This Publix is an hour from my home and I would love to have it 5 minutes from my home. Produce department was unbelievably stocked and employees working were more than helpful. Needed to have some special steaks cut and the meat department guy went out of his way to make sure I was happy with all five of them. Check out cashier was hilarious and didnt act like she was there because she had no choice. She was very sincere when she said thank you come again. I have not had that in years from a Publix cashier. Really wish this Publix was by my house!

They have the best team work, everyone can offer to help you at any given time and even a manager can help just like normal workers my place to shop, clean as always!!!

When I arrived in the MEAT department, the steaks were slim picking in tems of choices. I turned to the MEAT guy, who was close by and appeared to be stocking another section . I asked if he had other packs for the MEAT I was interested in purchasing. This gentleman stopped what he was doing, and went to the back. Moments later he returned with several pack of MEAT for me to choose. I appreciate his commitment to the customer. I bought extra 😳🤜🏾🤛🏽🙏🏾🤝🏾👍🏽💪🏾💯

Had the opportunity to stop by this location for an emergency stop. Not bad at all. It did not have the assortment of international foods as the other locations i frequent so that was a bummer for me. I definitely cannot shop at a location without international foods assortment.

I love going to this Publix because the staff is very friendly and customer service friendly.I stopped by the Seafood Department and a customer was already waiting so I asked if she was being assisted. Customer said no only been a few minutes.I noticed a young man (Dwayne) stocking meat and he assisted us without hesitation. Dwayne was very professional, friendly took his time with us and ask if there is anything else.I wanted to recognize Dwayne because I have experienced meat department feeling bothered when they have to stop to assist customers. Again, great job Dwayne!!!

Can always count on them to have items I need - much more so than the Publix in my own neighborhood. Good management.

Whats the point of doing an online order scheduled for 6h15 if I get there at 6h10 and still have to wait for the dinner rush to pass for 30 min, then go to the counter, ask them about my order, then they go look for my order, then proceed to spend 10min making my sandwiches? 45 min wait for an online, prepaid order? Wont be doing that again.

I went to the Deli and purchased oven baked wings. They were super salty. Publix normally has the best wings, but today they werent so great, but the customer service was good as always.

I shop here often. Today I met their new employee Nina. She was very polite. She offered to take the groceries out of my cart along with taking them to my car. Service here is always great!

Some of the nicest pharmacists! They were super helpful and friendly.

This Publix is a little on the smaller side. They never have enough registers open to accomodate during the busy times of the day. Rarely do you see employees on the floor, so if you have a question you have to hunt someone down.

Everything was really easy to find. The employees there were also very friendly and helpful!

Best supermarket in the area. Great produce & BOGOs.

This is a very nice location to shop for your favorite food items and they usually have coupons or items on sale.

The Deli department, in particular an older lady by the name of Deanna, always messes up our subs. She’s sloppy and you give her specific directions how you want your sub, she gets an attitude and does not listen.

Even Cashier, & bagger were sincerely polite and Professional. I give it Top 5 Stars! Love this store. I had not been about 2 years only because there are two closer to me. I have gone to this store for 15+ years. Always chose it for their customer service. Over the past month, their service he’s gone terribly downhill. It now takes over 15 minutes to get served in the deli sliced meat section. The employees are always either on the phone taking or filling online orders. This has been my experience for the past 4 weeks now. What a shame. In addition, they’ve also caved to the self checkout lanes. I’m sure these are corporate decisions, but what a shame.

I wasnt happy when I walked in and saw over half the staff was it wearing masks and no one was enforcing mask guidelines. Fortunately I jadmine I and got I and out very quickly.

We usually use a different Publix pharmacy but they sent us here to fill a prescription today. Wow, what a great experience! The staff was awesome and their pharmacist, Jean, was fantastic! Knowledgeable and super helpful. Oh and they even have a drive-thru!!! #winning

This location never has anything readily available from the hot deli. I waited on hold nearly 15 min and never got anyone to pick up to place an order. I’ve found molded strawberries, expired bread at this location, it’s ridiculous really. The people working at the deli wear their masks under their noses, and apparently this is acceptable as I saw one of the managers (middle aged, heavier set bald man) doing the same thing. This Publix is Kroger quality (at best). I’ll just drive to the Mars Hill location from now on.

I am very pleased with our neighborhood Publix. Everyone is happy, helpful and nice. No matter the time of the day, someone always offers to help with my groceries.

I visit often to pick up fruit. I think Publix has the best fruit of the super markets. Customer Service is great at most locations.

Smaller store, but well stocked

The cashiers was very nice and made sure they didnt have nobody wait in line long. They had a cashier that open another register to take care other guest. It is always a pleasure going to publix because the atmosphere is very positive. Ill definitely be back to my publix

Store was clean, friendly staff, good selection, but only a single active non 10 item register open when we were backed up in line. In my opinion, the pricing was not as competitive with other grocers we have visited. Overall, it was good.

After 40 minutes of waiting and watching the pharmacist hold a phone to his ear, I gave up on the flu shot and left. Disappointing first experience and last time at this pharmacy.

My all-time favorite Publix to shop!! They usually have everything I want in stock. The staff is phenomenal. Courteous and polite! Some have become life long friends! They are like a second family for me because I have known many of them for years. Watched many of them get promotions, transfer, and then return to this location, which I love. This location is always very clean and I love that they take the time to actually help you look for what you need. Every time I go to a different store I quickly realize why I love this location so much!!

I have always been a big fan of Publix. They do most things well. Today is the exception. We bought the Smokehouse meats. The ribs were not good. We could barely eat them. The smoked chicken was good but nothing special. If Publix wants to get market share in the bbq business they need to look into quality control.

When you drive up to Publix the parking lot is always so clean the buggies is are in order and the employees are friendly and very helpful... The floors shine like new money... the food on the shelves are always store properly and lined up very well, produce is well kelp and fresh... I must say my visit to Publix is always joy... Thank you to management for always caring about the customers...

This Publix is my favorite place to buy groceries. It is always well stocked and very clean. Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful. It puts you in a better mood just to walk in this store.
