Always clean and friendly employees to S the store aisles. This aisles pickup for orders are always prompt even with a line of customers. Ill say this many times over, they have some of the cleanest restrooms in the City!!

This is my go-to store. Great sales, overall prices. Great selection. Its always being cleaned in some way.

Always clean and *generally* well-stocked (theyve been out of items only since the pandemic), products are somewhat easy to find (but staff can help), aisles are wide, and there are plenty of staffed and self checkout options (so wait time is always pretty minimal). They also have paper products, a selection of health and hair care items, gluten free groceries, vegan selections, and pet treats (I cant recommend the pet food). With decent prices to boot, this is one of our primary grocery stores. Oh, and the pharmacy, which is competent and competitive (if your insurance is compatible, which mine isnt).

Very clean store. Wish I would of known this one was closer to me. It seems small on the outside but its huge!! Ill be going here from now on. And their gas station is literally on the corner.

This local grocer is employee owned. The staff is knowledgeable, hard working and friendly. Ive been to a number of locations and the service is pretty much the same across the board. The prices are a bit higher than other grocery stores in the surrounding area. Id recommend shopping the sales ad to get the best bang for your buck. This store is also on of the few chain grocers that uses grocery delivery services. You cannot beat the convenience.

Prices don’t seem to be competitive. Produce quality not very good. Brand selection seems a bit above average. The remodel reminds me of a Wal Mart. 😬 Hen House is more competitive on prices and much more pleasing to the eye.

This was the best tasting cake ever in Life! The bakery lady normally works at the OP hyver bakery. Mam! You are amazing. I am a glitter queen and this is the prettiest cake. We fought over the last slice. My glitter cake toppers set it off. THANK YOU! EVERYONE in the restaurant was so jealous. They had to eat regular desert. It was ohhhs and ahhhs. As they brought the cake out. It was amazing for my niece!

Great store for the area! Produce is fresh, well stocked and cared for. Meat counter is full and ok. I find the layout of the store super odd... like I find myself and many others wandering around looking for stuff rather than my preferred intentional shopping.

Very nice people work here and their prices are competitive with other grocery chains. Their meats and produce are very good. My biggest issue is that after their major remodel, their selections seem to have really gone down. Their Health Market (natural foods, gluten free options, etc) is a fraction of what it used to be and is honestly worthless now which is a large section of my shopping.

Customer service is so great at this HyVee. Had some good weekly meat and cheese sales. HyVee is an Iowa chain that I have always preferred. Love their deli.

Sometimes I feel there prices are too high!

It is convenient in my neighborhood and very friendly. Conversations are sparked just like they live next door and they are helpful to find the foods I like. My favorite things they carry are great organic produce and vegan frozen deserts and vegan cream cheese and vegan sour cream.

Love this hyvee they have such nice employees. I love to buy the pre-marinated Meats on busy work nights to help make dinner a little faster.

I like shopping at Hy-Vee because they have the yogurt that I eat and its usually on sale. This particular store had lamb chops that Ive been searching for.

Unfriendly people working there. But that should not stop you from shopping there. Just ignore the rude employees and for about your business of what you came here to get. Fresh produce, fresh meat, large varieties of everything. The bakery is the best. Decent prices and everything from motor oil to cook in oil. Potted plants and flowers to pots and pans & baking flour. If the employees were anything other then rude I would have given them all 5 stars.

Not a large selection of Meat, & theMeat prices were very high‼The Price Chopper on 63 is much better. Thats where I will be going. The Price Chopper closest to me is being renovated on Wornal, but 63rd Price Chopper is my Favorite‼‼😊

Thank you for being open later than any other store and for opening up earlier than any other store in these pandemic times. This store has been a life saver time and time again. While Hy-Vee is pricey in my opinion they seem to have higher quality produce,meats, bakery, and they basically have a restaurant which is amazing and has so many choices.

During self check out a worker came over to stare at me and pretend she was fixing bags, which she didnt do to any of the other white customers that were also self checking out. When I stared back at her and asked what she wanted, she claimed she thought I needed help. I did not have a call light on nor was I trying to get anyones attention. Racial profiling at it best. I will not be back.

Went to get bath bombs and scented candles. A little pricey but the scents lingers.

None of your staff speak. No assistance and try hard to not make eye contact. Where’s the CS training? Just walk practically over you. Your non brown customers are also rude. Very rude. Give looks as if I don’t belong. I will go back to other Hy-Vee locations but state line needs to train employees and maybe do some community involvement.

This Hy-vee was smaller than the one I usually go to. The store was quiet and I got what I came for, with a quick check out. It was a good quick visit.

