I stepped into the Verizon store one Saturday a bit before noon to upgrade my wife’s iPhone. Lori was my sales agent and everything went very smooth. I walked out the door before 1:30 with the new iPhone. It was great service and Lori was polite and helpful.

I would give them six stars if i could. After constant issues with verizon over the last year and a half my frustration was through the roof. I came into this store and began having similar issues. However the employees helped call corporate and refused to take no for an answer until things were made right. This was my first time coming into this store and it wont be my last. I wasnt very nice when i came in and they took care of me patiently and kindly when i might not have deserved it. These people are awesome

I love this Verizon location! The staff are so friendly. When I pre-ordered my Iphone, Carson was super helpful setting everything up, and always greets me with a smile when I come in to get my liquid glass reapplied. Today I was helped by Nick, who was also super helpful, nice, and welcoming!

Initially I was given adequate customer service but then passed off to an associate who did not care at all. To finalize the transaction, I was simply given instructions to set up my new phone and charged an amount that had not been previously disclosed. When I had I had questions and the associate was unable to answer, I was passed to the sales support line without notice and they were also unable to assist. I would not recommend this location.
Kyle C. and Carson G. helped me today with several issues. They problem-solved my situation and found ways to help me boost my coverage and decrease the amount owed in other areas. Whats even more impressive was watching them (I was there for nearly 2 hours due to the issues that occurred when I purchased my phone online) handle customers, including me, due to the increased guidelines of COVID-19. Instead of making me feel different, they both explained what they were doing, why they were doing it, and asked for my feedback every step of the way.I also observed as they handled frustrated customers who didnt want to adhere to the new COVID-19 guidelines. Again, they did so with the utmost professionalism, but didnt fold to pressure when others expressed their dislike of the new procedures implemented in this store. Very, very clean store. I recommend that the higher ups pay a visit to this particular store and to use them as a training site for other stores to follow. Its really THAT GREAT and no, I dont know anyone who works here and have never been in this store before. :)
I was there about 3 weeks ago and Madison was the most amazing and helpful rep. I have ever worked with. It was extremely busy and I needed to buy a new phone. I switched from an android to an I phone and needed a fair amount of help she took her time with me and answered all my questions. It is just so wonderful to get such amazing customer service, and so greatly appreciated. Big shout out to this Pullman store and the employees are doing it right!
My first time to buy a cell phone was a great experience. Everyone was very nice. Leshawn patiently explained and reexplained the various features. He told me what I wanted to know and what I needed for my situation. He did not pressure me into buying more than I needed. Leshawn was wonderful to work with. Conner, the manager, was also kind and very helpful and has excellent managerial skills. After my purchase they all happily answered my many questions.
The whole experience was first class. They were really busy, but greeted everyone & made eye contact. The manager, Carson, and everyone there was friendly, smart, and had a nice sense of humor that allowed me (and most other people) to laugh too. I got great help & was treated well. Wish more places were this together!

Carson is very knowledgeable, detail oriented and dedicated to patrons having an exceptional customer service experience. Even when the Verizon main system completely blows your account up, Carson doesnt get frustrated and ensures that the problem is corrected. Hes the only reason our family is still with Verizon after the most recent account errors caused by the main Verizon system.
Carson was great. I just have to say that upfront. I was crying because I was frustrated that my phone just stopped working, and he was very understanding and supportive, and fortunately my phone was still under warranty. He made me feel so much better! That said, I went in the night before an hour before closing, and I think there needs to be more than one employee. They werent able to help me last night and someone who had been waiting there for 40 minutes before me was told that they couldnt be helped. Not the employees fault, although they should tell people ahead of time they probably wont get to them.
Very good customer service.. they even let my service cow in, shes a 400lb heifer with great milk. Most businesses wont let her in because she is extremely passive aggressive to those who own ferrets, and she has permanent Giardia, which causes her to defecate everywhere she goes. I am very grateful that they were able to help me get my old phone number on my new phone, they have good music and they accepted my rice of fortune.Overall, Ill give it 5 pickled aglets. Very nice skilled people.

My cell just kept turning off, couldnt figure out why. Internet it probably was an app. Took it into Verizon and discovered it was a swollen battery. It was actually separating the phone. A swollen battery, they have found, are the batteries that have the potential to explode. Thank you so much for catching that!

I was in the market for a new cell phone and possibly a tablet. Was even considering changing from Verizon to a competitor. After researching prices and coverage, I ended up back at Verizon! Robert was very helpful and got me into a new phone and tablet for less than my old phone cost! He went the extra mile and helped me set up my card reader for an event I needed it for the next day. Robert was very knowledgeable and courteous. 5 stars for great customer service and purchasing experience!

Some of the most friendly people Ive encountered in Pullman when it comes to customer service. I dont know what the low raters are talking about but the people that work there treat you as an individual, not just a number. They were super knowledgable and 100% professional the entire time I was there. Went in there and they got me squared away with a new phone! A great place all around. I experience in Verizon staff, helpful and CDC safe. Carson was most helpful.
Hardly if ever they are helpful. I am not sure if it is just the Verizons policy. Some staff there dont even know that if you purchase a phone not from them, it must be CDMA compatible. Others will help you free of charge, but overall hard to deal with this office. BTW, I will never buy a phone from them again - too overpriced for a low quality gadget. And their warranty is only one month. If you buy it from the manufacturer, they give up to 3 month warranty and coverage for 1 year. Version has none of this.

