I broke a CV joint on a rescue. I contacted Karl Malone Motorsports on a Saturday wanting to bring my CamAm in for repairs. I was told that it would be a few weeks before they could get me in. After informing them I was with Utah County Search and Rescue they told me they would see what could be done. I met with Steven and Brogan. Both were VERY kind and helpful! They made some calls, checked the work load and got me in that day. It took a few days to get the part but I was out in just under a week and back in service. Both are a credit to the company. I needed parts for my Can-Am outlander in a hurry. I stopped in and not only did they have the part at a very reasonable price but they got it installed and out the door within just a few minutes. Jace Price took great care of me. I will keep coming back.

Stole my money. Only shop here if you want to pay $11000.00 for a $5700.00 bike. Went there to buy a motorcycle with an MSRP of 5669.00 They tried to get me to sign a agreement to buy it with out giving me any info on total out the door cost and insisted on a really big down payment. I wouldnt sign and insisted on using my own financing. So the wanted a few hundred dollars as a down payment to hold the bike untill the deal was done and said it was completely refundable if things didnt work out. Found out from.my bank a few days later that they tried to finance it for $1100.00 and when they said no it cam back as $8500.00. I called them and said this wasnt going to work out and I wanted my money back. They still have my money and wont return any of my messages.

Update: Dixon (a manager) did call me back and apologize and refunded my $. I really do appreciate the call and refund. I bumped up to 3 stars for that. Took my rzr on the monday the service guy told me on phone. He said it would get looked at Tuesday and theyd call me. By Saturday no call. I called and they said they hadnt looked at it yet but would get looked and fixed by Monday afternoon for sure. Monday afternoon I call it still hasnt been looked at but was told I would have all ready to go next day. Thursday I call and was told they looked at it and think they know the problem but havent ordered parts or had time to call me. I told them not to order parts. My son went Friday to pick it up so we can just take it to someone who can actually get the job done and they told him he couldnt take it because they ordered the parts so now we have to fix it with them. I called and told them its going home with my son I need this fixed already. So they charged us $240 for diagnostic. Im extremly frustrated not having machine for the hunt this week after 2 weeks of run around wasted time with this place! If they would have just said they were to busy I could have found someone else and have machine already. And had no problem with them

We recently bought a new ATV. The sales people, financial staff, and service department were all great! They worked with us and listened to what we wanted/needed. Everyone we worked with (Jaden and Marcus Johnson to name a couple) was very efficient and professional. We are from Logan so we had a drive to go pick it up. They kept up on the communication so that when we got there, everything went smoothly and the paperwork was all in order. Couldn’t be happier with our experience there!

Dropped my 4 wheeler off for a repair and they kept it for 2-3 with no word and when I called they would put me off until I told them I wanted an answer. Then they told me they forgot about it and would get to it as soon as possible. A month later they said it was the starter and would have the part within 1 week. 2-3 weeks later they finally got it finished and tried charging for a battery I didn’t approve. Never felt more disregarded from any other company. Almost 3 months for a simple starter replacement.

Had the privilege of working with Jaden to purchase a Can-am Outlander. He was very knowledgeable about the product and associated accessories for the ATV and it was a fun experience. Highly recommend him for advice and for purchasing an off-road vehicle.The only reason for the four stars is that the parts and service department took over a month to get the machine ready for delivery. Several promises of it being ready to be picked never came to fruition. Have never understood why companies do not stock product that they sell.

Communication skills are TERRIBLE. I took in a side by side 4 weeks ago and was told they would get working on it the next morning. After one week of not hearing a word from them I call just to find out they knew what was wrong with it, but haven’t done anything yet. They told me they had to order parts and install them and it was would about 6 business days. After two weeks of once again, not hearing anything, I call back to find out that they received the parts but haven’t installed them yet. That same day they told me it would be done by the end of the day. I called back the next morning to find out they hadn’t fixed it but they told me they would call back later that day. They never called back and here I am STILL waiting for my machine to be done. It’s been over a month and I am very frustrated. If you need something done quick, do NOT go here.

I worked with Josh for buying my son a new KTM65. I live out of state, and Josh was very responsive in communication (email, phone call, and text). John was great to work with. Ordered my Canam in may 2021 with anticipation of it being completed and ready at the end of august. John over delivered and I got my machine in July. Most accessories installed flawlessly, only a couple loose led lights and bolts.It runs amazing!Took it to Moab first weekend and it climbed Hell’s revenge like nothing. Karl Malone Power sport’s exceeded expectations for me. Highly recommend giving Jon a call if you’re in the market.

These guys are terrible, find another place to purchase your machines unless you want to spend half your day trying to give them your money for a machine I ordered 10 months ago.Someone please teach them that other peoples time matter.Free advice hire a consulting firm to teach your team systems and processes.

7k out the door for a bike that retails at $4,500. Ill wait this one out.Same time they have great prices on gear from jackets to helmets to gloves to cargo bags.Torn, want to be a raving fan of this place and understand paying full price in the current market but new bike pricing seems excessive at the moment with all the add on fees.

Bought a new machine and a 500 dollar pit pass which turns out is two oil changes. I was told the first service alone was worth 500 dollar because they adjust the valves. When it came time for that service they would not do a valve adjustment, said it wasnt needed, even though the manual says it is. My 4 wheeler was at their shop for over 7 weeks, because of their inability to diagnose an antifreeze leak. Horrible experience. My brand new wheeler has scratches all over the plastic from the time it spent in their shop.

Bought my first motorcycle and gear here and can’t recommended this place enough. All the employees here are very friendly and were very helpful. They were not pushy at all about anything which drives me nuts about some other places. I was able to get the exact bike and gear that felt snug on me so Ill be protected and safe thanks to Jaden he helped me through the whole process and made it very easy for a new rider like myself. If you are looking for a new motorcycle/toy in Utah this is the place to go!

