I have used Safelite for the past 3 years for my 2 cars, in California and in Arizona. They use a better windshield glass compared to other private companies. The quality of service is outstanding and they do guarantee their work. They are a nationwide company and is recommended by AAA Auto Club.

They did a great job replacing my windshield and recalibrating all the bells and whistles my car has, PLUS cleaning all the windows and vacuuming. Great communication via phone and email and in person. Done on time and done right! Highly recommend.

My wife brought our Honda in to replace the windshield. They removed the gasket and found a problem undeneath. We know about this problem and it hadnt affected the performance of the seal over several years and a couple of replacements. They siad we needed bodywork before they could replace the windshied and told her she could drive the car out and arrange for a body shop to fix the problem which, of course, required days to arrange. It was monsson season and the rain pourded into the car staining the headliner and shorting the light. When the insurance adjuster looked at the problem she asked for the gasket. No one knew where it was. They apparently threw it out! We spent a lot of money on repairing the damage they caused. They have not answered the letter we sent them. Youll notive that the owner responds to positive review but not negative one.

Fast and efficient replacement of my windshield by Michael. I was pleasantly surprised it only took one hour. Kim in the office was friendly and helpful.

I had to get a new windshield. I made the appointment a week before and got there on time. They were efficient in their installation. They were friendly upon exit as well. They made me feel like I mattered. Theres not a lot of businesses that do that. My insurance took care of it and it was all between Safelite and my insurance company, so no paperwork for me. Awesome work Safelite!

Oscar came out to replace our windshield on a day I thought he might have to cancel do to a pretty bad thunder and lightning storm we were having but he said hed still like to try and didnt give up. As soon as the storm calmed a little he was there to get it done. Very impressed! The glass was installed in under an hour and I even needed to leave to pick up my husband in another vehicle, he said no problem and asked where Id like him to leave the keys. Glass looks amazing and he made sure our vehicle was safe and secure before leaving. I definitely recommend Safelite. Thanks Oscar!

My car needs calibration after getting a new windshield. Safelite would only do it at their shop. I chose another vendor who has mobile service. They come to my house. What a concept!

WORST SERVICE EVER.SUPPORT LOCAL AND USE BENNETT GLASS INSTEAD.WAS INITIALLY SCHEDULED FOR A MOBILE SERVICE-MOBILE REAPIR MAN SHOWS UP (HE WAS ACTUALLY VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGABLE) COME TO FIND OUT THAT MY WINDSHIELD CANNOT BE REPLACED VIA MOBILE SO YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT INTO THE SHOP. THINGS THAT YOU WOULD THINK THAT THEY WOULD KNOW WHEN SCHEDULING. WAS ABLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT WEEK. I THEN RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION THAT HAD ME SCHEDULED FOR A MOBILE REPLACEMENT AGAIN. I CALLED THE SHOP AND VERIFIED THAT I DID IN FACT NEED TO BRING IT INTO THE SHOP. WAS ABLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT. ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT I WAS DELAYED GETTING TO THE APPOINTMENT SO I CALLED THE SAFELITE NUMBER AND THE GUY ON THE PHONE SAYS NO PROBLEM, DRIVE SAFE, SEE YOU WHEN YOU GET HERE. I SHOW UP AND AM TOLD THAT MY APPOINTMENT IS CANCELED. I WOULD BE OK IF I CALLED AND SAID I WAS GOING TO BE LATE AND THEY SAID THEY COULDNT FIT ME IN BUT NOT WHEN IVE DRIVEN ACROSS TOWN AFTER I WAS TOLD TO COME IN. THE LADY UPFRONT REFUSED TO HAVE ANY UNDERSTANDING ABOUT THE SITUATION AND SAID THAT IT WOULD BE OVER A WEEK BEFORE I COULD GET IN. AND ON TOP OF THAT SHE TRIED TO SCHEDULE ME FOR MOBILE SERIVE AGAIN.CALLED BENNETT ON MY WAY OUT OF THE SAFELITE PARKING LOT AND TOLD THEM MY ON GOING MESS, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE ME FOR THE NEXT DAY WITH FACTORY GLASS!

Couldnt believe they ordered the wrong side mirror and ended up breaking mine when trying to replace with new one (that didnt fit), and the young man just chuckled while saying sorry. I ended up ordering online line for $43.50 and they were charging me $135.00. Crazy.

Windshield was cracked by a rock so we called our insurance company and was directed to Safelite. We were told that the replacement would be covered by our policy. When the windshield was replaced we were told that we were not covered and needed to pay the $360 in full. While replacing the windshield the Safelite technician damaged the wiring on the alarm system causing the battery to short out and die which required having the car jump started at the end of the day. We have now paid the full replacement cost plus need to replace the alarm system. I have called Safelite multiple times only to be told that someone will get back to me after they review case. I have also visited the local Safelite location to discuss the damage to the alarm system and have not heard back from anyone. Very disappointed in the quality of Safelites customer service and work.I have called the customer service center every several times a week for over a month. Each time I reach a new person and I am told that they will look into the case and get back to me either by the end of the day or by the end of the week. Not one has called back.In short, once they have your money, good luck in getting someone from USAA/Safelite to follow up. Beware of their bait and switch program!

I had my window repaired on my Jeep Wrangler by this company and it was a very seamless and all around great experience. The technician that I had, Forrest, was very prompt and friendly. It took a month and 2 weeks to fix my windshield . They replaced it on the 19th of January. Did not put my rear view mirror back. They left it hanging by its electric cord. Came back 3 more times before fixing it on January 26th. I was very disappointed with the service.

Safelite is a top quality production with friendly employees and excellent workmanship. They fixed the star chip in my windshield and now it looks good as new. I took my vehicle to their shop, but they can also come to your vehicle as well.

