Extremely disappointing that they’re scanner is never working when T-mobile is running a promotion. Call the another baskin location and we’re told their scanner was not working either, seems way to convenient to me. Went to Culver’s instead, Will not be giving a dishonest place business.

Ordered an ice cream cake from here for a celebration. When we returned home, we found a large bug (dead) inside the ice cream cake box and a long brown hair on top of the cake. We were very disappointed and very grossed out. We have avoided ordering from here ever since 🤢

I am very disappointed in Baskin Robbins. T-Mobile Tuesdays has given away a free giftcard on 2 separate occasions the first time (about 6 months ago) they said the scanner wasnt working so they couldnt scan the app, now this time they said the gift card machine wasnt working (which doesnt make sense) and I tried other locations they were saying the same thing... If they dont want you to use a gift card than I guess I wont give them any business until they fix this problem

Fantastic. A chain yes, but quality ice cream. Butter Pecan was amazing.

Got the mint chocolate chip, it tasted like it was freezer burnt or slightly melted and re-frozen.

Showed up Monday to just get my nape and temples cut... ended up getting braids too!! It was a great experience w/ great service. The owner really cares about his craft and his customer base. GREAT services offered. Not your average shop. Ill be back.

These poor workers never have any air conditioning, I think its been off all summer long. They still greet you with a smile and a good attitude. Get them some air conditioning!

Store was hot and a little busy but the two ladies inside did a great job of organizing the chaos inside and getting everything moving smooth and efficiently. The I e cream was great too.

Baskin-Robbins will always be a pretty special place to me, my grandparents, when in town, would always take my brothers and me to get some Ice Cream. As you know they have 31 flavors to choose from, which makes it extremely fun for a kid to enjoy choosing, especially since the employees are not stingy with the samples. I will always enjoy going to Baskin-Robbins.P.S. If you are looking for the perfect order:1 scoop of Chocolate1 scoop of Mint chocolate chip.

Customer service at this location is extremely inflexible. I took a coupon on my phone and they refused to honor it because it was not printed. How is customer supposed to know this?! They explained that they did not have the equipment to scan the coupon - is that a customers fault?Manager of this location did not apologize when I called explaining the issue, instead she said they were not running any such promotion.I went back in WITH a printed coupon today and had 3 clueless employees dumbfounded with no idea of what to do. This branch is extremely petty, try asking them for an extra cup.This location has ruined my experience multiple times and I wouldnt want to deal with Baskin Robbins altogether.Its only ice cream, I can get it from any other avenue.

They refused to honor my buy one get one free coupon because it was on my phone and not printed out. Seriously! Baskin Robins you are way behind on technology if you cant honor coupons digitally like the rest of the world. The manager, Nicole, wouldnt even give me the cone that was already made up. When I said I knew she could just give it to me free regardless of the coupon and that theyd probably throw it away she said they would just put it back to use again since it hadnt been touched. Very unfriendly. No customer satisfaction. Ill write corporate headquarters to share the lack of customer service at this location!
