Me and my husband went shopping there because I had a gift card for my birthday and as we walked around the store the older lady that was working there with her red shirt I dont know if shes just a new cashier or what not was following us around the store the whole time stood across the aisle everywhere we were at even though there was no reason for it no reason for there were other people in the store she could have been following too but hes been following too but she stuck with us So I made it known that I noticed following us around the store which was very unprofessional they got live monitoring in there and I know that so I dont know why she had She might have gave me covid Theyre lucky I still bought something.

Empty store. Nothing like my first Bealls I shopped at in Jupiter Florida, across from Jonathans Landing where I lived. We deserve better here.

The staff is nice and so are the items however its such a big store and its half filled.

Omg so many things in 1 store.

Great clothes and selection but awful customer service. I went in due to my own personal outfit malfunction prior to a dinner party. Inside the door was a clothes rack directly to the right with no sign on it. Said rack was not behind the counter nor was there a employee in sight. Im my rush I began looking at the rack and an employee came out of no where yelling at me from across the store and shaking her finger saying that rack is not shoppable its in quarantine. Shocked I went on my way to find what I needed. As I shopped the store employee messed with the clothes on the rack without gloves with what appeared to be no concern. When I went to check out she told me she was sorry about the rack but didnt want her or I to get sick. Said employee had yet to wash her hands after handling the quarantined clothes that were still in the same spot they had been still with no sign indicating their status. Im not one who is overly afraid of covid but the whole situation was bizarre and the employee was incredibly rude about a situation that there was no way I could’ve known about.

They didnt really have anything in the store that you can really buy including clothes just kind of empty!!

Love this place! Only giving it 4 stars because they could rotate their clothes out more often but other than that, they have everything! Purses are amazing, home décor, personal products, childrens clothes etc. Pretty awesome store!

Nice and quiet place to shop. Helpful employees, but no nagging and chasing you through the store. I found the items I needed and only spent about $23

Dressing rooms could use a remodel, and so could the bathroom, but this place has come a long way. Definitely more of a selection than years prior. Wish they had more men’s shoes.

A long time since I shopped here. And I forget what great items you have compared to other department stores and not to mention what great personality my cashier that checked me out as she is absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be coming back

This is a great store with awesome prices. I love going here and spending time going through the racks of clothes. Its well laid out and easy to find your size. They even color coordinate stockage. It makes shopping their pleasure. Customer service could be better, but the management steps up when needed to correct any issues that come about. The prices are awesome

Clean, well lit, friendly staff. Sometimes theyre low on inventory for boys clothing, but that seems to be common on most stores. Overall a great experience there!

This place reminds me Im a mix between Ross and TJ Maxx. Prices are on both ends of the spectrum. The selection is mediocre considering the size of the store. I would go back there if I was driving by but I wouldnt go out of my way to shop there.
