All of the employees at Holman were very accommodating. My son bought his first new car and the process was pretty simple. What I liked most was the salesman (Brett) didnt push anything. He let the car sell itself. He answered all of our questions patiently. The guy (I dont remember his name) that helped with signing all that paperwork was very personable and patient with me. Never have I been treated as well as Holman Go treated me. All the prices are negotiate up front so there is no surprises. They give you CARFAX, or Autochex so you know just what you are buying. They offer warranties on the cars for at least sux months or you can add an extended warranty to your contract. My wife 100% loves the car we picked out. The salesman R.C (Cox) took perfect care of my wife and we all know, happy life, happy wife. Call R.C and let him take care of you. Fair and reasonable prices. No haggling is the best. I brought my 82 year old mother in to buy a car. Her car was totaled in the recent rain storms in Bucks County, PA. I spoke with Brett the day before the appt. But my biggest dissatisfaction is with the delivery of my title and license plate. I flew to your dealership on March 12, as of today I still don’t have my title or plates. From my understanding you dealership sent to your 3rd party provider the paper work on the car April 6th, 2.5 weeks to do your internal documents?? Whatever!! Then being another 23 days and the completed documents are still not to my registration office in Cleveland?? Go figure!! The charge for documents on the transfer seems now even more a fee grab.$$$... but so is life..! We have been driving on a expired tag for going on 3 weeks now, I have talked with your customer experience person 2 weeks ago. I have called 2 more times in the last 2 weeks and left messages she has or yet returned my calls asking for help with this issue..? I would love to have some attention to this issue and frankly believe it is deserved...

HolmanGO was by far our best car buying experience. We worked with Rawle Cox and Jordan Ramos. Both were accommodating and friendly and further solidified that we will come back in the future to buy our cars. Also, because HolmanGO has a no haggle policy it was nice to know what we would be paying (less taxes and fees of course) up front. Lastly, there was another car we were interested in that was at another dealership and Rawle was kind enough to go to the other dealership and get the car so we could test drive it which helped with our final decision.

I have been searching for a car for my daughter since July. I do my homework in order to find the right car. Spotted a car on Holman Gos website on 12/18/2020. Called and spoke to the Manager, Sheri. She fully explained the way they operate, no haggle price, no hidden fees, and the employees do not work on commission. Went and looked at the vehicle that night. After the test drive I explained that I had some minor concerns. Sheri advised that they would have their service department look into my concerns and let me know what they find. On Saturday 12/19/2020 I received a call from Robert, our sales rep., who advised that the my concerns were addressed and the minor problem had been fixed. I advised Robert that I wanted to purchase the vehicle and offered to put a deposit on the vehicle. Robert advised that there was no need to put a deposit down and that they would hold the vehicle until I could return on Monday 12/21/2020 or Tuesday 12/22/2020. I drove back to the dealerships, which 45 minutes to hour from my home, and the vehicle was there ready to go. I was in and out with no problems. Very friendly staff and very clean building. One of the best car buying experiences I have had. Will post a picture on Christmas Day when I surprise my daughter with her new vehicle.

Rawls was a gentleman and true professional who assisted me without pressuring me. We seamlessly flowed through all steps including insurance and financing together. Whatever I asked for he provided and the final signing was prepared perfectly. Not a wasted minute but processing time allowed for some casual small talk when he was not otherwise performing a duty, he obliged. The support staff was very polite and helpful. I appreciate such such attention and hand holding when making a decision like buying a car that will be a part of my life for years. I’ve recently used Holman Go in Princeton to sell my Mom’s 2009 Honda CRV (with insanely low mileage) and was extremely pleased with them! The sale was done in conjunction with the app GroovyCar.I can’t say enough good about Holman Go. They were professional, respectable, communicative, and followed through on all their commitments. I was waiting for the “bad” to happen, but it never did.They made an offer for the car sight unseen (other than pic’s and a description), and that offer held even after inspecting the vehicle (I’m always a little wary of this stage). Joe the Director of Operations even went above-and-beyond by actually traveling to my mothers assisted living facility to complete all the needed title transfer and related paperwork and pickup the vehicle (during the pandemic, residents aren’t allowed to leave the facility, or they are subject to quarantine upon return). Even the staff at the Holman Go showroom blew me away - upon walking in the front door, the two ladies at the front desk stood up to greet me (they didn’t know me - I could have been anyone). It was such a welcoming gesture!I wholeheartedly recommend dealing with Holman Go in Princeton.

Apparently their call reps are not located at the facility and their communication with the dealership is terrible! I had an appointment to view a vehicle and drove 2 hours down there to find out that it was sold out from under me. I honestly couldnt believe it after reading all of these glowing reviews. They were aware that I was coming from out of state. Make sure you call right before you leave for your appointment and confirm that the vehicle is available because I didnt receive that courtesy from them. Disappointed to say the least.UPDATE: In response to Holman Gos reply, they did not try to reach me several times. I confirmed my appointment on Thursday. The call rep told me he would call me on Saturday if the car was still available. He left a message on Saturday at 3:59pm that the car was still available and making sure I was coming in. I called back at 4:54pm and left a message confirming that I was still coming in on Monday at 11am. They claim that they tried to reach me several times and that is simply not true. I would never drive over 2 hours one way without a confirmed appointment. Bottom line, I should have been contacted prior to Monday morning if the car sold before then. Completely unacceptable.

