Great mechanics and great people. I enjoy talking to these guys and they have never done me wrong and they always make sure my bike is well taken care of these guys are awesome. Extremely unprofessional. No one is ever in the lobby to serve new customers. Must go into the garage where they are mostly hanging out chatting. After waiting for a long period of time and grabbing someone’s attention I asked for a part on my 400 Polaris sportsman. Wasn’t sure what year this one was but I brought the VIN#, only to be told that they could not help me. Once we figured out the year from the VIN “witch I told them I have with me” I was quoted $182.00 for a $52.00 online part without labor. I would have paid more for the convenience but not $130 more. My $52 part is new, works great and comes with a warranty. I am a military veteran and would strongly recommend all motorcycle owners to do business elsewhere.

Cant speak high enough on Sunburst Motorsports. Very efficient, and work done in a timely manner. Polaris Sportsman 500 was having issues running...after several diagnostic checks, found to need a fuel pump. Got it replaced and quad runs great. VERY honest and reasonable rates! Highly recommend...and avoid the competition a few doors down!

This shop is amazing! The owners go out of there way to help everyone who enters their door. They held a food drive for the Yavapai Food bank during the holidays and support the local community. I have read some of the other reviews and do not buy into the negative, Rich and Ramsey have proven to be honest and helpful. There is no better shop in Prescott Valley.

This is the place to go guys were super cool came in with a leaking back tire they pulled me rite in and knocked it out and got me back on the road. Price was cheap and work was quality only place Ill be taking my bike to while Im in or near Prescott.

This place is awesome in a few ways. Staff very personable and informative about their work. The work is superb and now my boulevard is purring like a kitten. And they have bike night every third Wednesday of the month, location varies. Great group of cyclist and cant wait until next month. Thanks everyone!

First off I highly recommend this shop! Rich is an honest, hard working guy who likes to get the job done and make his customers happy.Originally we went to a larger shop for parts on my son’s first dirt bike which was a used one. They said they didn’t sell parts for it and couldn’t help us. Soon after, my son noticed Sunbrust Motors and we stopped by there. Rich, the owner, was super helpful! He told us what we needed to do and how to order it online. The poor guy didn’t make a cent. Like I said Rich is a hard working guy that likes to help people out if he can. Since then we purchased another used dirt bike and took it to Sunburst Motors. Rich competently repaired everything we asked and got it running in top fashion. He even added some extra parts to dress up the bike as part of his service. Sunburst Motors is our go to for all our dirt bike needs!

I truly wish I could give this business/owner NO stars! I generally only provide positive reviews, but in this case, as a fellow business owner, Id suggest you do business elsewhere. Anyone deriving solid results simply got lucky. The owner is quite disingenuous although he pitches a good game. Please, save yourself the trouble and look into other options.

Complete trash had to wait over 2 weeks for a tire to come in and then they claim it came in a week ago and called me have no records of incoming call no voice mail no nothing. Worst motorcycle place I have ever had the displeasure of using.

Sunburst Motorsports is literally the place to go for any needs. They handle street bikes, race bikes, dirt bikes and even UTVs. They have excellent customer service and personally ensure not only the quality and satisfaction of each customer but that their work is done right the first time. They always keep contact if any issues come up when working on your bike. They are a great team and service to our small community and local patrons.

I took my quads here a couple times.i was not happy with the work that was done.had to take back couple times.i finally took my quads to prescott cycle.the did everyting right the first time.will not use sunburst and will not recomend anyone to this place.

I took a motorcycle to these guys and they make the misdiagnosed it the first time cost me $560 plus dollars then they said it was something else then they have the motorcycle for more than a year and keep telling me they cannot get their hands on the parts so after more than a year goes by I tell them Im going to pick the motorcycle up and sell it of course they want to buy it I went ahead and sold it to them but I would never take anything back there ever again more than a year is crazy
