I enjoyed the drinks. We had a Turkey & Veg out, they weren’t bad. Customer service was ok, another person walked off with our order & when they brought the food back to the counter, the staff made us fresh sandwiches (upon request) They made them wrong, but they were fresh.

Busy and popular, but SLOW as molasses drive through. Waited about 10 minutes. Opposite of fast food. Friendly customer service. Good price.

We had a large catering order that we asked to be boxed up differently. Ours was a last minute request which required a lot of work on behalf of the staff. Thankfully, they pulled together and were very helpful. They ended up putting the bagels together just the way we needed. Tanya and team did an excellent job. Thanks!

Better than the Einsteins in Phoenix/Chandler! We had great service both times we visit and the food here is extra good because of the quality of bagels and the care in composing the sandwiches. We will be back. Keep in mind the dining room closes at 2pm and is drive thru only until 4pm when they close.

They get two stars because they could only get two of the three request, on a one item order, correct. I ordered a plain bagel. Extra toasted, extra cream cheese, cut in half. The electronic check out screen showed my order exactly. I pay, get my item, get in the car and drive away. Cut in half? Nope. Too many things to do here. It was an otherwise nice bagel.

The drive-through was closed due to staff shortage but that was fine with us since we wanted to eat inside. The place was well-organized and clean in the staff was courteous. They offer a terrific array of bagels which are very delectable😋. They have a good selection of drinks including blackberry lemonade...YUM! We will definitely go back for more 👍👍👍👍

Love the bagels, service is horrendous.They gave my bagel to someone else. Upon realization they reached in and pulled my bagel out and then handed it to me. After the client had already gone through the bag.So yes I begrudgingly took my bagel that had been touched by who knows how many people

Have been eating at an Einstein Bros Bagels for over 9 years, never disappoints, and I like the new additions.

I really enjoyed this place. The atmosphere is very homey and, if I lived closer, would be a great place to hang out. I give it 4stars instead of 5 merely because it is pricey considering the smaller portions. Otherwise its very nice. They have all kinds of things available. Including catering, an indoor/outdoor fire place, lots of seating outside and comfy seating inside, tables with outlet accessibility for charging devices, a large variety of freshly made goodies stored behind a glass display to see their goodness. I even saw doggie bagels and a bulletin board of local business cards, fliers, and events next to the bathrooms. I personally dont drink coffee but my friend said their coffee is very delicious and recommends it.

1 star not because of the quality of food but because of the negative environment. The gentleman on drive thru who goes by the name Jacob is consistently complaining about behind the scenes on goings and work place drama, this for obvious reasons is bad for business and does tend to steer customers away. I dont know what exactly is all happening but this is the 3rd time Ive been through drive thru not to be greater greater positivity but instead negatives, Im not a therapist nor do I intend to be and if Im not getting paid I dont expect you to take up 10 minutes of my time in drive thru and in thr stores lobby complaining to me about issues you have with your job. I come here to escape the negativity of the world not join it further and until these negatives stop I will not be bringing my business back. I have not had this issue with any other employee but I say this in regards to any establishment, but it is my personal opinion these things should be confidential to the employees and not be vented upon the customers. Management please take note and address this issue.

Literally took 20 minutes to get a bagel with cream cheese. Worst place ever. Always takes a ridiculous amount of time every single time I go there. Will never be going here again, I hope they close.Would give zero stars if possible.

Took 25 minutes in line to get 2 bagels, 3 cars ahead of me. The cashier had a difficult time counting back 27 cents change. The Caribou coffee was good so I gave them a star. Bagels were actually disappointing.

Terrible everything. We spent 35 minutes from where you place your order to the drive thru window(only 2 cars in front of us) …. To find out they were out of some of the items we ordered, after we were charged for it and had to wait for a refund, given the wrong order twice, finally got our order not prepared correctly (not toasted and barely any Shmear) had to wait again- almost 45 min total. also the lady at the drive thru has very poor personal hygiene and the drive thru window/counter is sooooo filthy, that We didn’t even eat the bagel because we were so grossed out. Management is to blame. I’m We will never again go to Einstein’s bagels. We will continue to support small local businesses.

