I had a mixed experience. The main counter person was helpful and pleasant. The person that initially served me, due to another customer being waited upon by the counter person, was impatient and curt. Clearly there were other administrative matters to be attended to, which is fair enough, but I felt like an inconvenience, not a customer.

Wonderful experience working with Russell. He is excellent - knowledgeable and truly cares about helping customers.

Not a large showroom... no welcome upon entering or acknowledgement.. tons of catalogs to look through which it seems how they run it. why would I do that when I can do online shopping?
