A Torsion spring snapped on my garage door.Called them Friday afternoon and he came out early Saturday morning.Installed new springs and also did tune-up on the door and opener while here. Terrific work, fast, and the price was as good or better than some others I called. Highly recommend!

Town and Countrys price at $279 plus tax to replace the springs on my double garage door was $70 less than the next lowest quote at $350. They undersell the big companies. The technician arrived on time, did the work professionally, and cleaned up afterwards. When he was finished, the door operated smoothly and quietly. I had purchased a new garage door opener and was planning to have it installed. However, once Town and Country finished the work, I realized I did not need it and retuned it, saving $386. Dale is that rare bird of a businessman who really cares about his clients and takes the long term view! The first time Dale did work for us was after my daughter accidentally backed out without raising the garage door which knocked the door completely off the rails. Dale was able to repair the door and get it back on the rails. His price was very fair especially considering that he said we should repair the door instead of replacing it.The 2nd time I called Dale was about a year later when the garage door would not open properly. I got it functional before Dale arrived but wanted him to inspect it. He did and explained the likely root cause of the problem. Since he did not have to break out any tools, he did not even charge me a trip charge. I dont know about you but I cant remember the last time a service repair person did not charge me anything, not even a trip charge! He saved my garage door. I accidentally hit my lift gate when closing the garage door and the door came off the tracks and bent the tracks. Excellent service. Our spring on our garage door popped late one night. We couldnt even get the door to open manually. This left us in a pretty rough spot since our vehicles were trapped inside the garage. The next morning, I gave Town & Country a call based off the reviews here and on the Nextdoor app. Dale had an appointment available that was 2 hours out. He showed up right on time and performed the repair in less than 1 hour. He also gave me some tips for maintaining the door. I would definitely call Dale again if I need my garage door serviced.

Outstanding service and response time. Answered the phone when I called about repairing the springs on my 36 year old garage door. Promised 1.5 hour response time. Fixed the springs and installed a door opener in +/- 3 hours and only one call. How rare it is to have total service time for a repair service done in less than a half a day from first call to job complete.

Dale is the man!! I knew I was having some type of sensor issue. I played with the sensors for like 30 mins trying to clean and align them... door still wouldn’t close. Called Dale. He even suggested me trying to adjust and clean the sensors before he come out. Told him I did. He came out... and in less than a min, he pulled and adjusted one of the sensors a couple of times and said, try closing it now. And to my amazement... IT CLOSED!!! I was looking real dumbfounded cause I did what he did for like 30 mins no luck. Took him 3O secs and pow!! He will definitely be stored in my phone from now on for any real serious garage door emergencies I should ever have. Very nice and humble guy!
