Got a good sized door-ding on my Subaru PDRed by Rich yesterday. He was accomodating over the phone and was able to squeeze me in same day. It was in a rough place right on a body line, but no matter, he had it pushed out and repaired in under a half hour. I recently bought a new Subaru WRX and it didnt take long to get my first dent in the door. After the wind blew open my passenger side door into the mirror of another car, the dent I received was deep and not far from a natural fold in the metal. Rich was honest that this repair would be difficult to make perfect, but in 35 minutes he was done. My kids couldnt find where the dent once was. Rich was a very nice gentleman who worked meticulously to remove the dent to the best of his abilities. I could not be more satisfied.

As a very organized and meticulous person, you can easily spot others like you. Richs shop is clean and very well organized. That gave me a pretty good indication of the quality of his work. And I will say that I was definitely not disappointed. In less than 30 min, he expertly removed 8 dimples that I stupidly put the top of my fender with my elbow while swapping hood springs on my classic 1967 Olds 4-4-2. I made two small dents on my Lexus, I stopped by Rich’s shop and he was very professional. Rich explain to me that based on what he saw at least he was going to be able to fix the dent up to 90%. I came back the same day in 20 minutes(he was able to fit me in) and let me tell you within 30 minutes there were no dents. Rich does fantastic work at very reasonable prices! Brought my wife’s brand new Honda CRV with a dent in the lift gate to him to repair & within one hour of my arrival the car was perfect once again! Extremely professional, very caring person who exemplifies a tremendous work ethic that becomes apparent as soon as you walk in the door!

The proprietor saw a photo of the dent in my car (rocker panel) and said he could remove it. He spent about 40 minutes hammering on it and charged me 200 dollars. Now what was a softly pushed in dent is a rippled, pocked and lightly dented area with small protrusions. Not sure what I paid for. He did not use any of the specialty tools art his disposal - I saw a mallet and some blocks of wood. He did not unscrew the plastic cladding to help him get behind the panel, there was no massaging the panel; it was rough work done quick and not cheap.

It is so rare these days to find someone who is passionate and a master of their craft. Fortunately in CT we have Rich at Paintless Dent Removal who is absolutely amazing at his craft and it clearly shows in his work. Rich took out over 7 various dings on my truck which I thought I would be stuck with forever. He was reasonably priced for his work and was a great guy to talk to. A tree branch fell on the right rear fender of my 2016 Volvo. I did not want a repaint. In less than one hour Rich worked his magic. To my amazement the dent was 100% gone, good as new. The price was reasonable his skill was outstanding.

After going to a local auto body shop and getting an outrageous quote for my dent repair i got a referral to P.D.R and Im happy I that I did. Although I was skeptical at first that the dent could be removed cleanly from my Civic Rich removed the dent in 20 mins and without cracking the paint. Needless to say the auto body shop claimed it would take a week to remove the fender, headlight, pop the dent, sand, paint & blend etc. & cost me $100s more .
