The price sears is so inconsiderate when it comes to scheduling a delivery or communication from the owners.. I purchased a refrigerator and was told it would be deliverd the next day waited all day even after I called to get the ETA I was lied to and told they would be at my home in 1 hour. After waiting all day for my refrigerator that I needed,they never came and never ever called. I am so disappointed! Never again will I go to the price sears nor would I recommend it.

Bought a fridge Kenmore Brand. It hasn’t stopped beeping since we got it in November. Technician was supposed to come between 8-5. My husband took the time off work. We just got notified he would be at the house at 4:55. Excuse me? Worst customer service and experience EVER from start to finish. I am so done with SEARS! I’d love to take this fridge and roll it off a cliff.

UPDATE: Regional manager reached out to me and was very kind and understanding. He also informed me that the ownership is changing hands so I am willing to give the store another try.I would give 0 stars if possible. The owner of this store screamed and swore at me and then hung up the phone. He was incredibly rude and I will not be shopping there again.

Good place for appliances.

We had an ice machine go out on our Kenmore refrigerator a couple of weeks ago. The repairman could not fix it, but it was still under warranty. I was so surprised at how quickly they credited me the amount to get a new refrigerator. I contacted the nearest store which was in Price, Utah. The person I talked to was very helpful, and I ordered my new fridge. They delivered it to my home (60 miles away)!! The delivery people were great too! They took my old fridge out and brought the new one in and set it up quickly!! I was so impressed!! I know Sears is not around as much as it was, but this Sears Home in Price, Utah, really went the extra mile!! Thank you so much!!

Fridge went out 7 months after I purchased it..kenmore wont help me..the price utah store wont help me..I dont know what to do anymore other than blast the poor customer service all over the internet! I am very frustrated and unhappy I will never buy from sears again and especially Kenmore..all they can do is tell you what you want to hear to get you off their backs...

Terrible service. Bought a new fridge, when it came in they didnt notify me. I finally had to call to see what was going on. When it was finally delivered they didnt assemble it; I had to do that myself. I would recommend RC Willey over this store!
