored after Isaiah, we had a no hotcwater situation. I called a friend who determined that we had power going into our Taco zone controller, but no power was coming out. He suggested to make a service call. I called Petro Service and spoke to Devon. I explained the situation to him and he made notes for the technician and was very professional. The call ended a little after 11am and the window was 12 - 3pm. Our service Technician Ernie arrived by 1pm. He said that he would try to get the controller working again, but could not promise. He started by swapping out the transformer on the zone controller. He fried the 1st one, but the 2nd attempt was successful! We now had power to the zones, but still no power to oil fired water heater. He swapped out the aquastat on the water heater and low and behold the water heater now had power. Ernie cleaned and tuned our boiler ( even though it was serviced in February. He made suggestions as to the problems with our current configuration of the boiler and hot water heater. Ernie saved the day as I thought the worst and might need a new zone controller and a new hot water heater. I would have to say this was a excellent experience.

I had emergency repair of AC on the weekend. Petro Oil company was the only company I called available to serve on the weekend. The technician arrived promptly, no delays, diagnosed the problem and fix my AC within an hour. The technician (Steven) was courteous and professional. I really appreciated great service, thank you very much!

Had a leak in my whatsis; called in the a m to report. Polite rep set up appointment for between 5 and 8 p m that day. Repairman came BEFORE promised window. Happy camper!

They promptly sent someone to fix the problem. He had to replace the thermostat, took him a short while, was very pleasant and efficient. Covered under my contract; painless!

Not willing to work with you during the worst economical shutdown our country has ever seen; only looking for their payments while 40 million people are on unemployment and Petro doesn’t seem to understand this. Harassment over phone calls even though I’ve stated twice now that the payments have to be incremental until work is secured again... Completely unapologetic in their actions and continuing phone calls. Whenever the time comes when this contract is over I’m getting away from these people who don’t care about your wellbeing only about the almighty dollar.

This has been our oil company for 20 years now. Although prices can always be better the service has always been great.

I would have given them 5 stars based on the technician they sent. It took them over 7 hrs to get to my home. However, when he got there he was awesome. He was informative, he knew what he was doing, and did not mind me asking a 100 questions. This was someone who appeared to like his line of work. Even though it took a long time the service itselt was great.

It’s a stressful event coming home to no heat. Ever since signing up with Petro and purchasing their service plan, the worry and stress has been eliminated. The technicians are pleasant, knowledgeable and in a short amount of time, have restore our heat! I’m very grateful for their outstanding customer service and qualified technicians.

Two technical professionals showed up to provide an extensive service on pressure valves leaking steam on oil furnace. They came promptly on schedule and double check all the necessary replacements to ensure proper functions beyond original estimates without additional charges.They also completed draining the water from the heating pipes & refilled with proper amount f antifreeze. Everything is working perfectly.I was impressed by their efficient technical works. They also clearly explained all detailed steps to my understandings.I am very happy with their professional services. And Ill recommend Petro Home Service who need such services.

Petro service was great. We were not yet regular customers but needed an emergency installation of new propane service for a replacement boiler right at the time the temperatures were dropping. Petro juggled schedules and got our heat up and running before seriously cold weather set in. I especially appreciated Vickys personal service - answering phone calls promptly and providing accurate information with no delay - made a stressful process bearable.

Our heat went out on a holiday. We had to call someone out to help us, and everyone was very helpful and understanding from the moment they picked up the phone to the moment the technician left. Great communication and service, they send email confirmation every step of the way. There wasnt even a charge for coming out on a holiday, it was all included in our service plan. I was not a happy camper when I woke up this past Sunday to a very cold house. After a few checks, I was able to determine that I had been allowed to run out of oil in my tank despite the fact that I have been a customer since the 1970s and have been on automatic delivery and payment for decades. I called Petro and was assured that I would have a service person at my house as soon as he finished his current job. Thankfully, Petro was good to its word and someone was at my house within the hour and had everything up and running in fewer than two.Lack of oil was the problem.but the service visit also uncovered a faulty pump, something for which I otherwise might have haf to make another emergency call to Petro in the near future.

If you want the cheapest oil look elsewhere! They charged me the max allowed under my contract even though the Average area price for heating oil is $.50 cent per gallon cheaper than what I was charged! Have had Petro for a couple of years and I will say their customer service is good. They came out quickly to repair a problem. Only problem here is getting your annual system service. You wait months for it and dont expect them to contact you to set up the yearly appointment. I called shortly before my year was up and have to wait for 3 months for a cleaning!Follow up:Called customer service to discuss my post and they found a opening to get my furnace cleaned. Had to wait one month instead of three. Not bad. Plus they did a slight price adjustment as a good faith move.

I had an emergency with my furnace and had water leaking all over my basement. I called Petro and within an hour they were there! The technician, Stan, was very friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue in one visit. Im glad I purchased a service contract. You never know when something like this will happen, but when it does you have piece of mind knowing that the problem will be fixed.

My mother is 90 yrs old and lives alone...when I called Petro to report her heat was not working, they had a technician there the same evening and fixed the problem.

