Had a problem with our Mazda CX5. Driving along the motorway tyre pressure warning light came on pulled off motorway into garage service station. Checked pressures all ok. Then noticed the rear nearside brake was hot. Looked up nearest Mazda dealer and went to see them . Met by very pleasant receptionist Francesca told her the problem ok I shall ask someone to come and have a look. Service manager Jack took car to workshop and diagnosed the problem ordered parts and fitted in two daysNo charge for the original diagnosis .Excellent service from all concerned Highly recommended Thank you.

I was able to view a number of the different Mazda 3 models and discussed the one I wanted. The delivery and registration was completed within a couple of days. Great experience.My change from Mazda MX5 - the main reason for the change was that a vandal had cut into the soft top.I had a great experience with the Mazda quality from the MX5 only saw the garage for servicing and MOT. Looking forward to the same with Mazda 3

World class service. Just absolutely world class!I purchased my car from Perrys but the sales man that sold me the car was what really impressed me.I couldnt have asked for a better service. He sold me a great car. More specifically the car i wanted!He went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible that was within my budget. Hes a stand up guy who still rings me from time to time andis still looking out for me weeks after I brought the car. When I went to collect the car, I got a real sense of genuine care and honesty.I purchased the car during lockdown but test drove it while we were still in the tier system. Given that there were restrictions, the sales person still spent a lot time going over the car with me and showing me the features.Hes a reflection of the great service and positive reputation Perrys has developed with customers over the years.If youre not gonna buy from Perrys, at least try and have a look to see what they have on offer because the service alone is worth the price of admission. The service they give to you as a customer is second to none.I have nothing but high praise for this brand dealership and for the sales man that I brought the car off. 🤘

From Manager to salesman expect “I will go and find out” in response to any questions. Not a good experience from buying to collecting. Not knowing if a vehicle is registered and not knowing if there is a car handbook is pretty poor. (There obviously is) Being told the handbook is on the web is not helpful if you have a problem and a small smartphone ! All documents provided had incorrect CC on them. Clearly do not know much about different models. Suggest try Perry’s in Colne or Blackburn. We will not be using Preston for the servicing

I leased a Mazda 2 with Gurdit 2 years ago and really loved this car. I had gone over my mileage allowance for the PCP (my own fault), and Gurdit was really helpful with getting something in place for a brand new car, with higher mileage allowance, hopefully ready to collect next week! He couldnt do enough for me, and I really do appreciate all his help.

Ridiculous “deals” on vehicles. Got a newer model with less miles for 2k more at Arnold Clark for £50 a month less! The salesman rang to chase me up and when I told him I’d got a better deal his reply was “I’ll be honest we just try to make as much out of you as possible” old school rip off merchants.

Price was competitive for the car and no hassle pushing for extras. Having had a much older older car it wouldve been nice for the staff to spend a bit more time showing me how to use things on a new car, and basic settings. I am still trying to work things out and it is harder going through a large manual - just an extra 30 minutes time.

I eventually spotted one on Perrys website but, as before, I missed the chance to buy it. It was then that I came into contact with Sebastian, we had a chat on the phone and he promised to keep an eye out for the model I wanted and to contact me if anything came up.Well, Sebastian came up trumps! We had a great experience dealing with Perrys Preston when we recently bought a 2016 Mazda 6. Sebastian at Perrys looked after us, found us the car we wanted at the right price and was a lovely guy to deal with. He even checked in with us a couple of times after we bought the car to make sure everything was running well and we were happy with our purchase (a nice touch I thought, great customer service and it made you feel valued as a customer)The car had just had its MOT and service done (by Perrys) and was gleaming when we went to pick it up. It came with a 12 month Mazda warranty and breakdown cover.Weve had the car 3 months now and we are over the moon with it. It looks fantastic and drives superb. Id seen a car I was interested in on Car Gurus and placed a reserve request on it. I was contacted by Gurdit from the sales team and explained that I would be travelling a distance to view. And also that if the car was what I was looking for Id be interested in taking it the same day. Gurdit arranged for the car to put through MOT and the workshop so it was fully prepared should i wish to go through with the purchase. There was no pressure sale at all on any added extras. All within a hour and half id inspected the car completed a test drive, agreed to buy the car, part ex price agreed and completed all paperwork and departed. Nice and simple transaction. Got a great Mazda 6 from Perrys Mazda in Preston...traveled from Scotland to collect. Car is almost perfect... obviously a second hand car so some small scratches, which is understandable.Marked them down because they knew since I traveled down 250 miles I wasnt going to head up the road without a new car so they didnt bother replacing the two 3mm front tyres and I wouldnt be able to collect the car the next day so I was lumped with them....a bit unprofessional for a Mazda approved car.

