I wanted to send my mother-in-law a little something that would brighten her day and thought flowers would be the perfect gift. I hear radio commercials all the time for the big flower companies. My husband and I prefer to support small businesses so I searched for a florist in the Powder Springs area and found Forever Angels.I called the shop midmorning and spoke with Mindy. I explained to her the type of arrangement that I was looking for and that I was hoping to have it delivered that afternoon. Mindy was so sweet and based off of what I had told her, she knew exactly what would be sure to lift my mother-in-laws spirits and that she would be able to deliver it that afternoon.To make sure that I was happy, she text me a photo of the arrangement before it was sent to be delivered. I expected that the flowers would be beautiful but the arrangement that she made by far exceeded my expectations. It was absolute perfection.Because no one was home when the order was delivered, she was kind enough to call me to make sure that it was okay to leave them on the porch since it was so hot outside. That is fantastic customer service!!My mother-in-law called me later that afternoon and was blown away by how beautiful her special delivery was. She actually said that the flowers were so perfect that she originally thought they were fake. Needless to say, they certainly did brighten her day.I am beyond pleased with my experience!! The next time I need flowers, Forever Angels will be the florist that I call!

I ordered the deluxe version of the blossoming romance bouquet. To describe what arrived - I ordered the extra large and received a small. The right flowers were included, there were just far too few of them to even be an accurate portrayal of the ‘standard’ bouquet, let alone the upgraded version (as an example the standard bouquet pictured has 8 roses on the side view of the bouquet - my bouquet had fewer roses than the standard and again... I paid for the deluxe).

Excellent! My order was done to perfection and the owner even called me to ask a couple questions as she was working on it. This was the second time I have used this florist and both times were exceptional. Very pleased.

Over three weeks and never responded to my email. The worst in thirty years from what I ordered to what was delivered. I would have gotten better from the street dealer at a quarter the price. Especially in these times when so many businesses are going under I get this kind of treatment. Beyond pathetic.

Just a suggestion, when making birthday flower arrangements Please Dont use flowers that smell like a funeral home, and dont paint flowers. Natural flowers are beautiful and do not need to be painted. the only thing i liked about birthday flowers that you put together and delivered was the fact that my sweet husband sent them to me. Not even the balloon you selected was pretty.

This place is amazing! I would always order my flowers from there! I was planning my Best Friends Engagement, and I ordered a Bouquet of Daisies through one of those 1-800 places. They delivered me something completely wrong! It just happened that the lady who delivered me those flowers was from this store. She told me that if I ordered from her, she would have gotten me what I wanted. She then got my order right then and there, simple bouquet of flowers. She delivered it herself withing couple hours. It really saved the day! Thank you so much!

Love Minh she was so awesome helping me with flowers for my brother in laws flowers for his funeral last week. So concerned that she called me back to tell me my choice wouldnt last long and she could work it into an arrangement that looked the same but would have a water source. No other florist i have ever used would have thought about that or went the extra mile to make the flowers perfect. Will always use this florist from now on.

Ms. Bennett and her staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and most helpful to someone ordering from out of town. They made a beautiful arrangement for a funeral and even called me and sent a picture of it when it was delivered. Forever Angels Florist gets an A+ in customer service, quality of product, and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend their services!

The owner was reasonable with her prices and made sure I was pleased with the bridal bouquets before pick-up. She was flexible with adjusting the design to suit the type of flowers I wanted for my wedding. The flowers were ready on time. Good florist to use in the Douglasville area!

Minh has to be one of the kindest, most patient people that I know. She has never met a stranger and goes out of her way to provide the most beautiful arrangements that you will ever see.There arent many brick and mortar florists these days and to locate one in our neck of the woods is literally the equivalent of finding a unicorn. Minh Bennett is a unicorn. She will help you to celebrate milestones or to bereave the loss of a loved one in such an honorable way.She takes all of your considerations to heart and fulfills every desire. Her prices are reasonable, her delivery times are exceptional and best of all, she LOVES her work. If you need the services of a dependable, hard working florist, you need look no further.

I dont even want to give 1 star. Weve had several deliveries from overseas family that unfortunately see this business name show in Google results and select by the location. Every arrangement that was delivered looks like a $10 or less arrangement. The vases have never been more than 6 tall and the flowers barely last 2 days. Its embarrassing to tell family members that are sending the flowers how much theyve paid out compared to what was delivered.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! DELIVERY WAS LATE! DID NOT RECIEVE WHAT I PURCHACED!!I placed 2 orders on May 13th, 2017. One order was supposed to be delivered on May 14th, and the other was supposed to be delivered on the same day, the 13th. The order I wanted delivered on the 14th was delivered on the 13th. Not a huge deal however, not what I asked for. The order that I needed delivered on the 13th was delivered late on the 14th and not only was it late but it was not anywhere near what I ordered. The flowers i ordered were $80 I spent $20 extra on a premium upgrade, delivery was $20 and tax was $8. They did call me and tell me they did not have the vase that was advertised in the picture, I told they could change the vase to the discretion of the florist. I did not give them any authority to change the flowers at all what so ever. The flowers also looked like they were 3 or 4 day old so apparently that $20 extra for extra flowers and the best looking picks means you are wasting your money. So I spent over $120 for them to not only deliver the flowers late but for it to be the completely wrong thing that I basically could have purchased at Kroger for half the price.