I love coming to this store cause I grew up in that area so I am used to shopping there. The employees there are nice and is there to help the customer in anyway they can and I really like that . But the other day I go get some sesame chicken and chicken egg rolls from where they keep the meal time meals at and was not satisfied of how they tasted. They tasted like they have been recooked or been out too long. I had to throw away 3/4 of my meal. Please make sure that what you put out is not tasting over cooked or old. I will still be coming to the store to shop.

This Hy-Vee is all over the place in regards to groceries. Just seems like everything is on opposite ends of the building and you have to travel back and forth to get what you need, some of the asles and how they set up just dont make sense.

Their curbside pickup is excellent! Only $30 min. They are pleasant and quick. It has taken less than 2 minutes for me to pull up, get my groceries delivered to my trunk, and leave again. So convenient and safe!

This Hy-vee always has something you can buy for a party. Candy bouquets, fancy cupcakes, cookie cakes, flowers etc.

I love this grocery store. If for no other reason than they sell Tippins pies. Aside from that, staff is friendly, facility is clean. They also have a very wide selection of items you might not find anywhere else.

I was looking for a red velvet cake for my granddaughter’s birthday; they didnt have what I wanted. But a young man in the bakery was very nice in helping me pick out some lovely red velvet cupcakes. I think my granddaughter will be happy.

Clean store, went there for my accident, and between clarity online and organized, fast call time for my shot, I managed to discover I am overpaying at my local grocer filling post shot time getting basics for home... Pays to be vaccinated, and the more you know the more you save... also, its a Hy-Vee.

The hours of operation are really convenient for my fluctuating schedule! They were out of cherries and one of the employees noticed me lingering and went to the back room and got me some!They are kind and really care.

I went to the floral department of this store today to purchase a special gift for my teen daughter. Chelsea was WONDERFUL! She listened to what I was looking for and took the opportunity to point out options she thought would fit my needs. She wrapped my selection beautifully with a bow. The balloons we selected together to accompany the floral arrangement were lovely. Her customer service was impeccable and I will definitely return because of it. Not to mention the produce section has plentiful and fresh options as well. The gift I selected for my daughter was a hit thanks to Chelsea and really helped to lift her spirits.

The employees here were not friendly and when I asked where something was I was told not my department. Go ask over there. Not going back to that store. Everybody with no uniforms where busy at selection. If the wanted to help someone they did if not just busy. Great product not good folks at this store.

I am disappointed at the number of employees not wearing masks or wearing them improperly. I keep forgetting that this location is in the state of Kansas which would rather have its citizens die than require them to wear masks.

HyVee has amazing hot food for those that may want to bypass the fast food restaurants and have a hearty meal for lunch or dinner. Their price point is manageable, the customer service is excellent and I love their new self-checkout lines.

Im a customer who has shopped in your store for many years and normally have a great experience until today. One of your pharmacy techs (Staci) to be specific was very rude and unaccomadating. After standing in line with two other customers for well over to en minutes I asked her whether I could purchase some items in that area. I had to ask several times and finally asked whether she was ever going to respond. In a very unprofessiona tone she responds I guessI informed a manager of her behavior

Clean and pleasant store. Wish the aisles were a bit wider. Night stocking crew was a bit rude (basically pushed passed me (to get their stocking cart through when I was trying to shop) without saying anything. Felt like I was glared at in annoyance by one of them. Overall though, its usually better than other grocery places like WallyWorld (Shelves are neat and produce section looks great).

Night manager, whom I believe is new, stood in front of me as I checked out and paid for my items and then rudely asked me if I was going to go back and get the stuff I was going to steal. Needless to say I was extremely offended as he just watched me pay for my groceries and then to be embarrassed in front of others was uncalled for and the reason why I dont go to Hy-Vee anymore.

They aight I guess. However I tried to go here Christmas Eve night when I was trying to locate a few items. I thought they may be open because the website had regular hours listed with a note stating holiday hours may differ. Many stores do this and I find it irritating because they have all year to plan what hours they will be open. Between start of business say following the holiday and end of business day holiday eve following year not one employee is assigned the duty of logging into their website to specify exact open/close hours. I guarantee every employee working the open and/or close shift knew well in advance what time the store was set to opens and/or close. To bad the customers were not able to check the website and so easily acquire this info.

I’ve been using Hy-Vee’s Aisles to go service for months now. There are definitely better items to get while using this service, for instance non-perishables or things like milk and eggs which don’t necessarily have a ripe-ness factor. I’ve never had any major issues with what we’ve received and have only been missing an item here or there. Overall, nothing beats having somebody else pick and gather my groceries, thus saving an hour of my time during a pandemic. 👍
