Wanted to recognize Montana from the Powder Springs store that helped me today. I had ordered 3 window screens several weeks ago and finally got them but they did not have the attachments mounted on them to hold them in place in window as well as something that goes across center of screen. She took me to back of store to sit down and reorder screen. She was truly awesome!

DO NOT SHOP AT THE POWDER SPRINGS HOME DEPOT! If I could score them lower than one star I would. We placed a special order for windows and a sliding door in April. The windows arrived in June. Six months later we are STILL waiting for parts of the sliding door order. Special Orders HAS BEEN USELESS. From June until August 31st we heard that three of the four doors had arrived, somewhere, but the fourth door didnt and was missing. But were working on it. We heard that for three months from Special Orders. Finally I went to the store and asked if they had looked at other stores for a comparable door. You would have thought they were with Moses and had just heard the revelation about the Ten Commandments. Low and behold they found the missing door 5 miles away! And, so, we finally got the sliding doors three days later. But one problem, the vendor sent the wrong track and sliding doors need the correct track to operate. They also did not send the screens, not necessary but still nice. Here we are, 6 weeks later and Special Orders stopped returning emails. A call to Home Depots Corporate Customer Care section has produced, hold on, They are working on it. And the store manager will call you with an update. Really? Were still waiting for his call.The support you receive at the Powder Springs Home Depot for your special order is non existent. Special Orders provides no assistance. The store management team provides no assistance.Shop elsewhere.

Always a great experience at the Richard D. Sailors store. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Tim the sure manager is the best!!!! Also, had a lovely conversation with Heavenly in appliances today. Shes a real joy! I love my home depot. ❤️

Great at helping customers, I came there to get keys made and got help right away, when I got to the check out there was 2 clerks at the self check out hands on. I think they did a great job, yes I will be coming back.

Home Depot is a good stop for all the home and garden needs yes? But I am going to say that I think I might like Lowes better! Yes, it seems a lot more organized over there. HD gives me anxiety these days when I go there walking for miles to find what I am looking for (yes close those rings and rack up those steps) and putting on binoculars to find an orange apron for help. Counter productive if i want to be in and out you see me? So just meh if I have to. Online and pick up in store is better but I wanna see before I buy.

As we walked into the store, my contractor called to explain how he couldnt find the bath tub walls we need at any Home Depot near him or that he called. They werent at this location in Hiram either ! But while we were on the phone, Manager Tim and Assistant Manager Noah were discussing store matters and overheard our conversation. The two set right to work calling other stores, getting a visual to ensure the stock, and helping us through the process of paying here for a purchase there to be picked up by my contractor. About 20 minutes these two worked for us to make sure were were happy. Thanks, guys !

I usually have a good experience at this location. Its easy to find and compare items. Theres also knowledgeable help - & fast lines, including self check-out.

This Home Depot Location always gives me excellent service. No matter if i call with a question or ask for them to pull an item for pick up! They are dependable and always deliver!! Beside having to find everything on your own overall is a good store one young woman stay on my mind because she was the only one that went out her way to help people like her give your shopping experience a good one

I placed a order to pick up in store a wood screen door and a hinge kit. Got a text confirmation that my order was ready to pick up, I drove the 40 minutes to that specific home depo, I get to the pick up counter and the kid at the desk says so it says the door isnt available but here are the hinges... What do I need the hinges for if I dont have a door to put them on? I never got any kind of communication that the door was not available and the order I placed was canceled. I asked about the door being at another location. 20 minutes standing there and he couldnt figure out the system to locate another. I eneded up having him refund the whole order and went down the street to Lowes who had the same door and parts in stock cheaper.

I live right down the street from this location, so Im in here at least a couple of times a week. The staff here is very helpful and professional, the store is always clean, and they pretty much always have what I need. I wish the floral department had a little more variety.

She was working during lunchtime.Fortunately for her, I am a nice person but one day, she might encounter someone who will give her something to really think about. This particular HD is a smaller, friendlier version of its gigantic counterpart located less than 10 miles away. I prefer this one because it has a history of being neater, cleaner and more customer-oriented. They only had one of the particular plants I needed to supplement my garden with, though. I was a little disappointed. However, for a better more family-friendly HD, this would be my choice, within my driving distance.

Really good place, has everything, down to the door mats, I came to return the drill and the lady who was working with us was very nice, her name is Lisa, very patient and reasonable, never said anything and worked with us very nicely till the end

I am a contractor and ordered 192 retaining wall block in the store from the pro desk. On the delivery date, 1 week later, only 47 of my 192 block arrived with no answers on the rest. After going back to the store to find out why, I got the run around and pushed from store to store each of which showed to have the block but didnt.The conclusion is that i have part of a wall built, a customer who is upset, i am losing over $1000 per day and home depot continues to give me the run around after selling me block they never had in the first place.Home depot is not for contractors. They are the equivalent of walmart.

Very disappointed with Home Depot and the worst customer service at this store. On July 10, 2021, I ordered fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher for over $5,0000.00 and was told it will be delivered on August 31th and the delivery Company never showed up and then they set a bee delivery today and this time the drivers called and said they dont have any appliances to deliver to me. Home Depot is too big of a company to deal with poor delivery companies and causing them to look the worst. I will be cancelling my order.

I went there to get sprays and traps, our house is getting infested with spiders, ants and some big water bugs.

Customer service department quick and efficient w. my receipt. Pine straw quality already aged but for the price, that should be expected. Garden employees couldnt tell me much about the freshness, had to look for myself.

The employee that helped on me in the appliance department was very smart about each washing machine and dryer. He knew that I could not afford the washer and dryer and even so he helped me like he was going to sell it to me.

