Delicious food. We were out on a long drive from Ogden Utah and ended up in Preston. I got the Fish and Fries. Love it .Compared to other eating places so far this has the best taste and not like rubber. Just right and tender. Thank you.

I absolutely love this place! I have never had a bad dining experience here. This is about the only place I like to eat at if Im in Preston. And as good as their food is, their milkshakes are even better. Definitely worth stopping by.

Stopped at big js Burgers on our way through Preston. Went through the drive-through and a young lady came out and took our order and she suggested a raspberry shake. turned out to be excellent. Fries were very good, crispy on the outside tender on the inside, just how I like them.Good service good food.Just what I like.

Food is good, everyone is semi professional, but for the second time they read off my order and leave food items out of my order that I paid for. First time they asked for a receipt and still did not believe me when I provided one. Just wanted some chicken nuggets. Verify your orders before you leave

The staff is always so very friendly.When we order they cook everything to perfection, crispy fries, cold snakes and hot burgers. We love their desserts also.We have always been pleased the way we are treated here.This place is clean. The parking lot is picked up and swept. Inside the store is spotless right down to the bathrooms.This is a hometown fast food place with the feel of your own home town.If you want great food fast, go through their drive thru. Such a unique establishment, and in such small towns with not much to choose from for quick eating, its the perfect all around restaurant. And might I add, Delicious!! P. S. Ive been going here for years and have always been satisfied, but lately things seem disorganized and chaotic. Ive had my meal wrong 3/5 times in the last month. The ground beef on the tacos has a funky taste lately, and they havent had one of my favorite menu items for a while now. Its disappointing, at this rate Im going to have to stop going. Hopefully they get their act together. Make sure you check your bags before you leave if you go. The staff is always friendly and ready to help tho. So thats a big bonus.

Big J’s is AWESOME! They were super attentive, had a special drive thru for trailers, and the food is GREAT. I’ll be driving up to Preston from Logan, just to come back.

They have great food. It was delicious. I got the Big J burger with the fresh strawberry shake and it was great. When we were almost done one of the servers offered us mints. I would highly recommend this place to go to eat.

My job is to watch and report behaviors between children and their parents while the children are in foster care. I was supervising a visitation while the parents brought the children to Big Jays. This place is the most family friendly resteraunt I think I have ever been to. The waitress was on top if everything. She walked around cleaning and checking on everybody as she passed out treats of suckers and mints. Because the place is not a franchise, the toys that come in the kids meals are actual toys; not licencesd garbage for collectors or advertisements for Disney. When there was a spill, I went to get some more napkins. The same waitress came out with a mop and actual washcloth then cleaned up. We were not look left with a sticky semi mess. If you want a quiet low key place do not go here. If you want a family friendly place where real normal children can eat and enjoy their meal. This place is perfect.

Every time we go to southeast Idaho we go to Big Js. The staff are all so friendly and the food is great. The kids meal toys are way more fun than other restaurants. I like the roast beef sandwich, or the Big J burger the best.

These guys have a great system to get people in and out of the drive thru quickly. They rarely mess an order up like so many other fast food places do.