Hi,We recently bought a 2019 Kia optima on 1/23/2021 our salesman Rawie was very knowledgeable about the company and the car we were buying. He had a very friendly and engaging personality that made the car buying process extremely easy and seamless. The atmosphere was bright, clean and inviting for a car dealership. We brought my 5 year old daughter who loved the TV area as well as the snack and juice station which made the process even easier with her there.

Tried purchasing a passat I saw at mini of mt laurel worked with what i assume was internet sales people for about day and a half f got an internet price then said lets do paperwork to see if I can get financing never heard from that person again was emailed the next day car was sold then it was on their toyota website again inquiried about the car different person said yes its still her but yet it isnt on any website then says my MÁNAGER will call nobody did very sad please pick a different car so I found one from holman go for price listed asked about internet price he said no went back today to the person online and it is now $2000 more I dont thick I will be dealings with them again nothings but a run around for 4 days nobody knows what the other is doing glad I didnt give my info for financing cause are ya really giving it to needles to say no passat and not postings 2000 more from April 5

I had such an easy, hassle free experience purchasing a car. The site is very user friendly and gives you tons of options to narrow your search to find the vehicle you want. On February 8th I purchased a car at Holman Go. I am a first time buyer, so I did shop around . I walked in and everyone was very welcoming. Dan took me for a test ride, because of really good price, a print out of everything that was done to car when they got it and there honesty, I was sold. The day I picked the car up Dave sat with me finished the paperwork and answered all my question on how to work a few things in car. Purchasing the car in Jersey, I had to have it reinspected, it all checked out good except there was one issue. I spoke to Sheri and she got back to me within 24 hours, everything was taken care of . There was no excuses or hassle. This was such a nice experience, best choice to purchase a car.

They took the car back no problem and the return was super easy. They had a lot of other vehicles in stock, and I will be buying my next car from them shortly even though they are an hour away from me in PA. Everyone there was low pressure, and they have a nice building with free drinks and snacks avaliable.The Mustang was the best price I was able to find for something comparable. Faith helped me with both the purchase and the return. Both were great experiences. She showed me a couple other cars at my request when I returned the Mustang. Faith was knowledgeable about the different cars which is sometimes tough at a used car dealership. It was truly the best car buying experience Ive ever had even though I didnt keep the car. Highly recommend both Faith and Holman Go.Edit: Ended up going back and purchasing a 2019 Explorer from Holman Go. Had a great experience with Rob and Joe. Both were very professional and made the purchase process very smooth. In and out within 2 hours with a trade in. Im definitely going back to Holman Go when Im in the market for another car.

Giving Holman Go a 5 star rating doesnt seem like enough. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Everyone at Holman treated us with kindness and respect and truly went above and beyond! They do not pressure you and work with you to give you the best experience! Our salesman Brett, was absolutely incredible as were the finance managers and everyone else at Holman. Holy smokes, was I impressed! Like many other reviewers, Im almost giddy at what a happy experience I just had at Holman Go.I had to sell a new-ish electric car due to a transfer across the country, and after receiving a couple of low-ball offers from new-car dealerships Ive patronized for years, and services like Carvana and Kelly Blue Book, I showed up at Holman Go and received an very attractive, fair cash offer for my car.I liked dealing with them so much that I sold them my second car on the spot and and bought a used SUV from them. We did all three transactions at once, and Holman took care of registering my new car in a distant state for me. Dan walked us through the paperwork with total clarity. Joe was such a good customer service professional that we wished we had three more cars to sell them.Holman Go seems to have very high hiring standards, because everyone, and I mean everyone we interacted with, was friendly, knowledgeable, customer-focused, competent at their specialties, and utterly straightforward and transparent. If someone didnt know the answer to a question, they never floated a vague guess but researched it quickly and came back with authoritative information.Meeting their own high internal standards for cars they sell, they ended up doing a substantial amount of work on the car I was buying to make sure it was mechanically sound--on on things their own inspections uncovered. New A/C compressor, new tires, extensive checklist of preps, a written record of which they gave me, along with the service manager coming out to the showroom just to answer any questions I might have before driving away in my purchase. I cant imagine every going to any other used-car operation.

I had a great experience with Holman Go. I loved the no pressure environment. Very low stress. Dan Mitchell, the product specialist with whom I worked was great. I really wasn’t looking forward to it, but it turned out to be the best car buying experience to date. The financing process was similarly stress free. All aspects of the « paperwork » process and various available add-on services were thoroughly explained. I can’t compliment the entire Holman Go team enough. I would definitely go back again and gladly recommend Holman to anyone in the market for a pre-owned car.

This place is just amazing! They really dont pressure you into buying any car your not comfortable with! My products specialist Faith was awesome!
