The year has flown by which meant that it was time for my Rx450 to visit the dealership to lighten my wallet and carry out the cars 3rd year service and after last years experience with my another Lexus dealership I was somewhat on my guard...After reading the reviews and a conversation with a chap from the Lexus Owners Club I decided to go to Lexus Preston this year and things really couldnt have gone better (other than the actual journey from Cumbria - flooding and closed bridges adding hours to the travelling time).We were met at the door by Roy who had obviously done his homework and addressed us by name (nice touch) and with Jodie looking after us for the vehicle service the overall process/experience was like night and day compared to the experience we had with the previous dealership.We shall definitely be back next year!

From day 1 when I had a conversation with Nathan, the service I received from everyone at Lexus Preston has been something to write home about. I attended Lexus Preston after securing a car which i had seen online. On arrival to store we were greeted and pointed over to the handover booth. I had not yet seen this car in person, the reveal screen was uncovered and i was given the opportunity to look around the car in the showroom, the keys were handed to me in a gift box and all paperwork and legalities were competed in order for me to drive away. Just wanted to say how pleased and overwhelmed we were, with the level of customer service we encountered last week when we brought our LC500 in for Service, MOT and Warranty work. We are all to quick to criticize, but dont always praise excellence and 5 stars on the review were definitely not enough The service team need to be commended with the service we got, from Michelle keeping us informed of progress, to the mechanics working on our car. I went to Vantage Lexus with specific expectations of what I require in my next car. I was greeted by Nathan Davies and we discussed my wants, dislikes and budget. Well. As the saying goes we are only looking!! Then we saw the very nice looking grey Lexus is300h. Nathan greeted us in a very friendly and professional manner and talked us through the features of the car. We decided to ask for a test drive and Nathan organised this for us. We liked the car very much and were advised that it may be beneficial to put a deposit down to make sure the car wasnt sold by another branch. We did this. We then phoned Nathan to ask if we could go a further test drive as my back was aching a little and also my wife has mobility issues and its imperative she can sit comfortably. Wow! Brand new showroom looks simply amazing - more like something off a futuristic Sci-Fi movie set than a car showroom.I was super impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable the sales executive (James) was.Put simply, nothing was too much trouble and what impressed me most was that he genuinely seemed to care about what was in my best interests rather than just wanting to grab another sale unlike another executive dealership across the road when I visited.As an afterthought the cars look great too 🤣

Well after buying a CT200 F Sport from Nathan Davies at Lexus Preston I have been back and picked up a new Lexus UX F sport which I might add is an exceptional car. On both occasions I have had the pleasure of dealing with Nathan Davies who I find a real gentleman to deal with, he is knowledgable puts you at ease and is extremely polite.