I had an issue with an order a fews weeks ago but Tania Andrade took care of me above and beyond standard customer service. The level of commitment she exuberated while explaining the thorough process of what was happening made everything clear and 100% acceptable. Waited in line 15 minutes to place my order they didnt have the cheesy hashbrown bagel for the country fried bagel sandwich or farmhouse And they didnt have any plain bagels and everything we are trying to order they seem to be out of but they dont have it on the menu or the orders screen out in the drive-through terrible customer service we told her to cancel our order and she still tried to charge us for a farmhouse sandwich that we didnt order maybe next time itll be better

Indoor seating not available because the drop-down ceiling tiles were dropped down leaving open areas above dining room so we had to eat outside. Very slow (4 staff were behind the counter) that provided unfriendly and uncaring service.

Ordered chai latte from this location at drive thru today; received 2 inches of foam on top of maybe an inch of liquid ~ asked for correction and received a smaller layer of foam over a couple inches of foul-tasting hot water, which I promptly threw in trash at next stop. Do better, Einstein!!

Easily the worst Einstein Bagel experience Ive ever had. From a burned bagel (not toasted) to cold meat to an even colder associate. Its a shame.

I have had nothing but bad experiences here in the past 5 months. I use to love this place! I went daily in fact, but lately the people that work there, two in particular, have been unbelievably rude and act like Im bothering them! I have had the door locked in my face after they completely screwed up my order. Twice, I have gone in when no one else was in there and they started to help me then walked away and left me standing there, with me only receiving part of my order, why they helped 2 other people that came in after me, and 2 people in the drive thru. Then the girl acted annoyed that I wanted the rest of my order! My son and I love their tea, best in town, but I have completely stopped going because of the horrible service!

So happy to have my Caribou local again ♥️ #BestCoffeeEver!! Also Einsteins Honey Almond Shmear is to die for 🤤 #SoYummy!!!

People here do act like youre bothering them when theres an issue that they need to deal with. Ordered coffee all the creamers are spoiled. Garbage cans are all overflowed. Took me 10 minutes to get fresh creamer.

The Prescott location needs improvement. The coffee tastes like dirt. The food is bland. Bugs are in the inside window sills. If your family insists on going to Einsteins, first stop at McDonalds and buy a cup of coffee. Then the safest and best thing to eat at Einsteins is one of their pre-made pastries or muffins on the top shelf of the enclosed bagel case.

I havent been in a while, but decided to get an avocado toast on pretzel bagel and smear on sesame seed bagel. The smear was plentiful and the bagel good. When I opened the box for the toast I wondered what happened. There was almost no avocado on it, and the seeds were so spare, they may as well have forgotten it.I can remember when they first had it, they put generous amounts of avocado on, with generous amounts of seeds and garlic, sea salt and pepper. It was so good I thought I was eating steak tartare. If youve ever had steak tartare, you know this aint no lie. But today, had I tried to scrape the avocado off, none would be there, thats how little they gave me, like a smear of green on both sides.Fortunately I had a perfectly ripe avocado that I spread on and added my own garnish. But I shouldnt have to do that... you know?

Usually they have great service, but sometimes for no reason at all they are closed or closed early. The hours almost never match Google Maps. It also takes a very long to get your food here. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes in the drive thru, even if you are the only customer.

Bagel was awesome, plenty of cream cheese but that bagarito was gross. Way too many flavors and it wasnt cooked all the way. Ill stick to bagels haha

This kid really hits the ball out of the park here and makes you feel absolutely welcomed! Seems hes in charge of things now.If you ever had a bad experience hereConsider giving this place another go. With the direction cesar is taking it and the better trained staff, you wont have a single bad customer experience coming here from now on.The manager is an amazing man as wellKeep up the good work and you might make a regular customer out of me yet!

Man I tried REALLY hard to like this place because my husband and I love the food. But honestly- the people who work here can NEVER get things right! My fourth time going in there trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.. my husband asked for a large drink iced and a sandwich with no bacon! Not only was his drink HOT- but it was a small!! Then on top of all that, his sandwich had bacon on it and my cup was COVERED in sticky syrup. I guess I’ll consider coming here again if the staff can learn to get things right. 😅

I was disappointed to find out that gave away my order to somebody else. I would have expected for them to ask if I needed anything after standing around for so long.

