Several of my neighbors recommended Granite Kitchen Concepts and showed me the beautiful results in their homes. Now I’m getting rave reviews on my dolomite counters that were cut perfectly so the pattern flows along and right up the backsplashes. It was a short time from concept to completion even though I revised the kitchen. They remeasured on a Sunday and had creative solutions to any design and install issues. They took great care in my complicated layout and were experts at the installation process. Owners Arsen and Meri are great to work with and now I recommend them and love to show off my beautiful counters.

Granite Kitchen Concepts had a good inventory to select from. They were very helpful and provided good suggestions. The granite was ready to be installed in a timely manner and the installers went out of there way to minimize dust and disruption. We liked the fact that they helped coordinate with a plumber so that the kitchen hookups could be done the next day. All in all we are very pleased and would recommend them to others.

We visited several dealers and decided on GKC..it is locally owned and they were very helpful with all of our questions and decision making. Did some research on GKC and found their reviews were very good. I took a chance on them and they did not disappoint. I first met with Meri in their PV office and she guided me through the whole process of replacing my aweful stainless steel sink with a 2 bowl granite sink. I followed thru on my end and she quickly was able to schedule me in for the job. Arsen and his tech arrived at my home on time and quickly went to work. A quartz countertop had to be recut to accommodate the new sink. Arden did a great job and placed the new sink in perfectly straight and secured it very well. I had another plumber come in the following day to install plumbing and I was good to go. GKC was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to use them on any of my future projects.

Had Granite counter tops put in our home by GKC. Owners are very polite & works well w/customers. We had a large amount of counter tops put in, both Master Bath & kitchen w/a very large island. The young men doing the work were very polite & hard workers. Made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving, including any trash. Would highly recommend.

They did such a fabulous job at our kitchen. Mari is so easy to work with and always being responsive even on weekends. With their help, we were able to pick a perfect slab (the actual slab) for our countertop at a very reasonable price. We only waited two weeks for the installation once we have signed the contract. And they have done such a perfect job with the installation as well. I will definitely recommend them if you are looking to renovate your kitchen.

We had a wonderful experience with granite kitchen concepts! I love that it is a one stop shop. You but the granite from the, they curt and polish it and have their team install it. We went to their showroom in Prescott Valley and were shown all the options they had and given all the prices per square foot on the spot. Her husband came out that afternoon and measured and gave us a bid. 3 weeks later we have beautiful countertops I love! The seems are flawless and their install team did amazing and stayed the majority of the day to ensure our counters were perfect. I’ll definitely be using them again!

We love Granite Kitchen Concepts! Arsen and Mari are very professional, have the latest Laser and CNC equipment which makes for a perfect fit and match, and are so easy to work with. We’ve had many compliments on our outdoor kitchen granite and they always want to know who did it. We’re very happy to pass on the recommendation without reservation. Our bar was particularly complex as it’s 20+ linear feet and curved!! It’s stunning! If I could figure out how to add picture I certainly would. ❤️

After shopping around for the perfect granite, we found it at Granite Kitchen concepts. We couldnt be happier. The granite is spectacular, the installers were efficient and Meri is wonderful to work with. Words can not say how Wonderful it was working with Meri and Arson on the process of getting my Beautiful Granite counter tops. I am not a spontaneous person but when I saw the slab I knew my days of hunting for the right slab were done. Meri and Arson went above and behind coming to measure my kitchen on a Sunday and ordered my sink Tuesday as it was a holiday weekend and then allowed me to come to their shop and assist in the lay out before they cut . Installation day was only eleven days from measurement day. Ivan and Eddy were the installers . They where very professional and have wonderful knowledge . It was very obvious Meri, Arson, Ivan and Eddy all enjoy their work and take great pride in the finished project while involving you. I would recommend anyone to contact Meri and Arson for their new kitchen project. The knowledge that this business has is amazing!!! We stopped by granite kitchen concepts on our way home from another company finding them on Google. We were greeted at the door as we approached. We told the owner what we were looking for and he walked with us around the yard showing us granite we described we were looking for. Within 20 minutes we found what we wanted. The owner offered to come to our home to measure in 30 minutes. He arrived on time measured and gave us the price. His installers were very polite and accommodating. We decided we wanted to change one of our corners after it was installed and George ground and polished the corner right in our home without making a mess. We are so pleased with the granite we chose. And even more pleased with Granite Kitchen Concepts.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Poor customer service, poor attention to detail, poor installation, poor punctuality.We hired GKC to design and install high-end granite countertops for our bathrooms and laundry room. Arson and Meri were punctual in returning phone calls; however, they were not professional or punctual in keeping appointments. On two occasions, installers did not show. We were informed that they were sent to other jobs and had to reschedule.We specifically requested that the granite veins in our 3-section 9ft. master vanity flow as if were on piece. The middle section was installed backwards. Arson said that he was learning a new program on his computer and he had made a mistake, but he refused to fix the problem.In our guest bath, the countertop was cut and installed with the veins running vertically, rather than horizontally. Arson said that the direction of the veins were irrelevant and he refused to cut a new piece.The laundry sink countertop was not centered over the sink. After much discussion, Arson agreed to cut a new piece.The silicone caulking around the sinks (4) was a mess. We were left with the job of cleaning silicone residue from the sinks.Our experience with this company was beyond belief!

The owners are wonderful and will do anything to make sure you are happy. They are very timely and available to answer any questions very promptly. The product quality and craftsmanship is incredible. Would absolutely recommend them!

What a wonderful local company to work with! Arson and Meri were helpful in answering all questions, giving suggestions and accommodating us with electrician and plumber. Two way communication with Meri was exceptional. The installers Henry and Jim were great to work with and I do mean work with! I was right there with them the entire time. Henry is the Michelangelo of Granite and Jim is the expert drywall man. Both were open to my suggestions and the end result truly is a testament to the skill and craftsmen-ship. My kitchen is beautiful! Loved working with this company.

Finding Granite Kitchen Concepts was wonderful, especially after getting nowhere with 2 other local companies. The minute I walked into the door and was greeted with Meri’s beautiful smile, I really hoped this would be “the one” and happy to say it was. She helped me decide between quartz and quartzite. I chose quartzite and she assisted with finding the right color to go with the colors I needed to coordinate with in my older home that was recently purchased. I also love they have really nice new sinks to go with the countertops to truly allow for a totally updated look. The countertops were installed in the time frame promised by two very pleasant and hardworking men, who did a great job. The stone is beautiful and looks great, especially with the new sink as well. I really like that Granite Kitchen Concepts is a family owned local business with a wonderful work ethic coupled with long standing professional knowledge and experience, that it is a one stop business with their own fabrication shop, along with the best part - that you feel like you just became their neighbor and friend, not just another customer. We just updated a house that needed everything updated and the final item was the new countertops and after many other experiences, this last one was by far the very best one.
