So kind of Dr. Reinders to see me on a Saturday with no appointment. My son had poked me in the eye at the playground. I was in bad shape. Dr. Reinders saw me immediately upon my reaching out to the clinic. I had never been to an eye doctor prior to this event. It was a wonderful experience. Dr. Reinders had a comforting expertise and immediately stopped my eye pain with numbing drops. Antibiotic and hydration treatments were dispensed promptly. I was well provided for, it was truly a remarkable experience. Steve is a very good doctor.

Dr. Steve not only does a thorough eye exam with explanations for all, but I came away from my appointment knowing more about my eyes than when I went in! I have never had an optometrist take the time to teach me. The staff is so very kind and welcoming! If you are concerned about germs, etc., dont be. Every precaution is taken to keep you safe and healthy. You will not regret going here!

Oh what a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in and met Jennifer to the moment I left. I chose this clinic because of all the good reviews and let me say they are all true. I wish every doctor was as thorough as this one ! Brand new state of the art equipment and the most complete exam ever ! He tells you every step of the way what is going on and how your eye health is. I even tried mono vision contacts at his suggestion and they may be just what I need as I’m a bit sick of glasses. They are awesome sorry can’t give more than 5 stars !

Such a friendly staff. I just cant get over how all the employees including the doctor remembers me and i only see them once a year! I have told everyone I know about this place. They use brand new equipment and dont overcharge. Other eye doctors have sent me bills based on an extra exam they performed that my insurance company didnt cover. Never this place. You wont be disappointed with Complete Family Eyecare!

I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very helpful in helping me choose my first pair of glasses ever. They thoroughly explained each option for the lenses and explained why some features would not be very useful for me (transitions lenses dont work for driving glasses).

Dr Reinders and his team hit the sweet spot on high tech and high touch. Hes up-to-date on the latest science (and his equipment is, too) and he explains the practical application to you in easy terms. Like Dr. R, his team is attentive and caring. I highly recommend.

When my wife and I moved to Minnesota 5 years ago we needed a good eye doctor and I believe we found an absolute gem! Dr. Reinders and his staff are always very professional and pleasant to work with. We’ve always felt at home during our appointments. You can tell they like to have fun when they put a blooper reel from their commercial shoot on their website. After we moved to Woodbury from Burnsville we were OK changing our dentist and doctors that were local but will still continue to make the drive to see Dr. Reinders and his staff at Complete Family Eye Care!

I recently moved my vision care to Complete Family Eyecare after trying a couple of other clinics in the Twin Cities over the past few years. Dr. Reinders and his staff are absolutely wonderful!! My experiences here have impressed me every time with the quality of care, kindness of staff, and thoroughness of my exams. I was even worked into the schedule the next day for an eye problem I was having - I received exceptional care, never felt rushed, and left with a good understanding of my diagnosis and follow up care. I just went to Complete Family Eye Care for the first time and had a great experience. When I called to set up the appointment the staff person answering the phone was friendly and helpful. The waiting area and office itself are very pleasant and clean. The staff and Dr. Reinders seem to really enjoy what they do, making for a very positive experience. If you have ever gone to an eye doctor and had a bad prescription switch doctors and go see Dr. Reinders!! He is the only eye doctor that has given me a good prescription. He and his staff are the best!! Everyone is very friendly and professional and you will notice that the moment you walk in the door.

I was new to the area and needed a new eye doctor, only I had never had an eye exam from someone other than the doctor I had growing up so I was very nervous about the quality care I would receive. OMG. Best eye care in 40 years!! Scleral contacts brought me from legally blind in my right eye to about 20/50 and my world has changed to a fantastic visual! They helped me get them through insurance by suggesting options, couple fittings to make sure they fit well and the doctor himself called me a week later to see how Im doing with them! This is genuine great care! There arent words to describe how thankful I am!

I took my 8 year old in today for an exam per school nurses request. Dr. Steve was awesome and so great with my daughter. Although she was on the cusp of needing the lowest prescription glasses, he said to wait until fall and re-exam or when my daughter complains she cant see the board. He didnt push a sale for glasses but rather looked at the needs and care of my daughter. I will definitely bring the rest of my family back when needed!

This office is awesome! I was very impressed with the service, Dr Reinders obvious knowledge, and his interaction with my 4 year old (the patient). She loved him and was telling Daddy all about it when we got home. He obviously has kids because he offered to let me take pictures of her exam, had a toy box for her to pick a prize out of at the end-which I appreciate much more than candy, and even let me look through the lenses at her eyes myself. We will definitely be bringing the whole family back!

For decades I had successfully worn soft contact lenses to correct my astigmatism and farsightedness. However, as my eyes aged, my prescription became very unstable resulting in frequent blurriness. Dr. Reinders noticed weakening and thinning of my cornea and suggested scleral contact lenses to completely cover up these unstable areas. The fitting of the scleral lenses was a process and it required several visits, but my vision is much more stable and clearer with the scleral contact lenses as compared to the soft lenses. Thanks for taking the time to clear me up!

What a wonderful practice. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff upon arrival. Doctor Reinders was also friendly and utilized some very cool technology to check my eyes and get my prescription perfect. I bought a pair of glasses through Complete Family Eyecare using the Angies list special that I had purchased. I couldnt be more pleased with the quality and vision that I get out of the new glasses. I have a large astigmatism and Dr. Reinders has gone out of his way to trial different types of contact lens for me until I find the perfect pair. I always look forward to coming in because Dr. Reinders and his staff are so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Reinders always makes it a point to connect with you on a personal level and explain to you what he is doing and what the results actually mean. It is clear to see he is far more concerned about you and your health than he is with making an sort of sale. It is such an open environment and you can tell Dr. Reinders and his staff genuinely wants to be there and help you with whatever you may need!

My 2year old had to come with me to my appt and everyone did such a great job helping me with her while I tried to pick out a pair of glasses. They gave her toys, water and even a cookie! I was so greatful for that!- I was a little disappointed in the selection of glasses. I would have like to see a few more colorful options instead of having to order them first to see them. But the quality of the glasses are very good!

So very impressed with Dr. Reinders and his staff. I was hit in the eye with a nerf gun bullet. My vision was blurred and I was unsure of what the damage would be. I called my nurses line and they told me to go to the ER and then an Ophthalmologist would be called in. Knowing that would take hours and be very expensive I asked about finding a direct Ophthalmologist. She told me I would never find an open Ophthalmologist that evening. I called Complete Family Eye Care, explained what happened and they stayed open for me. He was very thoroughly, they worked with me on a payment plan and I could not have been more pleased with my experience. Phenomenal to say the least! Thank you Dr. and Mrs. Reinders:-)

Ive been seeing Dr. Reinders for years, beginning at Park NIcollet Clinic in Bursville. When he left the clinic I took comfort in knowing I could continue to use him for my eye services in his current location. Dr. Reinders is thorough but explains each procedure on a laymans level. At the new location he is able to provide additional tests that gives one comfort in their overall eye exam results. I also enjoyed the educational videos he is able to show you while you wait for your eyes to dialate. Dr. Reinders additional staff is courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend him to my friends.
