Ultra fancy home and gift shopping destination in the heart of Historic Prescott, without the ultra-fancy price tags. Unique finds, dream-home-y feel, granted youre into the #Joanna Gaines, #MagnoliaHome feel of things... which I am. We found reasonably priced (less than $30) birthday and house- warming gifts, along with (less than $10) finds to bring back to the girls. Overall, just a warm, and welcoming place to walkthru.

So cute! They had a variety of jewelry, clothing, and decor! I loved their Kendra Scott selection! The have a lot of items for any age!

I am obsessed with Fancy That! I travel to Prescott several times a month and HAVE to stop in every time! The items for sale are regularly refreshed so there is always some new treasure to find. Its my #1 stop for gifts for friends and family. I love that there are 2 store options across the street from each other, one for clothing/jewelry and the other for home decor. I cant decide which shop is my favorite! The staff are always kind and helpful. The owner is extremely personable and friendly, always willing to stop what shes doing to make sure the customer feels important. I recommend to all my friends that they take a trip to Prescott to be refreshed from the summer heat and make sure to visit Fancy That!

Just got a sweater there, it is lovely, feels like a blanket. And the sales girl Megan was very helpful and pleasant!

The customer service is terrible and they sell over priced merchandise. I found the flame lamp that I bought from them that they would not replace for a lot less money on line. I will never step foot in either of their stores again.

I visited your store today from out of town. I walked in with a mask on. The sales lady IMMEDIATELY told me I should take it off. I told her I was wearing it out of habit. She told me well you shouldnt be. I was totally shocked! I was with my husband and a few family members who are locals. They couldnt believe what they heard either! When she found out we were from out of town, she IMMEDIATELY asked if we were from California and when we said no, she said oh good. I was going to tell you welcome to America! So rude! I didnt catch her name but she was an older woman with shorter brown hair. I would not want someone like that greeting people at my store. And she said something similar to the people behind us and they left!! My family will never be back!! I love your store and its cute furniture and decor but not when people like that work there. There was also a woman there and didnt catch her name either. Shoulder length gray hair and she was so nice and sweet and funny! Definitely a people person! We liked her!

I enjoy visiting Prescott from Fountain Hills for the friendly, kind people I have met in the shops in your wonderful town.Today, I walked into your shop, was highly disappointed. For the first time in over 26 years that I have been visiting Prescott, your store, your employees were the first ones I felt hurt by. Not one of your employees greeted me,welcomed me, or offered to assist me in any way. I did hear them offer other customers in your store so that made me feel all the more hurt.You see, my husband died. He was my best friend for 42 years. I still smile, try to be pleasant to all I come in contact with, for you never know what the other person may be experiencing in their life.We all have a choice where we spend our money. I do not plan to spend money in a store where no one seems to care if I am there or not. With the rough year that everyone has been experiencing this year I would have thought you would care.I will share my experience with your establishment with my friends who also frequent your lovely town.I would not want anyone to walk out feeling like I did today.

How sad that the owner lets her staff treat customers in such a condescending manner. Its a very unwelcoming store and very over priced. The owner is one of the most nastiest, ill mannered, condescending people I have ever met in this town. Plus she triples the prices on items, greedy and rude.

Love this place! Love that they don’t force you to wear masks, they still believe in personal freedoms. I’m always greeted by a friendly attentive employee and the owner when she’s there is the kindest lady. I’ve spent a lot of money here and I’m planning to buy some furniture this month, super excited to support local people and local jobs!

This store is so beautiful it couldnt be contained in just one store front, they are both on the same street, beautiful home decor and gifts!

Today I purchased a tshirt from Fancy That and the lady ringing me up had the nerve to ask me if I was sure of the size. I told her I was sure and felt confident that it would fit. She went on to tell me their return policy in case it didn’t fit, then said something about how most people prefer their shirts to fit loosely. It made me incredibly insecure about myself and made me regret supporting their small business.

I shopped with my family on small business Saturday, as we prefer to support local. A saleswoman commented on the fact that we were wearing masks. Until then, I hadnt noticed the staff was not wearing them. I replied that we preferred to, to which she stated, oh, theyve brainwashed you. Regardless of opinion on our personal safety choices, its never o.k. to insult a customer like that. Nice merchandise, but we wont be back.

Great place for home decor and unique gift ideas.

The store had cute holiday decor and I did make a purchase. I found out after I purchased ornaments that one of the sales employees was rude to my stepmother because she was wearing a mask. She also made unsolicited rude comments to two other people in my party (my husband, my father) regarding wearing masks. There was no social distancing and no employees wore masks. I found this irresponsible as Covid cases are rising in Arizona. I will not be returning.

I love looking around this store. There is always lots to see and the inventory is updated regularly. Quality items at a range of prices. I only wish there were more clothes available in XL.

Silly high prices and “mask optional” sign to protect the fragile feelings of their base clientele instead of the health of all visitors. Will not return.

Every piece in this store is carefully and tastefully curated. Its a joy to walk through! We never miss it when we are on Prescott! For the people saying its too expensive, they dont know good furniture and should stick to Target! I only wish they would deliver to Phoenix

Great place for gift giving, a little pricy on some items but Im familiar with several of the brands they carry and the pricing on those items are in line with company recommended retail prices. The younger clerks are very friendly and helpful. I love to go browse regularly for the find.

Just purchased a dining room table and chairs from these folks. They literally went the extra mile and delivered to our home. A great local business with old school ethics and customer service. Visit them when you can!

By far the WORST costumer service and return policy I have ever seen. I got a dress as a birthday gift and went to exchange it and the worker said I couldnt even though I got it a month ago. EXTREMELY overpriced clothing and Super rude worker too. Will not be returning.