Caleb Adams is an excellent customer service rep. He was very patient with me as I am not very knowledgable with the cell phones and Internet devices offered by Verizon. Caleb took the time to explain options to me and more than this he looked for options that would not only give me great service but that would keep the costs affordable. I appreciate his time and help with all of my questions and for taking the extra step to make my experience a very positive and happy one.

I have always been happy with this store.....untill the last few months....i paid for screesavers for life when i bought my Samsung S8. Now when i go in they say they are out of stock....put me on a list and never seem to get any.....i have been in the store three times and either i am no longer on the list or they say they have not recieved the shipment yet....I think because my phone is older they do not want to stock the screensaver....want me to buy a new phone......Dont fall for the screensaver replacement program.....It is a scam!!!!.
AJ and Brayden helped my husband and myself. They were very friendly and helpful. It was very busy and they greeted us when we walked in and let us know that they would be with us as soon as someone was available. It took a while to set up our phones and they were very patient. Very happy with customer service in this store.
These guys are scam artists. I phoned and asked about extra fees to get half off a galaxy S8. They assured me, only a $30 activation fee. I went by the store and asked again. They said only $30 activation, to save $375 on the new phone. Then they start mentioning little extras. In the end I would have to spend $1310-$1400 in extra fees to save $375. Grand total for the new half price S8 - over $1600. So much for $30 in fees and $375 for the new phone.
Both times I went in because my phone stopped working/to pick up new phone everyone there was very helpful to answer any questions and make the phone transition easy. Also, the second guy was pretty cute so thats a bonus.
Always a long wait here, but I get better, more complete answers to my questions.

If aliens were to look for intelligence on earth, they would not find it at Verizon. You would think that store representatives would know at least some details about each of the phones for sell at the store BUT I was wrong. Next time I will be doing all of my research online (and purchasing online, that way the representatives wont get a sales commission for doing nothing). Once I had picked a phone after finding all the answers to my questions online (by myself), I was told an outrageous price for the phone. The representative then told me that that price was after rebates that I had to send in and other price adjustments (I was buying two of the same phone for my wife and I). I kind of felt like I was in Guatemala trying to dicker over the price of the phones. Why all the games? Actually, I’ve had a few classes on economics and I know why some businesses do rebates, because some people are not willing to jump through the hoops to get it (another rip off). I was told that if there were any mistakes on the rebate paperwork, we would not get the rebate. So we double checked everything and sent it in. Go figure, we got notice that we were denied the rebates. We asked WHHYYYY? They said we filled out the wrong papers. I told them those were the papers given to us from the rep. at the store.?! The guy over the phone could tell we were not going to just give up on the couple hundred dollar rebate so he said he’d fix it. They finally fixed it weeks later.Also, during this time I was unable to access, set up, or reset my password on my voicemail. Verizon’s customer service was able to help me reset my password and get access to my voicemail. Who knows why it wasn’t working but today (about a month later) when my voicemail has stopped working again was a good reminder that I hadn’t given them a review on google.

All this store does is attempt to sell you stuff. and after that if your phone isnt working they give you a number to deal with it. In my opinion that is terrible services. A Verizon corporate store would be much more beneficial to have than this crappy retail store with a huge Verizon sign to make one think it can actual help loyal Verizon customers. Zero help what so ever. do not waste your time or money or gas driving to the store. just call Verizon if you need help.

They put an S9 screen protector on my S8 because one the employees swore it fit. I was skeptical because my screen sensitivity was all over the place afterwards until I went to a retailer in Seattle and they said it did fit, it was just put on wrong.
Im not sure what the other reviews are about, but the store made their policy for return very clear.The sales reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. My visit was one of my best wireless experiences!

Ill never deal with Verizon again in fact Im going to pay the cancellation fee get rid of this service! I added my daughter onto the account because she goes to college at WSU! She went into the store and dealt with the store manager Caleb he convinced her to buy a gizmo pal flat out so she could create a new line on the account and then once she paid for it he did a upgrade on that line and transferred it to her line when I told her she couldnt change anything on the account! Once he did the upgrade and transfered the phone to her line he put the gizmo pal back on the new line! After trying to contact Caleb again with many failed attempts to see what I can do to get the phone and the stupid gizmo pal returned Ill be calling Verizon directly to cancel my whole plan! Something needs to be done because as far as Im aware not only is this fraud to the company its also extremely frustrating to not be able to contact a store manager!

Dont waste your time and go to a Verizon Corperate store. I looked online at Verizons website and saw there was a deal on iPad mini 149.99 with a two year contract. I went to the Pullman store to purchase only to get reluctantly sold on a confusing payment schedule and mail in rebate. I Actually returned device one day after purchase. I went to a Verizon store in Spokane 149.00 out the door for the same iPad mini, no mail in rebate, no confusing financing, and no confusing programs. Luckily Read through the contract and was able to return the device, but still got stuck with a phony 89.00 screen protection program that I was told I couldnt get a refund and a 70.00 dollar restocking fee that I was told was 35.00.... 35.00 was even circled on the paperwork? I guess we all have to pay stupid tax once in a while!!
Went in to the store with a broken phone and a screen protector for a new phone and they were more than happy to install the screen protector and transfer information from my previous phone to my new one. Excellent customer service!