Good experience throughout. Matt Penny was a pleasure to deal with and in no way was I pressured at any stage during negotiations. My only drawback was the somewhat cramped showroom conditions in which to conduct negotiations. Part exchange valuation was fair and acceptable without any undue haggling. I would certainly recommend Perrys based on this purchase of a cx30.

Found them condescending, one minute telling me they go the extra lengths for a sale then telling me they dont do it for the sale?! Spoke to me like I didnt have a clue about what I was doing and I also overheard them discussing me and making unprofessional assumptions. The car I went to see was what I expected so no issues on that front but would not recommend them to anyone and certainly wouldnt visit them again. I have bought from them previously and found them to be a bit arrogant and 3 sales reps ambushed me when I said I wanted to think about it but my partner got his car from them a few months back and had a good experience, would have been a cash buy too

Bought a one year old CX-5 two weeks ago. The sales process was efficient and the car itself has been fine. Before collecting the vehicle I had a technical query which would affect which specification of tow bar to order; the salesman gave me an answer off the top of his head rather than checking. This proved incorrect and we were forced to cancel our first caravan weekend with the new car. His supervisor has acknowledged this was not acceptable. A shame really, taking a short while to check would have resulted in a much different customer experience.

Ordered brand new Mazda, arranged to collect at 5pm but kept waiting until 6pm as salesmen had secured another sale just as we arrived which obviously takes priority over the customer whose sale is already secured!! then waited a further hour until 7pm due to Santander having to manually activate the finance apparently!! It took the excitement away from collecting a new car and we left feeling stressed and frustrated. 2 hrs kept waiting to collect a new car is not acceptable. Poor customer service.

This is the second Mazda I have bought from Perrys Preston Mazda. I am delighted with the appearance, comfort and design of my new Mazda C-X3 Sports Nav+. Disappointed. Took the car in for some checks before the warranty ran out. On the phone I explained what I wanted checking and they told me it would be free. Upon arriving they wanted to charge £55 per item just to look at it. They explained the call centre sometimes gets things wrong. The week prior I had called as I wanted to buy a second car, I’d seen a monthly price online and they told me it was impossible to get the car for the price. I went to Wilson and Co instead and they got me the exact price.

I drive a Astra vxr which is my pride and joy and have been using Perrys for several years now for spare parts and servicing --- they understand that my car is my baby and take care when its in the workshop and no damage has been done unlike some garages. David the service manager is a approachable guy and very helpful indeed and the same can be said about Stuart the parts manager who has helped me over the years. Perrys are a great dealership and would highly recommend them if you want good service at all times.

Bought 2 cars from here at the same time. Granted there was nothing wrong with my 2015 Mazda 3. However also purchased a Peugeot that had squeaky breaks (from worn pads) and a clanking noise from the front wheels due to another worn part. These issues were supposed to be sorted before we collected the car. Even though the car was under warranty it took many emails back and forth until they agreed to change the part causing the noise but refused the pads saying that it could have be worn by ourselves even though we only had it a very short space of time. Was very disappointed with this. If your looking for a Mazda vehicle you may be okay (but check the warranty small print) otherwise go elsewhere.

After calling ahead to enquire about 3 Mazda 3 Sport models the dealership had for sale and made an appointment with Daniel. I travelled up to Preston to view the cars and was hugely disappointed by the quality of every model they had. Daniel had 3 hours before our appointment, yet he failed to prep the cars, they were filthy, missing parts such as the parcel shelves and each car was badly scratched and damaged. He did not even have the keys ready. When I finally got to look inside the cars the condition was even worse, cigarette burns and smoke damage to the upholstery and the seats looked hammered. These cars were supposedly Mazda approved and around 20,000 miles (these were the most expensive models I’d found at around £12,000).I requested a test drive, but the cars would not turn over so bad to be jump started, obviously no good for the car itself. Daniel seemed uninterested and lacked basic knowledge of the vehicles.I run a team of 25 sales staff and would never tolerate this poor level of customer service from my team!I left without buying and drove 5 mins up the road and bought a stunning car from Simpson’s Skoda, they’re customer service was outstanding! Perrys have a lot to learn. AVOID!!!!

Id not recommend them based on my experience. I had my car in for service but as I arrived to pick it up I saw a young lad (salesman) in a suit returning from his joy ride. If youre having them service a corsa fine, but if its a top of the range sporty model make it clear the car stays on site unless they explain why and get your permission.

Once youve bought your car and had the obligatory follow up call, contact with them stops unless you have a problem with your purchase, usually as in my case they are quick to deny any liability and tell you that its wear and tear and youre liable to foot the bill? Would I use this dealership again ? I highly doubt it.