I highly recommend safe lite. I went through my insurance company, it was totally covered. I was able to get an appointment next day. They have a mobile unit so they came to me!My technician Forrest called me to let me know when he was on his way to my house, replaced my windshield, and when he was done he explained the aftercare instructions. He was very friendly & professional.

Went there to have a chip repaired. Their price was so high it was obvious they dont want to do any chip repair. Went to one of their competitors a few blocks away. Got my windshield chip repair. for about a third of the cost.

When a thunderstorm caused a tree limb to break off and crack the windshield of my wifes car I got online and made an appointment with these folks to have it replaced the very next day at their shop. The location was easy to find, the waiting area had free coffee and snacks for customers and the restroom was spotless! The repair was done in a prompt manner and both my wife and I are very pleased with the quality of their work. 5 Stars!

Have replaced 3 windshields for my 2015 F-150 for around $250 each time through local companies. This time I was directed to Safelite through insurance. Said pricing is comparable. Did what they asked, picked my truck up and was hit with a bill of $752.64.457 for glass279 for programming lane assist115 additional labor40 kit17 ea windshield wiper.Absolute scam. Will never return, and assuring that all employees will be directed elsewhere.Also, I did contact a member of your team with no resolve - which is the reason for this review.

I used the Safelite Prescott location with my previous vehicle (Kia Sorento) a few years back when I need my windshield replaced. Its seemed great until I drove my car home and could feel the 30 degree wind hitting my fingers on the steering wheel, so it obviously wasnt sealed correctly. I contacted my insurance to make sure it would be covered if they came out and fixed my vehicle a 2nd time, so Safelite came to my work and fixed the windshield again. Same problem. I just gave up at that point, and decided I wouldnt use their company again.

Rush job at my house. They never adjusted my windshield wipers after the installation. Also they never reconnected my windshield wiper fluid hose for cleaning the windshield. I had to do it myself. I have used Safelite before. Once in California & once in Az. & they did a great job. I would never use the Prescott location again.

Great professionalism!I had a cracked windshield on a Semi truck. I was told the usual vendor’s line of having to wait 24 hours for them to ship in a replacement to fit my vehicle. I waited my time and after dropping my trailer elsewhere, I arrived at the set appointment. I checked in the vehicle and was told they needed 45 minutes to perform the procedure. I go on a walk and after 30 min, I checked back in with them and they had it done. In times past, a few more hours would be needed of to ensure the glue was dry before heading out. Here, I was able to get back on the road immediately.They were very courteous and professional during the entire installation.

Had a rock hit the windshield and left a small crack. Got an immediate appt and was in and out in less than 30 minutes with sealant applied. Can barely see it! Everyone was very nice, waiting area has a self-serve single brew pot and bottled water. They even let me bring my dog inside. Great experience!

My remote start hadn’t been working so I took my truck to get it looked at. They removed the sensor and found that the cord had been sliced almost in half and then the pieces were tucked back up under the headliner so I couldn’t see it. The safelite technician destroyed my remote start and then hid it. I’m beyond angry!!

After three phone discussions to clarify exactly which windshield was required, the service technician arrived within the time window and did an excellent job completing the replacement. Very pleased with the results.

I was very disappointed with the office not verifying my coverage with my car insurance. I had to call the day of my appointment because they failed to do so. My insurance company had record of sending the work order confirmation & coverage verification to them the week prior to my appointment. I felt bad for the technician, because they made him call me to inform me and I was pretty upset. The technician was great and he was the only positive part of that happened that day.

Quoted almost $500 for a new windshield on a Salvage Titled Toyota Tacoma. When I went in for my appointment, the manager (Dan) refused to work on my vehicle due to issues related to it being a salvage title without the original VIN number on the dash.Went to Bennett Glass and the guys there were great and willing to help. They also quoted me $270 for the same job. Plus they are a small town business and not a corporate machine like Safelite.

Have had my windshield on my Mercedes repaired and the windshield on my Ford replaced here. Kalvin and Patrick are professional and courteous with awesome attention to detail. Only place Ill be taking my vehicles in the future for glass work.

Quick service they had my windshield replaced the next day. They even replace a few broken parts that cost them money. They didnt have to do replace anything But they did it anyway. Had some leaking in my seals. I took it in and they took care of it without any cost. Told me to come back if theres any problems with anything else. Good service

They are very honest helpful and all around wonderful .. Someone shot our son who is in the Navy windshield on his1970 Galaxy 500 and. We were told that it was impossible to find another one but safelite found one out of state and even installed it for us at their facility in Prescott . We are very Happy with Safelite and recomend them to all our friends....

Would NOT recommend to anyone, buyer BEWARE!!!!! We used Safelite to replace a front windshield on a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee through our auto insurance. The technician was courteous etc. However, the windshield chattered at highway speeds from the beginning and less than 3 months after installed, the entire rearview mirror mechanism dropped from the windshield and was left hanging by the cords connecting it to the car. We called for a warranty service call - the technician came out and blamed the chattering on something else but the windshield even though we told him it did not do it before the windshield was replaced. The worst part was he says the windshield which was installed 3 months ago was made from bad glass because they cant get the good glass. Thats supposedly why the mirror didnt stay attached - and that even though he will try to reglue it probably wont hold....what kind of customer service is that???? They knowingly installed a bad windshield.....very disappointed.

They replaced my back window in my truck and never vacuumed out the glass on the floor. My truck was in their shop so they had plenty of time and opportunity to do this. Also the person at the front desk wasnt the friendliest.This is the first time this has ever happened with this company I sure hope its the last time that this unprofessional behavior happens.

They took us early and it only was going g to take an hour, but they ordered the wrong glass, so need to reschedule, but have complimentary snacks so cool.