The inside was super clean! Also the food is delicious. Don’t really drink coffee, but I love the breakfast sandwiches. Can’t forget the friendly customer service, especially Jordan. Never fails to put a smile on my face every time I come by :)

Yesterday was one of my first few times at Einsteins but this is definitely my best experience by far. Every employee greets you with a smile on their face and makes you feel welcomed like no other restaurant. I especially enjoyed interacting with the two employees I met today, Alyssa and Nick. They were very kind, professional, and they didnt fail to put a smile on my face. Good quality food and customer service, definitely would recommend!

Im extremely disappointed to be leaving this review. I have always loved Einstein Bagels, however, this place seems to have some management issues. Theyre supposed to be open by 5:30AM according to their posted hours. However, when I try to stop by on my way to work at about 5:45, more times than not, they arent open yet.The people are nice for the most part, but Ive received the wrong thing from here a handful of times too. I hope they get their act together.

Great selection of bagels and bagel like sandwiches. Went there with my kids, niece and mom. Honestly wanted to go back up to the counter and get a dozen of their bagels. Only reason Im giving 4/5 instead of 5/5 is because they didnt modify anything on my nieces sandwich like they said they would when ordering.

Man at the order window excellent customer service. Bagels great. Quick service. Took off star because I said do not toast and both bagels got toasted.

Super annoyed. I appreciate them donating leftover food to charity, but I shouldnt be told over half an hour before they close (after driving a half hour to get to them) that they dont have food because they donated it.Its literally as simple as telling the people you plan on donating to that they have to wait until close.

First off I LOVE bagels, its filling for me. Getting the breakfast bagel with 2 eggs and an orange juice usually comes out to $9 and some change. I think its a little pricy but I do enjoy the food. Very nice location, its on the way into town from Prescott Valley. My boss always gives me gift cards to this place and Im always happy to receive such a gift.

I was impressed, my thoughts were its just a bagel, its either good or it isnt, but I quickly realized how it can really be a great bagel with the perfect chewy texture!There are loads of bagels, smears, etc. to try, so here are 3 hints:1) check out the menu online before you go because there are lots of choices and if you are new here it can be a little overwhelming to chose.2) get here early for the greatest selection.3) sign up for their email club because every time you visit you earn points towards free products and you learn about awesome deals like a free bagel and smear with any purchase- a small coffee counts!

It was decent. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese not cream cheese with a bagel. Lighten up on the cream cheese no need to out an inch layer.

Absolutely every time I come thru here they mess up my order. There was one time I went thru the drive thru 4 times which totalled to one hour because they could not get my bagel sandwich right ONCE of ham and Swiss with 2 eggs on a plain bagel. Is it really that hard? Yikes 😬

The employees and managers are great! But the store itself is another story...looking at the other reviews Im not the only customer who have noticed the neglect from the owners and corporate, how dilapidated the store has become. Leaky ceilings, broken fire place, constantly clogging urinals and a broken staffing system(just try doing drive thru and see if youre in and out in under 10 minutes) no ice and no air conditioning. Ive known owners who would rather kick a broken thing till it works again then spend the money required and actually buy a new one. Such a shame..the bagels are great..the customer service is great...but the store itself is something out of a Stephen king novel!

Very friendly customer service. Could use more raisins in cinnamon raisin bagels. They are almost tiny specks, with hardly any there. Im sure you could add some so theres a decent amount. Their $$. Should offer a club card for each bagel purchased, and offer a free one on the tenth one.

This location is always out of items before 7 am, the drive thru service is awful. Slow and incompetent. Single bagel orders are wrong. Unfortunately it used to be a favorite stop.

My folks and I love this place. Their bagels & shmear, sandwiches, coffee and everything is really delicious and fresh. Counter service is friendly and quick. Nice, comfortable place to relax and munch. Highly recommend! Hope you have a delightful experience.

As always, my husband and I enjoy our time after church on Sundays. However, they changed the way they deliver your orders to the guests.. they use to deliver your orders now they put them up on the counter and holler your names, which sometimes is very difficult to hear. They really need to go back to the way it was done or come up with some other way to announce that your order is ready. This will help so that you can get your order while its still warm. Thank you for letting me vent, we love Einsteins and are glad to have them in Prescott.

Every single time I go to this Prescott location it takes so long at least 30 minutes for a single bagel and coffee. On top of this the order was gotten wrong and the coffee tasted like dirt.

The food and coffee is always good. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. The bathrooms however are not very clean. The mens urinal has a yellowish brown coating on the bowl, Ill let the reader guess from what.