I just got rip off, with the December delivery, prices of oil have gone up but not 64%. According to the latest NY prices prices have gone up 24.9%.My November delivery was at $2.29 a gallon today the price is $3.56 a 64% increase. How the hell does this happen, even if I got a discount to stay a customer in November there is no way I should have been charge $3.56 a gallon. Time to look for a new oil company....

November 25,2019Frustrated and cold!After calling with same type of problem last year, all my info was listed by Julia at 9:24.I received a text stating arrival time would be between1:24 -3:24.Around 3:45 I called to check and was told by Gerry, it would now be by 5. There were a lot of calls.At 5:20 I called for status report and spoke to Lisa . It would be within the hour and to let her know if no oneShowed in 30-45 min.Bryan arrived at 5:55 and got out of truck at 6:05.I imagine by then he needed a quick break.He explained everything in the end with a cleaning that was supposed to have been done earlier this year on the protection plan, replaced a transformer and had to cement parts that had come apart.How was that not seen in the cleaning in the Spring?As a long time customer, I feel that an increase in technicians would decrease the wait time and improve survey reports I expect that.Each person was polite reassuring and courteous. Of the response time were better, in spite of the volume I’m sure we all would be happier.Response was quick.Directions for safety were clear and reassuring. Service remedied the situation and was clearly explained. Bryan was respectful and thorough in his work and communications.Thank you!

The serviceman was thorough with his maintenance job.He stated he was unable to vacuum due to managing equipment on a day where there was snow on the ground(Feb.12 )and it was slippery.He indicated that a follow up visit would occur to complete this part of the overall maintenance.I had no issues in general and was familiar with the worker since he has been here before.I was also pleased with the fact that I was originally scheduled for April and told someone would come sooner if there was a cancellation.To my surprize I was called this week to say that they could perform the maintenance due to a cancellation.

The tech was here on time and handled things very proficiently. Friendly and answered a few questions with no problem. Very positive encounter.

I have been so disgusted by this company! I run a bed and breakfast from my home, and TWICE I have had my guest stay with no heat! They are supposed to be auto delivery, yet twice Ive run out! I had an issue with our system, and paid for a technical to come and fix the problem... and after a week, it broke again...and another techniciabcame out, and I was charged again!!! I was so upset I canceled my contract.. they are now trying to charge me 400 for early termination fee... during this pandemic, I have had to refund alot of deposits from guests who were scheduled to stay..but this company has REPEATEDLY called me wanting money..I DONT HAVE EXTRA MONEY TO PAY FOR A FEE THAT IS UNWARRANTED.. to say that this company is unfeeling, unprofessional and has a one-sided view of an issue is an understatement.. IF YIU ARE WANTING A COMPANY WOTH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THIS IS NOT THE ONE!

I arrived at my weekend home on Saturday evening to find that I was out of heating oil. Having an automatic delivery contract, as well as a service contract with Petro Home Services, I was surprised that I had run out of heating oil. A technician was immediately dispatched for Saturday evening and arrived in about 2 hours. He was able to put 10 gallons of oil in my tank. But his records showed the last oil delivery of oil at my home was in 2017. That couldnt possibly be correct because I had my oil tank replaced in 2018. Not sure what happened to my records when Petro took over Love Effron. Given that I do not live full time at this residence, I am lucky that my home did not freeze and that I was there to realize I had no oil in the tank. While the service technician deserves 5 stars for coming to my rescue on a Saturday night, Petro Home Services only gets 3 stars (or less) for managing my account and oil delivery schedule.

Very disappointed in this company. Terrible experiences from the start. Sales pers promised I’d get a tune up within two weeks of signing up. Was a selling point for me. When scheduling with petro was informed it would be five months until I would get this service. Thanks for lying to get me to sign up. Online payment method was frustrating and finally gave up. Never felt good about this company. Go with someone else. They’re only interested in getting as much money out of you as possible while providing as little service as possible.

I had an Emergency my Boiler was leaking called Petro they made an appt for that day Technician came out and rectified the problem and got my boiler up and running. The Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained all work that he did. I was very happy from start to finish

The girl on the phone could not be nicer awesome with people. but this company is a non-caring all about business company paid 450 plus a gallon for oil with most companies are now around 250 or so certainly shop around before you jump into this company

LIFESAVERS!!!!We completely ran out of heating oil last weekend, and Petro gave us an emergency fill. We became loyal customers after that experience; Petro earned it!

I am very disappointed with this company. I just realized how much I am being over charged by them. It is 50 cents per gallon higher than the high quote for my entire area. The delivery man did not put the appropriate amount of anti-gel liquid in my out door oil tank and my line froze during our resent cold snap. Mind you that I have been with this company for over 6 years and have had plenty of very cold weather where this never happened. Then they sent a service man who simply blew air out through the line and hit re-start on my boiler after which they want me to pay over $300 for the service...? Are you kidding me...? This is a total rip off..!!! I am telling every one to avoid this company like the plague...! They screwed up and want me to pay for it....!

Our furnaced died at night. Petro provided a great technician, then replaced furnace next day... great service all around.very pleased

Heat stopped working. Called them, explained I have a senior citizen living in the premises and within 4 hour window they had a technician at my house getting the system going. Thank you!!!!! Highly Recommend.
