Dr. Hewitt was my husband‘s doctor and always showed great empathy and compassion. I personally requested to have Dr. Hewitt when I was being referred to an ENT. He ran tests and gave me results right then. Excellent doctor- I highly recommend him.

The waiting area is very large and spread out. My wait was only about 15 minutes. The staff and Dr. Hewitt are very friendly and professional. Casey (not sure if Im spelling her name correctly), Dr. Hewitts returns calls quickly when you leave her a message.

I have gone to Dr Strasser for years and always have just adored him and the staff. Their audiologist is amazing too. I am seeing Dr. Hewitt now for a specific surgery that Dr Strasser doesnt do and he is amazing too. I have always believed that the doctors set the tone for the office and it is so true at this office because they have never been rude or uncaring. The doctors are both so knowledgeable, compassionate and always take the time to explain everything. Even if other ENT doctors moved into the area I would never switch. To be able to go into any establishment and be treated like gold every time, feel comfortable and know they have your best interests at heart is the best feeling and so rare these days. Saw Dr. Strasser regarding facial and sinus pain. First appointment he needed a CT scan and sent me on my way. I self paid for a CT scan and once I got results they were sent to him and I had a follow up appointment. During the follow up he looked at the CT and looked at me and told me there was nothing wrong with me, sent me on my way. I just saw an ENT in Scottsdale with the same images Dr. Strasser received and I now am scheduled for a septoplasmy to fix my deviated septum with a bone spur and a removal of an enlarged turbinate. It will keep me up at night wondering how a Dr. can look a suffering patient in the eye and lie to them. I do not recommend, just go to the valley.

I went to Prescott Ear,Nose, Throat and allergy because of a chronic nose bleed. It started about 2 years ago, maybe once a week or every two weeks. I am not talking a slow bleed, I am talking a gusher!!!. Anyway, it got to be once or twice a week and then every other day, until finally every day, any time of day. It would take me 1/2 hour to bring it under control. It was a major inconvenience and very messy. I finally called and scheduled to have my nose cauterized. I am so glad I did. I have not had a nose bleed since it was done. The procedure was very painless and fast. I went back to work right after. I recommend Prescott Ear, Nose, Throat and allergy very highly.

Dr. Strasser is excellent in explaining your issues in the office then he sends more written information about the issue. Very helpful.

Their paperwork is a bit formidable, almost off-putting, but the in-office experience proved them to be professional, patient-oriented, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

It’s not the easiest place to navigate to, but thanks to clear markings on the building, we found it. Excellent COVID protocol is followed. Every staff member my teenage son and I encountered was friendly and efficient. The nurses and doctors spoke to us in a friendly, down-to-earth manner and clearly explained every step we needed to take.

I was referred to ENT by my doctor after my ears could not be completely cleaned out from ear wax. Turns out I still had some sloughed skin in both ears. Now I can report back to my doctors office and let them know. It hasnt really happened before that I know of. Anyway, the wait was short and the service great. ENT is highly recommended.

I had a very strange concern that something was growing in my right nostril and being new in town I saw Dr Strasser to look at it. The staff was very nice and the doctor explained what it was and not to be concerned. I left feeling relieved and should I need attention again I would come to Prescott Ear, Nose, Throat & Allergy.

I was highly impressed with efficiency and friendliness of the reception areas and nursing staff. Covid19 protocols were in place. Dr Hewitt examined my problem area, made a professional diagnosis, and a three week treatment plan with a follow up appointment.Very pleasant experience.

Dr Strasser is tremendous. He diagnosed my issue and completed the surgery on my lymph glands. In todays world where hospital admittance for surgery is difficult, he presented my case and got a very rapid admittance to complete my surgery. The staff reflects the same level of caring that he displays. He was highly recommended by other doctors and the hospital staff also had similar high level of praise.

I was very impressed with Dr. Strassers knowledge of voice issues. I was pleased that I could depend on an ENT in the Prescott community to help me with my voice problems. Dr. Strasser listened carefully to my concerns and spent much time discussing them with me.

Got in really quickly, only a week out and that was due to the weather we had. Was in and out within an hour. Not to shabby for being pretty much the only ENT in town.

My daughter had her tonsils and adnoids removed 10 days ago and tubes put in her ears. Shes been in so much pain that I have called them multiple times and their only thing is saying just keep up with the tylenol and ibuprofen. Their on call Dr. Left me feeling like we were still being dismissed so off to the E.R. since they dont seem concerned when a child is still having trouble getting liquids in

Dr Hewitt was unable to resolve my ear issue after several attempts and the office policy will not allow me to see another doctor in their office. I find this an archaic means of running an office. A policy that is more concerned about protecting a doctors feelings over meeting a patients needs is a policy that need to be modified. Do lots of research before you make your first appointment, because you wont get a second chance a getting the doctor you want in this whole area.

The staff and doctors are extremely welcoming and polite. They are very knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the patients and families. Dr. Strausser is exceptional with young patience, and does wonders for them.

Staff is wonderful with the exception of the billing department. They have sent me late notices for bills they havent yet given me. They have re-billed me for a payment Ive already made. And I just received a call demanding payment for another bill I havent yet received. They said they would mail me the statement, but refuse me further treatment until it is paid.Update 1/1/2020 I havent had another bad experience with them. In fact, the billing department went out of their way to solve a problem, so Im replacing the previous 1-star review.

Dr. Strasser and his staff are absolutely wonderful. My 10 year old son had a complication from his tonsillectomy where he started to bleed after week and it wouldnt stop. Not only were they were insistent on him coming in right away, but we didnt have to wait to go back into the room and they did everything they could to stop it. When it became apparent surgery was needed, he was under anesthesia in less than an hour. They kept me calm, were very reassuring and absolutely no time did anyone make me feel I was overreacting. Between Dr Strassers office and POSC we got through a very scary day.

My 7 year old son was referred here to remove his tonsils. The staff was extremely unwelcoming, unprofessional, and rude.Staff employee Casey escorted us to our room. She began asking questions on why we were there then responded with unnecessary condescending remarks which I dont appreciate.My son did not feel welcome at all!Take your business elsewhere!

Notwithstanding the previous reviews I must state that my experience with Dr Hewitt and his staff was exceptionally professional, and friendly on each and every visit. Office staff welcomed me by name after first visit when coming through the door. (not sure about the rude vibe mentioned below -- I didnt experience it myself nor did I notice it being done to any other patients during any of my visits)Five weeks ago Dr Hewitt performed a septoplasty for a deviated septum which I had from birth. The surgery was performed at the outpatient facility next to YRMC in Prescott.I highly recommend Dr Hewitt if you need surgery because of his obvious sense of thoroughness and precision -- a very meticulous doctor. I wouldnt want anyone else operating inside of my face.Prior to the surgery he had clearly defined the process and the recovery experience. While he may be concise and brief during the consultations, he would give detailed and clarifying answers to any questions I had.Having met with him for three pre-op appointments and for two appointments following the surgery I have grown to appreciate that we in Prescott have a doctor like him in our community.If you have a deviated septum and have difficulty breathing, consider this procedure. My nose is so much stronger on the inside now. My nostrils are straighten out and I can take really deep breaths through my nose. Was never able to do this before.