I must say that I was very worried about walking in Home Depot and coming across a worker who was tired like myself and didnt want to be bothered after a long hard day at work. But as soon as I walked down the Cleaning Isle, I had Asked Devine to help me with how to declog my shower drain and He gave me Premier Customer Service. I did exactly what he told me to do and it worked. Thank Home Depot for Hiring Someone Like Devin to work at my Neighborhood Home Depot.Happy Customer.

Good luck finding someone to help you. I spent 30 mins trying to get someone to check for a tool in the back, I finally gave up, bought it online, and had them bring it out to my car.

Everything you need for your home is easy to find at the store and the associates are very helpful.

Great selection of needed items

Ordered a dryer from Home Depot. On the day of delivery, no one showed up. I called the delivery company and was told “they just drove past your stop”. They tried to reach the delivery company, but were unable to. Today, I was told that the next time they could deliver the appliance was two weeks from now..... I understand that Home Depot outsources their delivery, but this is unacceptable.

No customer service, the owner employees are too busy talking with each other. Lowes on Dallas hwy is much better.

I love Home Depots. I can spend too much money here. They also give military discounts. Sometimes, its a little hard finding a salesperson but when you do, all of them are are so friendly and helpful.

I love Home Depot, but this location seems to be a store that doesnt have much traffic. Shelves are not stocked well and things are hard to find. Compared to other HD locations this store maintains little inventory but there is always someone available to help. I sometimes travel further to overcome the inventory and difficulty of locating things

Home Depot is always good. People are also very helpful unlike Wal-Mart. Keep up the good work guys!

Staff fulfilled my online order within minutes! (Sunday morning is the best time to order small orders.) The customer service rep was so nice and pleasant to meet and she handled my order quickly, pleasantly, and competently. I appreciate that this nice lady took time to check my ID to verify who she was handing the order to. This is an excellent location with multiple entrances to choose from, and plenty of parking that is easily accessible.

I honestly hope curbside never goes away as this is an absolute pleasurable experience.

They never seem to have anyone at the paint counter in the mornings when you need paint products for projects you are trying to get an early start on!!

They usually have what I need at the Hiram store, however, its very busy and theyre prone to run out of stuff. No worries, though, because the Powder Springs store is about 5 miles away,very easy to get to, and not nearly as busy.

It is with great regret that I inform to all coming in this store @ this location to be specific to be ready and embrace yourself for a very uncomfortable experience. I’m a pro account holder who spends at least anywhere from 5-10 Thousand in merchandise weekly but there has not been one moment where my partner and I enter this store and immediately we are being followed throughout the entire store. Not only that together he and I are approached by several employees asking the very same thing. I understand and appreciate customer service and of course the approach of one employee but not the entire store. To top it off I have recorded several employees there not asking for a receipt nor any proof of purchase but the second I go to check out mind you I’m using a HD card I get approached and I’m asked for a receipt mind you I just mentioned that I’m standing there recording with my phone as everyone else passes through showing no receipt. This has already happened several times and the feeling is just overwhelming and very uncomfortable I’m a 6”0 foot 195 lbs man with red facial hair and born and raised in the states speak perfect English and here I am being detained by these creeps these monsters at this location. It’s very clear to me they’re being selective by who they approach. It’s a shame but hopefully you realize it and have these “professionals “fired.

Then ON Top of that made sure our Donation to The Men & Women who serve at Dobbins AFB had a decent grill! Jason you sir are the best!!! I have been dealing with home Depot since November and it is now February. Ive been getting my kitchen redone and at first they said they have the cabinets that I ordered when my contractor went to pick them up the next day they were not there it took another two or three weeks to get those countertops still have an issues with they keep passing the buck between home Depot and hearts and Kennedy countertop company. My money has been paid and I feel like Ive been given the runaround and they blame it on covid. Its been 2 months that Ive been using my guest bathroom as a kitchen. Now you tell me am I being unreasonable I dont think so.

Every home depot carries different items catered toward the customers near there stores... the Dallas hwy location has a much better and bigger selection... that being said the customer service was still great and the employees were nice and helpful.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Home Depot and still do for in store purchases. However, the delivery company they use for having appliances delivered is horrible. Impolite, unfriendly, and not competent. Will not use Home Depot again for any deliveries. Unacceptable!

Inventory stated online does not match available Inventory in store. Many times, when you go to buy an item in the store, there are none available even though items are shown in Inventory on-line. Sometimes, the reverse happens as well.Just seems this problem is getting worse at most Home Depot stores in the weat Atlanta area.

Nice home depot customer care is very nice.

The powder springs home depot is a lower volume store,meaning they dont have as many products as some other Home depots. But they are clean and spacious and easier to navigate. The employees are happier and more eager to help. They also have a greenhouse for better houseplants.

Over price. Nice employees... impossible to find a bilingual employee (Spanish/English)

I went to buy a replacement light fixture for my laundry room (the little one where you pull the chain), but I couldnt find it near the main light fixture. Andrew stopped and asked if I needed help, then he proceeded to show me where they were located in electrical. He also stopped again later while I was wandering around looking for another item I forgot I needed. Great customer service, Andrew!

They do Not require masks! Today (Aug 11), at least 1/4 of the shoppers did not have masks on. If you want a safe place to shop, find a store that enforces the policy (not Powder Springs). Home Depot corporate obviously does not require the stores to enforce the policy.

A good place to stock up on all your exterior/interior household & garden supplies at a reasonable price.

I went there specifically for a certain product and of course, they didnt have it in stock.

My husband enjoys this location. Also, the Christmas decorations are nice.
