The gal who answered the phone was extremely helpful and I got scheduled right away. They were able to come to my work and there was no inconvenience to me. The Technician called promptly to meet me at work earlier than scheduled. I made an appointment for Monday morning 0830. Andy was a few minutes early getting to my house (points for that). He got to work right away and answered all my questions and we had nice conversation during the process. Very nice guy, he is very thorough and knows his stuff. He performed a few cleaning details after removing the old cracked windshield that impressed me also. The whole process took about 1 hour and my car is as good as new. My insurance company had recommended American Glass and Mirror to me after my windshield cracked. I called to get an appt set up, and they were super awesome right off the bat! We contacted my insurance through conference call, and had everything scheduled within a few minutes of being on the phone with them! I was sick the day that was scheduled to have my vehicle picked up, and they were kind enough to come get it from my home, take care of everything and bring it back safe and sound. Andy was super kind, and told me that he would take care of everything and that my truck would be back to me in no time. He kept his promise, and all of my papers were sitting in my truck when I was ready to leave for work the following day. I had a crack in the corner of my windshield that was pretty small, but got big enough that it almost went all the way across, and needed to get it fixed. I filed a claim with my insurance company, they called me back a couple days later (over the weekend), and contacted American Glass & Mirror while I was on the phone with them. We set up an appointment two days out, and they agreed to come to my house to fix it in my driveway, which was so convenient. They quoted me between 1 and 2 PM, and Andy, the technician, showed up a few minutes early. He was also very friendly with our two dogs at the front door. The vehicle was in the driveway and unlocked, so he wanted to confirm that it was ready to be replaced. He said itd take about an hour, but in 30 minutes, he knocked on the door, and said he was already done! He even reaffixed my third-party remote start antenna to the inside of the windshield. He let me know I could drive it in an hour, and since the billing was through my insurance, he just needed a signature saying everything was installed to my liking. His work was first rate & it looks better than it did with the windshield from the factory! Thank you so much!

Today I had the windshield replaced in my new vehicle. I thought the process would be complicated but it was made easy by American Glass and Mirror. They set up the call with the insurance company and then the date and time of the appointment. A call the day before to confirm the appointment time was a nice reminder. Andy was early - and wow that made my day !! He patiently explained what he was doing when I asked questions. This company was amazing to work with. The office staff helped me and were extremely friendly. The tech that came out to replace my windshield was a hoot and he did an awesome job in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.

We stopped at the store to have a piece of glass cut for a round table we had refinished. We were told the glass would be ready in 3-5 days and they would call when it was done. On day 6 I hadn’t heard anything and called to check on the glass. I got excuses and was told they hadn’t even looked at the order yet.I was told they would get it done and have it ready the next day, which they did. Also, the front sidewalk had not been cleaned off or salted and was very slippery. I told the staff about the ice but shouldn’t have to remind a business to clear the walks to make it safe for customers.Other than that, the glass top is beautiful and we’re very happy with it.

Appointment was not the typical 8:00 to 12:00 window for the tech, but 10:00 to 10:30. Andy arrived at 10:05 and told me it would take him about an hour. Done at 11:05. I’m not sure how or where I could have received better service.

American Glass and Mirror (Prior Lake) helped us design our shower during the remodel of our ensuite bathroom. Our design included a curbless entry and a tiled linear drain.Guy Selinske designed a clear glass door and a glass half wall that separates the shower from the bath tub. Installation was smooth and trouble free. The design style was called a frameless shower door.The results are very elegant. We love the shower and receive great comments about our new ensuite.Our experience with American Glass and Mirror was flawless.

What a complete joke. I called to obtain a quote for the cutting of seven glass shelving units. I gave the individual the sizes and type of glass. The individual gave me a quote of a total of $210.76 for the seven pieces. A couple of days later I drove 30 minutes to their shop to place the order. I never did get a final price as the quote was over $360 and the sales person had not even given me a price for the most expensive piece of glass to be cut. She didnt seem to care much and acted as if it was my fault. Really? A wasted two hours of my day and a horrible experience.

What a great business to work with. We had a windshield replaced on our GMC Acadia in December. Leak showed up last week during first rainstorm of the year. Guy and Andy came out this morning to find the leak and seal it up. When they were unable to locate the leak they drove it back to their shop to investigate further. Still unable to find it so replaced with new windshield and returned to our garage. Will definitely recommend them to anyone I hear of that needs glass replacement.
