My fiancé and I walk through the door at their Pulaski, VA location. The man working there says “hello” and ask if he can help. I walk right up to the register and told him exactly what my project was and that smokers had previously lived in the room I was painting. The man says “ok” and continues on with what he was originally doing like he could careless. The store was completely empty. It was today around 11:30am Wednesday. He didn’t say that he was really busy or that he will get to us after he finishes or anything. He said “ok” and that was it. It was completely obvious we didn’t know what we were needing. He didn’t offer any form of help. I felt very disrespected and after looking around for a few minutes waited to see if he would help, we just walked out. I’d rather go to Walmart and that sucks because I would rather help out my community than any Walmart. I wouldn’t recommend going to this particular location.
