Tom is by far the epitome of professional! He appraised a piece for me ( online through photos) as i do live quite far from him, all i wanted to know was the year he thought it might have been constructed in. I sent him detailed photos of different angles and he responded efficiently and gave me an answer within a few short hours of receiving the photos! He did this out of the kindness of his heart, and asked nothing of me! You can tell for him it is about the passion and love for the antiques, rather than the $.