Josh helped me through the whole process of applying for my first loan, I really appreciated him taking the time to clearly explain the steps and how I can get the best loan. The whole Staff was friendly and willing to answer questions. Financial staff was never misleading or overly persuasive. Overall I had a great experience and couldn’t recommend josh enough, he’s a stand up guy.

I have taken my 4 Wheelers to KMPS in Provo for several months now and have had great service. However, my last experience was the best. My machine needed a part that was several weeks out from the manufacturer. I had a ride we had planned for months and I needed the machine for it. They called several dealers in different states and found the part in Idaho! They had it expedited to them and put it on just in time for my trip. Dixon and Anthony were AWESOME to deal with. Karl Malone Powersports service department is amazing. They were able to get my bike in for an oil change and seasonal tune up same day and completed the job in less than 2 hours. Other local shops wanted to schedule me out weeks and needed me to leave the bike for several days. I will always go back here for all my riding needs. Dixon at the service counter was excellent and provided great service and communicated every step of the service to me. Service tech Tekoda got my bike running like brand new. Thank you so much!

I have been to this location 3 times over the last year and I will never go back. I asked three times today for an out the door price and received push back two times. The third time I received all the fees but not the total and I had to bust out the calculator. If you are going to buy anything at this location, compare other dealers for their out the door price. Excluding taxes, their out the door fees are about 2-3 times as much as any other dealers. I tried to give feedback today in a nice way but the guy looked at his apple watch and started reading a text. Nice! I left and purchased a brand new KTM at another dealer today.

If you want to get jacked around this is the place to go… It’s so discouraging that a decent local business (Utah Valley Powersports, Springville) that offers good service and fair prices sells their franchise to a group of crooks that take advantage of their customers in every way. I will certainly not be buying from these guys, and hope they learn that lasting businesses are earned, and any retail business can flourish with 10T dollars infused into the economy. I ended up just walking out last transaction when 24k(retail) in seadoos came out to 36k out the door with their insane fees. So sad.. Service is awful too, pretty much everything I’ve taken has to go back 2-3 times before they can actually solve the problem. If it was 1 bad experience, I can deal with that, but this is next level.

Stay away from this place at all costs. Bought a brand new Yamaha Viking from them. Machine now has 47 miles on it. Still brand new and it won’t start. Dropped the machine off 3 days ago and called today for an update. They haven’t even looked at it. Guy on the phone has no update. Seriously the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Stay away from this place at all costs.

Overall great experience. My salesman was Austin he was friendly and easy going. The reason its not a 5 star is he took a while to get back with me on question. I did my own financing and when the bank had questions it took a bit to get answers. But he did always get back to me.

Not happy with it warranty department do not take your machine here if you expect to have anything covered by warranty they will not submit it. After 2 weeks I decided to write a review. 2018 Polaris RZR have the extended warranty that I paid a lot for from another dealer which was great. Took my machine in after the interviewer went bad they said theyd have to wait to see if warranty would cover it I told them I needed the machine in a few weeks told them I would pay cash if nothing else they got it done within a week which was great but never even called the warranty department or tried to get it covered. I plan on selling this one and not buying another one from Karl Malone have not been impressed with this location

Inflated pricing and poor customer service. Sales team couldn’t have been more rude and disrespectful. It was made clear right off the bat that if you don’t buy it they will just sell to somebody else and you can take a hike - take it or leave it attitude. Using this booming economy to take advantage of inflated pricing and fee’s and being rude to customers. Take your business to any body but these guys, they might sell stuff now but people aren’t coming back once things settle down. I’ve called other dealerships and they all know of the terrible customer service as they are getting all of their old clientele, including mine and several of my buddies. I put down my deposits with Moto United and was original pricing and no inflated fees. (My first review got removed)

Got my first bike from this place (2021 Yamaha R3). Jace is a wonderful salesman who is supportive, understanding, and kind. Great group of people there to welcome me into the riding family.

Greg Garcia turned a 1 star experience into a 5 star. Basically a mistake with a brake job on my Dads side by side turned into a long turn around time because of parts availability. Greg made it right and I wanted to highlight him. It’s not often that customer service is a priority. I’ll definitely be back thanks to Greg.

Use these guys if you love overpaying for stuff. They agreed on a set price Tuesday, and then I came in Thursday to close on a motorcycle and the sales manager (not the same one) came out and quoted me $1,000 higher. He then backpedaled and said that it was a limited time offer only that day (This was never mentioned on the phone). They had my name in the system so they should have still extended the deal 2 days later. Im in sales and I hate the reputation that the sales community gets (I try not to be that bait and switch type). It was real Vivint bro shenanigans. Ill be looking elsewhere and recommend this place to absolutely nobody. If even 1 person goes elsewhere because they want a more professional experience, then my time writing this review was well spent.

Bad customer service, Would not do anything on the price of a bike. The dealer prep fee was jacked up to over 1200 dollars and all they could say was “sorry, it’s just supply and demand.” Worst experience at a dealer. Will not return. Ever.

I was really impressed with how nice everyone on the floor was. Especially Dixon 👍, I needed a tool adjust my rear shock on my XSR900 and i didnt really want to buy one. He was super nice and brought it over to their shop. I think it was Derek who adjusted it really quick for me for free. It was a good experience especially compared to other shops here in Utah County.

I bought a 4 wheeler at the heber location 3 years ago and have been to this provo location for misc things over the years. They have always been great to work with, answer questions, and just let me drool over the new stuff without being bothered beyond asking if i have any questions. SOme had nothing to do with their services, but were jsut questions I had as a new owner. I am much more comfoprtablke with my purchase, and know a lot more about my future usage.
