Made an appointment for 8am. First of the day. I chose that time because I work nights and had finished a 12 hour shift. Hoping they would have me out in time for my regular bedtime, I was quite upset to find myself still waiting for my car to be service an hour later. Oil change and tire rotation with a vehicle inspection. Something that in the end only took them about 30 minutes to do. I finally left at 9:45.This is the 2nd time Ive made this appointment and waited for more than an hour. Add to the fact that they tried to sell me new tires at $700+ when I had already checked online the day before and found 4 for $300 less and the fact that even with a coupon my order came to $90 for a oil change and tire rotation with vehicle inspection and I rather go back to the dealership.For the record my tires still have plenty of life left in them. The nibs are still intact and Lincolns head is still not to be seen. Shame, I really liked how close to home this station is.

They were very quick and did a good job.They would have gotten 5 stars if they didnt try to sell me a bunch of extra services I didnt need.They do good work, but they make most of their money on the + side of tires+, so be careful and somewhat skeptical about the additional services they suggest.

After calling at 5:30pm, needing new tires, they told come right in theyd take care of me. I got there after 6pm and they close at 7. The front desk guy was professional, courteous and delivered his promise with expediency.

My personal favorite and the best Tires Plus I have ever been to. They are always quick with service and they have such great staff and professional people there. They make time for their customers whether they are walk-ins or appointments. I have been a proud customer for the past year and I have not return to the Austell location since. They are 10 times faster than they are.

Went for oil change. When i walked in i said i would like an oil change please. He said did u make an appointment? No, online it did not say, call and make appointment. Then said were we expecting u? I said i jus want oil change. I discerned his behavior was personal and judgmental. So, i left and went to JiffyLube.

I am a faithful & loyal customer of Tires Plus.My son-in-law sent me to them for my maintenance on my last auto purchase. I went to them starting in 2017. I went today and had my oil changed, tires rotated, screw removed from rear tire on the passenger side and purchased new wiper blades too.My appointment was at 9AM. I was finished in about an hour. I even applied for a Tires Plus Credit card and was approved. So, Glen and his staff of mechanics are just 👍 GREAT!😄.

I originally bought a tire at this location and after a year of headaches and stress, I wish I would’ve went any where else. After hitting a pothole my tire pressure light came on and I took it into this location and they said the tire was fine and they turned the light off. Not a week later the light came back on and eventually I took it in again, they said it was perfect but I could just feel it being off. I had my regularly appointment at Lexus and they said the tire was in rough shape. It didn’t last but a few weeks after that before it was flat one morning. I took it in and again they still had the audacity to say nothing was wrong with the tire after waiting an hour. They clearly did not want to fix the issue or take responsibility. Tires are important and a safety issue. I will never come back to a Tires Plus or this location.

I love this location!!! My mom and I have been going here for years and their quality of service, honesty and respect is top notch! As someone who knows nothing about cars I am always nervous that Ill be taken advantage of and told that my car needs extra unnecessary services. I have even gone in asking for services and they have simply told me that its really not time for that service and have told me the truth about what my car needs and when, which has saved me tons of money and time! I now work and live closer to other Tires Plus stores, but I drive out of my way to take my car to this specific location because I trust them so much.

Glenn and all the guys at Tires Plus, Powder Springs always do good work. They are honest and trustworthy too. Its nice having someone to depend on to work on my car. I have used them for years.

I was recently told over the phone the earliest available slot for an oil change was six days out. However, after driving by while in the area, I saw six bays wide open (4 up front + 2 on the rear) and only a few cars parked outside in the spaces waiting to be serviced. Maybe I was not spending enough money to be placed as a priority. Notice other reviews and how people buying tires and getting more expensive services are being helped without appointments. But those of us who wanted oil changes, battery checks, etc were required to make one.

Try to remain neutral in places for the most part.my ratings and reviews come from not just the quality of the people, but the cleanliness, the ease of access, the ability to get your business done in a timely manner and a safe manner. Proper is a great Word for the crew here. If they play around on the clock any, this group earned it. They work hard when they are busy. They get it done. 4 tires, I was out in 1 hour. Great job.

My car had problems starting due too much water in my tank. The location I got gas from was the issue. Anyway, after I tried to replace fuel pump myself and still didnt fix the issue, I got it towed to tire plus. They quickly told me about the issues and they got it fixed within hours. Thats how I found out it was water in my tank. The mechanic was very helpful in informing me. Fairly cheap as well

Bought tires 3yrs ago set 4 for $700 came in today the guy says a set of 4 would be $2000 & for fire stone $5000. He said since hes 2 ppl cause of covid19 he could do set of 2 around 1500.

