Great place to get plumbing parts on a pinch

The parts selection is adequate; however, the service is slow, and the staff is not incredibly helpful unless you know exactly what you need. The final reason for this low rating is the fact that you better double check your receipt if you ever return anything. Ive given them the benefit of the doubt a few times in misplacing a decimal or not getting everything on bill of sale, but one shouldnt have to go over the transaction with a fine-toothed comb every time you do business to ensure things are correct.

It was a frustrating experience, the woman that helped us had no idea what the hell she was doing, we had 4 inch fittings on the counter and for some reason she sold us 2 inch pipe, so we had to redo the whole thing over, then they didnt have enough pipe so we had to change all the fittings to a different pipe, then where charged for glue we didnt buy. I dont think I ever but something the again.