We’ve been taking our vehicles to this location for 5 years and have always experienced great service and fair pricing. They do get busy! If you only need an oil change, it’s best to go on a weekday morning and leave your vehicle with them. Great online offers/coupons also!

Made appointment for 7am Monday setup appointment previously on a Thursday. Once I arrive I am told the part I need installed on my vehicle is not in and the alignment machine is broken, it was explained the machine broke down on Saturday. A simple phone call would have been appreciated. I was told I can always visit another tires plus or even Firestone. I will never visit this location again.

I would give zero stars if I could . Who ever is running this place on 07/01/2019 should be fired. I dropped my car off for an oil change at 9:45am, it is now past 4pm and they still have not completed with a simple oil change. There is no excuse for this type of service. Over 6 hours for a oil change. I will never refer anyone or spend money at this establishment again.

Honest helpful people. I have been a customer for over 15 plus years. The store manager and four of the technician have been there the entire time which is rare. A very trustworthy establishment. Would highly recommend.

I was fully expecting the usual issue at some car repair shops. Oh, by the way you need this done and the price doubles. NOT here. Was upfront with my potential issues and during repair they found my drivers side brakes were worse. It was no extra charge as they were already repairing both. I was very happy.

I had a tire sensor put in and I had to go back 4 times to get it right and I got it right after I went to Nissan to get a code reading. Maybe this place need better equipment. The from staff was great but, the job should have been done right the second time I went back with the problem.

I was expecting to pay a little more than what he quoted me, and he got me a better tire at a cheaper price! Highly recommend this place. I have been taking our cars to Tires Plus in Powder Springs for over 10 years. The customer service is great and they always give me a heads up on upcoming issues that will need to be taken care of. In addition they know how thrifty I am and try to find the most economical way for me to get done what needs to be done. They also dont put on the pressure like some car places do. The manager, Glen has been there for years and is very trustworthy.

So far my experience with this location (Powder Springs) is good. The staff is knowledgeable, polite, and very professional. Unfortunately they are having to fix things that the Austell Road location messed up/charged for and didnt perform. The Powder Springs location will get my business from now on.

Great service! I stopped in for emergency service on my way to Florida and received immediate attention at minimal cost. We were on our way in about an hour.

Ive been coming here for years. Most recently I dropped off our Sienna with a flat tire (sidewall puncture) on Saturday at 2pm. They were busy, but by 3:30 it was done and ready for pickup. They even stowed the spare and jack for me. If you just need regular maintenance like an oil change or rotation, make an appointment. Every time I do my car is in and out in a flash.

I have been here several times and have had mixed experiences. The first time everything was excellent from friendly customer service to maintenance. The next time I was shocked when my car smelled of smoke following the service. I immediately went back inside and the manager gave me credit for a future free oil change. Also the tech noticed two blown lights and recommended changing them. I decided to do it myself and went next door to purchase the recommended lights from the auto parts store. When I got home to change the bulbs I realized one I had bought the wrong bulbs based on the recommendation and two, one of the lights wasnt actually blown but unplugged. Not a big problem just caused me a little grief having to return to the store and exchange and return the lights. My next visit was uneventful.Overall the customer service is always courteous and they do decent work. I will only let them do oil changes and rotate my tires.

I was very pleased with this Tires Plus. Others, I havent been. They staff is courteous and very helpful... They also let me pick their brain about another problem I was having with my lawn mower and I was able to get it fixed. I will always bring my car there.

After replacing the thermostat twice in my car within 2 weeks and noticing the coolant would still sometimes boil, we decided to try this Tires Plus instead of the one on Austell road. They did a few tests, but couldnt get the coolant to boil again in order to diagnose the problem. They did all of this free of charge, and were honest about their findings. This past weekend we brought in a car we were wanting to purchase for a complete inspection. Despite being late to the appointment, they still inspected the car right away. After the inspection, they brought us into the workshop so we could personally see everything they had found in the inspection. They made sure we understood and gave their sound advice about the car. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We will definitely continue to come here for all of our future car needs.

I don’t recommend going here at all every time I take a vehicle to tire plus, something always tend to brake when I get it back. I had my oil change brake change and radiator hoses replace and when I get my car back my engine started to overheat and smoke then when I take it back to get it fix they don’t compensate you. The day I get my car back from getting my radiator replace I start to here knocking sounds in my engine I will not be taking my car back to tire plus all they do is take your money and brake stuff for you to come back. I would give them 0 stars if I could. AVOID TIRE PLUS!!!!

Made an appointment to get a oil change and they said they didnt ever here from me? Ok no big deal, made another appointment and got my oil changed and here comes a list of things he said my car needs. Way overpriced for what needed to be done. Went home to take a look at my car and I found out they spread oil all over my spark plugs. Do not go to this place!
